"The hotel equipment and facilities are perfect, the service staff are amiable and courteous. It can be said that the hotel’s environmental hygiene is very good in all aspects, but there is no one to clean during the epidemic, which is more troublesome for long-term people like me 😡 The epidemic is still highly recommended!"
"Location: In fact, in a palm-sized place like Sydney, location is not very important. Is the museum next to Mick Mac Aboriginal a plus?
Cleanliness: 100 points
Service: 99 points, generally good, but one point is deducted when breakfast only has eggs as a source of protein. I asked the service staff, there is no meat, ham, meat, none at all.
Facilities: It looks clean, but the swimming pool is too crowded and the gym is a bit small.
Probably the best hotel in Sydney. Overall it exceeded my expectations."
"Facilities: Parking is convenient and free
Service: The service is very good, the deposit is much faster than other hotels
Environment: Sydney town, good location, behind the hotel is a port, no time to stay more, come back next time ~~"
"The hotel is old and the equipment is average. The location is very good, just by the pier. It is very convenient to eat nearby. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is also OK. We didn't go out to eat one day in heavy rain. We tried it and felt it was not bad. Parking is charged. There is also a Japanese restaurant nearby. It is good to try."
"The room is on the first floor, it feels a bit depressing, but the service of the hotel is very good. It's okay for girls to be accompanied by male friends, but if there are two girls, you should be more cautious, it doesn't feel very practical"
"The location is close to the cruise terminal, one kilometer away from the ship station at the lobster market port, and the supermarket and department store banks are very close. The service attitude is as warm and thoughtful as the family."
"We booked for 2 nights using an app. When booking two nights straight, it will be more expensive than booking two nights seperately. The first night, the app suggested a disability room. I told the lady at the front desk if that room is needed for someone in need I don't mind changing. The room has a little more space than the 2nd room we had, but overall I would say much cleaner...with a funny smell. The second room, as soon as you get in, it smelled humid and mold; there were mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and all around the tub. Two of the towels were undone as if they were already used, and only has 1 set of towel for a 2 person staying. There were squashed bugs on the wall. On the bed, it seemed like someone stepped on it with their shoes on. (See pictures) All the staffs are very nice. I asked for extra towels and pillow cases and the lady at the front desk brought them to our room."
