this hotel raised the BAR for service and stay. amazing view, amazing staff, they were so friendly and genuinely wanted us to have fun staying at their accommodation/ visiting their area. hotel has a clear view of jade dragon mountain which was the main reason why we booked the stay. bonfire at night, unlimited barista coffee. keep in mind the lijiang is at slightly higher altitude, despite that the staff have been helping with our bags, countless requests, climbing up and down to send things directly to our room. in addition, the room we booked was right next to an accommodation being renovated. the team was generous enough to upgrade us to a better room, further from the noise. i can only say i’ve been spoiled by them. i’ve been recommending this stay to my friends and i would not hesitate to return!! thank you so much!!

The hotel has a sense of design. The lobby and rooms have a sense of luxury. When you walk in, you feel happy and relaxed. It is located halfway up the mountain next to Wild Duck Lake. It is very quiet and overlooks the beautiful scenery of Wild Duck Lake. The internal facilities are complete and the bedding is very comfortable. It is so comfortable to soak in the private hot spring every day after playing. The boss and the guys are very good and make people feel at home. Every night in the restaurant, we gather around the stove, roast tea, roast beef, tofu, corn, potatoes, etc., and everyone chats about everything. The breakfast is also delicious. The soy milk is freshly squeezed, the rice noodles are freshly made, the cakes are baked by myself, and there is even jackfruit in the breakfast fruit sea. In short, I am very satisfied.

From check-in to departure, the staffs at 三色云河 made our stay an absolute pleasure. Every team member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely dedicated to creating a welcoming environment. In particular, can’t speak highly enough about the concierge member, 小徐，whom thrive to fulfilled our needs, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken cared in every detail. Our room was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, with the spectacular view of 洱海that can never be seen enough. Overall, from the attention to detail and personal touches made it feel like more than just a B&B — it felt like home. 三色云河，Highly recommended!

The location is absolutely right on the Mekong River. You can feel the breeze by the river as soon as you get off the car. It's only a few minutes away from the super popular Starlight Night Market! It's super convenient to go shopping and eat at night. When you are tired of shopping, you can walk a few steps back to the hotel to lie down. It's so cool!   The room is a loft layout, clean and hygienic. It feels super comfortable as soon as you enter the door. TOTO toilet, Dyson hair dryer and other big-name configurations are fully loaded! There is also a projector🎬. Watching movies in the room with your family at night, the atmosphere is amazing! Smart voice control is super convenient. You can turn on and off the lights and adjust the air conditioner with your mouth~ The downstairs is a 1.8-meter king-size bed room🛏️, and the upstairs is a 1.5-meter bed. It is completely no problem for four people to live👨👩👧👦. It is super suitable for family trips or teaming up with girlfriends! The drinks, coffee and tea in the room refrigerator are all free☕️, and exquisite afternoon tea is delivered to the room. There are snacks, cold drinks and fruits. It is so comfortable to eat while watching the river view! The beef rice noodles for breakfast are so delicious! The soup is fresh and delicious, and the beef portion is super large!

The room felt a little small, but the overall hotel experience was very good, which made up for it. Seeing the bonfire in the evening and doing handicrafts in the craft room was a rare healing time in a long time. Everyone was very friendly, chatting and drinking, and everything slowed down. I miss these two days very much. I ate well every day, made a lot of handicrafts I liked, and brought some materials home for my children to make. I will come back again!

We stayed in two rooms for three nights. The most beautiful thing was the outdoor swimming pool and hot spring in the yard, but the water was a little unclean. Good service, the hotel's surroundings are a bit noisy, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. There aren't many options for breakfast, but the rice noodles are delicious. There is Caiyuncheng Night Market nearby and parking is convenient in the yard. The welcome fruit was left open in the lobby, which was a bit worrying about hygiene.

The food is varied and delicious, the hot springs were therapeutic and wonderful, and the room was excellent. The air conditioner in the room is also turned on early. After check-in, we are provided with meticulous service, from travel guides to travel routes, including food recommendations. It can be said that It was the butler-like service that made us truly feel the warmth of home. Second: Climb Qinglong Mountain in the morning. As soon as you step out of the courtyard, the fragrance of rice hits your face. Lovers’ Bridge comes into view one after another. The green and tall Qinglong Mountain looks playful in the lingering clouds and mist. The journey to the top is what you want. The rice field path and the slight steps in the deep and cool forest. While immersed in it, I unknowingly reached the top. I first reached the viewing platform of the back mountain. The beautiful pastoral scenery made me forget all my worries. It was not over yet. When I arrived at the main viewing platform of the front mountain, I really fell into it and couldn't extricate myself. The sun shone through the clouds to the earth, and the entire darkness came into view. Apart from the splendor, there are no words to describe it. It made me forget myself, and my soul was emptied.
