I had a delightful stay at the Wanda Vista Resort Xishuangbanna, and can highly recommend the hotel for both luxury and a relaxing unique experience. A place that has something wonderful for everyone. A wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. The staff were particularly helpful in meeting my needs and ensuring a great stay. I would especially like to thank Martin Gan. He provided an excellent service, He was very helpful and diligent and is a true credit to the Hotel.

It can really be said that the accommodation in this city is amazing! The price during the Spring Festival is not too high, it is worth it for children or the elderly, the decoration is good, the room is fully equipped with smart facilities, there are drinks in the free refrigerator, a hidden safe, and a makeup mirror for ladies. Disposable face towels are provided free of charge, and the toiletries and foam hand sanitizer are easy to use. It is clean and hygienic, the service attitude is good, the buffet breakfast is also good, and fruits are delivered every day! There is mineral water at the elevator entrance for you to take at will. It is a satisfactory choice for traveling during the crowded Spring Festival holiday!

The location of the place is simply unbeatable - few minutes away from the bustling Baisha Town, quiet and tranquil. The staffs are beyond helpful - the sweetest people that answer to all of our needs. And the view - breathing. To manage your expectation though - it’s a boutique hotel which means things are in general in smaller scale. The room was spacious and really comfortable.

Love love love the location. Within walking distance to the reservoir which made it easy to go for a stroll at sunrise or sunset without any logistical restrictions. Room was clean and view was amazing. However not a big fan of the room facilities especially the AI toilet (not sure why it must flush the moment I sit down every time). The shower also floods every time it is used. As I stayed here with a friend (not a couple) the barely frosted glass on the shower and toilet doors meant we had to be very comfortable with each other. The staff were on the whole polite but service was inconsistent- some staff were friendlier than others. One of the staff started shutting off the restaurant facilities before we were done with dinner which I felt was an awkward way to hurry us. The hotel has a good location and room hardware, good service attitude, and breakfast variety that meets my needs. The decoration style of the whole hotel has a French romantic feel. It would be better if the sliding door of the balcony could be equipped with a screen door. From the balcony, you can directly see the fast-flowing Lancang River, and you can also see the sunset in the evening. Of course, you can also take photos of the sunset on the 8th floor, and you can see the sun and the moon shining together: the sun is still setting on the right, and the moon has risen on the left. At the same time, you can also take pictures of the beautiful night view around Gaozhuang. It only takes a few minutes to walk from the hotel to the Xingguang Night Market, and there are many delicious foods and shops around, which is very convenient. What is rare is that although it is close to the Xingguang Night Market, the sound insulation effect is very good. When the door is closed, you can basically not hear the music and noise outside. The most important thing is that the price is reasonable and the cost performance is very high. It is said that March is the off-season, but there are actually quite a few people. You can imagine how busy it is in the peak season.

During our check-in day, there was a power outage for some parts of the Shuanglang old town, including this property. He kept apologizing sincerely even though it was no fault of his and he did everything within his abilities to ensure we are comfortable. Thank you, 小杜 and your team! Location: A short 2 minutes walk through the old town from the vehicle drop off point, do a right turn into an alley and you will find the amazing property sitting just on the bank of ErHai lake, with a superb view of the sunset, be it from the garden, lobby, breakfast area or the roof top. Just before the entrance to the alley, at the main street of the old town, you could get food even at 1030pm! Certainly a 5 stars for the location! Rooms: Quality bath robes and slippers to keep you warm, comfortable bed to snuggle in, free minibar and snacks replaced daily, what more could we ask for? Breakfast & Night snacks: Breakfast was delightful and also a tasty night snack to warm your tummy before sleep! All were great! Overall: For the two nights of stay, we absolutely enjoyed ourselves! Not just for the services and the clean rooms, also for the picturesque location where the architect has put in much effort to maximize the visual impact of the scenic Erhai view for all visitors! We had sooooooooo many nice photos taken at the amazing property! Strongly recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay in Erhai!

We stayed in two rooms for three nights. The most beautiful thing was the outdoor swimming pool and hot spring in the yard, but the water was a little unclean. Good service, the hotel's surroundings are a bit noisy, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. There aren't many options for breakfast, but the rice noodles are delicious. There is Caiyuncheng Night Market nearby and parking is convenient in the yard. The welcome fruit was left open in the lobby, which was a bit worrying about hygiene.

The air quality is excellent. There is a natural fragrance as soon as you enter. The layout design of the hotel is very scientific. Even during the May Day holiday, it is still very quiet. Children especially like it. We booked a private hot spring courtyard. The hot spring is under the maple tree. It is beautiful. When you soak in the hot spring during the day, there are little squirrels jumping between the trees. When you soak in the pool at night, you can see very bright stars and moons. The bedding is very soft, the indoor air conditioning is quiet and not dry, and the toiletries are L'Occitane. The gardenia soap is very easy to use. A very beautiful Dali shawl is also given. It is very practical in the morning and evening, and it reflects thoughtfulness and care everywhere. In terms of location, it is very close to the Three Pagodas of Chongsheng Temple and the entrance of Zhonghe Cableway. It only takes a few minutes to take a taxi. At first, I was worried that it would be difficult to get a taxi during the May Day holiday, but it was not. I waited patiently and I could get a taxi within 2-10 minutes. It takes more than ten minutes to take a taxi to Dali Ancient Town. I took my children to the ancient town to catch up with the excitement at night. I was so happy. I really didn't miss anything. Our butler Xiao Gao arranged a special car to pick us up and drop us off at Dali Station. He also reminded us that we had a free stone pot fish dinner. I have to say that the stone pot fish in the hotel was delicious. It was the most satisfying meal we had in Dali. Haha, the service in all aspects was very good. Thank you very much.
