"It was very good, the person on check-in was really amazing and everyone was good as well. I loved our stay there. We booked a room for 4 people but they upgraded us to Executive suite. It was so nice of them. I wish we had Haram view but it was 2 mins walk from Mosque."
"A solid 3 out of 5. Budget hotel, clean fine for solo travellers and within 15-20 minute walk from Masjid Nawabi. Thanks to the receptionists who upgraded the room to a king-size bed suite and offered the day extension for the same room, too. Breakfast consists of a set menu, not a buffet, which, although adequate, is nothing special. A few places are within a few minutes' walk. Showroom was clean but oddly lacked a shower screen, so water splashed over the toilet! Not sure what the builders were thinking as if they wanted a wet room or a normal bathroom, but ended up with an in-between.
The hotel itself is located not on the posh side of Medina but 1.2km from Masjid, but being a budget friendly option, it's fine. Top Tip for solo travellers, if you're able to then walk a little under 2km from Hotel to bus station locted near Prophets Mosque to get the 400 bus that will take you straight to Medina Airport It's much cheaper than taxi and Uber options."
"The hotel was

"Absolutely disappointed by the service recieved compared to the amount of money I paid . I had to call the engineer out twice because there was no hot water and when he came it was only a temporary job Good thing is it's very close to Haram"
"The hotel is located just a step away from the Masjid Al Nabwi, which makes this hotel popular. However, the hotel is very old. The bathroom is equipped with obsolete items. Shower, sink, and toilette tabs falling a part. The bath rooms need complete renovation, including tiles. Other than that, the reception staff is not very friendly.
Had to wait a long time before the receptionist could find the reservation through Trip.com.
I had to complain to the duty manager, Mr.Ridwan, who was extremely friendly and cooperative. He assigned another room. The duty Manger Miss.Raseel was exceptionally good. She extended my checkout time as my flight schedule was changed to a later time
She also offered the lounge. She really made my stay very comfortable. A special thanks to Mr.Ridwan and Miss. Rassel. The breakfast was exceptionally good with a huge choice, and the restaurant staff provided exceptional service."
"Odamız çok temiz ve bakımlıydı. Odamız 3 kişilikti ve büyüktü. Devamlı iyi olduğumuzu telefonla arayıp sordular. Günlük temizlik için geldiler. İhtiyacımız olan Herşey fazlasıyla vardı. Ravza’ya yürüme 3 dk mesafede. Fiyat performansına göre çok iyiydi. Al Saja Hotel bi sonraki gelmem de yine tercihim olacak."
"Wow, this hotel comes highly, highly recommended! It's so comfortable, incredibly well-located, and all the staff are exceptionally friendly. The food is absolutely delicious, and the cleanliness? Impeccable – truly outstanding. Seriously, I can't recommend it enough! Our kids were thrilled too, especially with the kids' club available! 🫶🏻"
"It is our second consecutive time in this hotel , the location is very good less than 5 minutes to the mosque , the stuff is so helpful, all the rooms needs a kettle to prepare coffee - but when we requested they brought it, the barista prices are good , lot of restaurants r near by"
"The hotel receptionist was very nice person and also very funny, the hotel was situated in a very good place and also it is near to Masjid Nabawi, the only thing is that there is no parking available inside the building or around free, you can get paid parking around there."

Great
RrocktheworldBest of the best! Super clean room and extremely comfortable. Feels like home. Superb Location just next to the main gate of Masjidil Nabawi. Buffet breakfast was great and plenty of choices. Highly recommended
GGuest UserI stayed for 2 nights on Oct 19th and I would like to give a special warm thankyou to Jereen who checked me in super early and even showed me which rooms I prefered. I was even given a complimentary fruit bowl which I was amazed, Abeer the receptionist rang me and asked if I needed anything. Its small touches like this that gives this hotel its uniqueness. I believe this hotel is 5 star. The quality of the rooms, shower, breakfast and the close proximity to the Haraam (3 min walk) and the friendliness of the staff, The luggage helpers helped me tie the arabic scarfe onto my head on one day as I wanted to experiance what its like to be arabic. On my last day Asim who was on night duty and even had a smile at fajr time helped me order my luggages to reception. I will always remember the friendliness and the modern feel to this hotel. There are food courts off the main road and in the future new food courts are being built on this green dome side of the haraam nearby, not to mention that there is an al baek chicken outlet a stones throw, theres a money exchange shop nearby aswell as beautiful little outlets selling thobes, prayer mats etc. This hotel is 5 out of 5. Try it
AAllam ashOverall, my stay was good. The staff were generally friendly, though the check-in experience was a bit unpleasant at first. Thankfully, things improved afterward thanks to Ms. Bayan’s excellent assistance. However, the hotel feels overpriced compared to other options located very close to Al Haram in Medina. One major downside was the corridors — they were often full of leftover food left outside rooms, which was unpleasant and gave a poor impression. Security personnel needed further training to be more customer friendly
SShazianService is exceptional.Very attentive to any comment.
Location is just opposite gate 329.Best for women's entrance to the mosque.
Area of improvement-Breakfast same everyday.catered for middle eastern guest.Should have more varieties like Malaysian or Indonesian food.
Next will be the toilet-shower in the bathtub is a huge challenge for some especially the seniors.Hopefully they will change it to shower room when they refurbish the room.
NNabeghLocation was a very convenient and in close proximity to reach the Haram walking about 1012 minutes to reach there.
not the fancy area, though but for the price paid, this is a good value for money
Staff were friendly and helpful and respond to request as needed.
Room facilities were good, AC was very effective, Bed was comfy, shower was nice,
I would go there again for this value.
SSalha.DriciI recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and overall, it was a memorable experience. The food was undoubtedly a highlight – each meal was crafted with care, offering a variety of delicious options that delighted the taste buds. The quality and presentation were impressive, making every dining experience a true treat.
The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The decor was modern yet cozy, and every detail seemed thoughtfully chosen to enhance relaxation. I particularly appreciated the attention to cleanliness and the overall ambiance, which made it feel like a home away from home.
That being said, the price was on the higher end, which is something to consider for those on a budget. While the experience was undoubtedly enjoyable, the premium cost may not be justifiable for everyone, depending on their expectations.
In summary, this hotel offers an exceptional stay with great food and a pleasant atmosphere, though the price may be a consideration for some. If you’re looking for comfort and quality, and you’re willing to splurge a little, this could be the perfect spot for you.
