JJade TallowinThis hotel is in a perfect location for anyone needing an overnight stay or a convenient airport transfer. The complimentary shuttle service was easy to use and made getting to and from the airport hassle-free. While the hotel is a little dated and could benefit from some updates, it was clean and comfortable for a short stay. We also found the buffet to be overpriced for what was offered. On the plus side, the property has plenty of amenities and activities to enjoy if you have extra time before your flight. Overall, it's a practical and convenient choice for travelers in transit.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel offers a shuttle service to Narita Airport, with two buses an hour during peak times and one per hour at other times. The journey takes 15-20 minutes. The hotel itself is quite large and a bit old, and the cleanliness is just so-so. It seems they do a rather hasty job of cleaning, likely because most guests are just transiting and staying for one night, leading to a high turnover rate which makes thorough cleaning difficult. For food, your options are either the convenience store in the lobby or the hotel's own restaurant; there are no other choices. I heard there's also a free shuttle to Aeon Mall and JR Narita Station, where there might be more dining options. However, the downside is you'd have to wait for the shuttle both ways.

GGuest UserWe were looking forward to the The Farm stay to end our fiat Japan trip. We were 3 kids below 10 and 2 adults. The best parts of the trip were, 1. Staff - mai and Narumi were very helpful. Mai especially took a lot of trouble to explain everything at the farm by using Google translate. Even the staff at the cafe at breakfast time and reception were all very very nice, though I don’t have their names. 2. Hot springs - was super experience and we loved it. Everything clean and proper and very comfortable, even though we were walking around naked. 3. Rooms- I stayed at Habita. It was good and kids loved it quite a bit. The loft, the futon on top, though the projector didn’t work too well. 4. Strawberry farm trip was amazing. The strawberries were all super nice and melting in the mouth with the right textures and flavours. Even better if? 1. BBQ- we wanted to do a bbq. Habita package didn’t come with free BBQ. The cost to do one was crazy expensive. 3,300 per adult and 2,200 per child just for ‘equipment’ cost. That’s 13,000yen or around USD80, without any meats or anything. Felt really excessive, so we opted out. 2. Board and card games- our family wanted to play some board games and there were plenty of those at the reception. When we asked if we could get a pack of UNO, we were told it was only for the ‘cottage’ occupants. Considering most of the property was empty, it was a bit sad that they did not allow us a pack to play with. 3. Though not the fault of the property, the lack of any public transport and the very taxi costs to outside world for anything was a negative. It would have been even better if they could arrange a couple of more shuttles to narita or to local town etc.

旅旅好き美容マニアI don't think you should expect a bath. The cabin is colder than expected, so be careful in the winter! There is one summer futon. Blankets are available for rental, but they run out quickly, so be sure to get one early! But the location is good and the staff are nice, so I'm glad I stayed there!

QQYShengHad 3 nights stay here with my wife and 3 year old son. The hotel has a beautiful view of the ocean and the waves are so mesmerising and therapeutic. We went during spring time - Sakura season and the temperature was about 9-17 degrees. But the room air conditioning is pretty good. It regulated the heat we required. The staff here are very hospitable, helpful and kind. Makes the whole stay even more memorable. On the second day, We opt for no cleaning of the room as we worry the room will be rearranged to the original state and we will have to rearrange the room to our usage pattern. And the staff were kind enough to send us a bag of new towels, toiletries and yukata etc. on the third day we requested for housekeeping, the room was cleaned up without messing our arrangements of the room. Good detail of the housekeeping team. I love the public and private bath. Especially the outdoor public bath. It’s an absolute must go with the ocean view. The only point for improvement I have for this hotel is the dinner buffet. The quality and spread has room for improvement. We had also tried the Mirai restaurant for a more intimate dinner setting. Mirai was good. Good for the new guest to know that this hotel had also hosted the emperor of Japan. And their onsen were listed as the winner for kamogawa area in the National onsen ranking.

GGuest UserMy wife and I live in Tokyo, but we decided to come here for a couple of days to enjoy the onsen. We were very surprised!! The hotel is super clean with a comfortable mattress. The breakfast did not have so many options, but it was very delicious. The soups and pizza and pasta were amazing. The onsen was great and the staff were kind. The mattress was Serta. Very comfortable!! We loved the area. The hotel is next to a big mall. T-Site, near the hotel had a large book store with coworking spaces with coffee shops. Of particular note is a coffee shop themed after the Beatles, called Penny Lane. The unique restaurants, coffee shops and drinking places In the Kashiwanohana area are amazing!!!! You can easily find great restaurants and unique coffee shops in the area. We also went to a huge park called Kashiwanohana Park. We spent a few hours there enjoying tea at the coffee shop in the park. This area is very walkable. Don’t use Google maps as it does not show the pedestrian walking paths. Ask locals. You can easily spend a couple of days on this area without walking near busy streets. Walking paths with no cars can easily get you wherever you want to go. We loved this trip!!

GGuest UserMany dishes for dinner required lighting a fire, and the timing was bad so we ended up waiting 20 minutes for them to be ready. A staff member lit the fire, but they wouldn't come unless we called them. The corridors on our floor were hot, probably because the air conditioning wasn't working to save energy. It was tough when you came back from outside or after a bath. The observation bath and the view from our room were great. We could see the sunrise from our balcony, and by taking a shortcut to the sea we could go down to the beach.

KKristina SihuiWe arrived from Fuji and checked in quite late at night to this hotel. It is quite a far walk from the metro, about 15mins walk but they have shuttle bus to and from Disneyland which is convenient for people visiting Disneyland. We stayed for one night as we planned to visit Disney the next day. Front desk is well equipped with English and helped us check in very quickly. They introduced us their hotel facilities very well and gave us free spa voucher to use for the night or early morning. They also helped us to book a taxi as we need to go to the nearby AEON mall to buy some stuff and grab our dinner. We were very tired from a long day in Fuji so we decided to take a taxi. The room is spacious and we have plenty space to open our luggage fully on the floor. Toilet was split into dry for toilet bowl, wet for shower. This is the best part of this hotel! If i were to visit disney again, i would definitely stay at this hotel again.

JJaniceTotoroThis place is beyond my expectations! 💯 There are indoor onsen, outdoor onsen (yes you can see airplane flight when you’re in outdoor bath), stone bath, sauna, restaurant that operates until 10:30pm and cafe bar until 11:30pm, and also a very comfy lounge with unlimited manga books to read. There are also a lot of sofa chair in the nap room or bead beds everywhere~ I will say if you visited here without booking a capsule room is also fine ~ the capsule room is gender separated and I have to say it’s more comfy that I expected! I think next time I will purposely choose to land in Narita just to experience this comfy stay again!

GGuest UserWonderful cultural experience in this traditional yet nicely renovated Japanese Inn. Nice scenery from our room, delicious match tea and cookies, comfortable tatami to sleep in. nice and clean public bath, we appreciated the amenities especially the soft cotton. Areas for improvement would be the temperature and humidity, our room was too dry even with the humidifier on; would also be nice to have hand towels and children size causal kimono. Overall, we enjoyed our stay a lot, next time will try the meals.
