This was a great choice for the trip! I went to Huangling with my sister and stayed at this hotel. The hotel is located right at the scenic area. Service is amazing! There is a car that brings you to the reception area right after you take the cable car. After checking in, one of the staff brought us to our room and he also gave us some information about the area, including activities and shows we might be interested in watching. Our original room was not yet ready so they gave us another room. The view was just as great and even when we decided to stay indoors due to the heat outside, we could still enjoy the view of the area with the chilis being dried outside the rooftops.

This is my second stay here and they did not disappoint as far as the service. There was construction going on our first night which we didn’t know until we paid and went in. Wish they had of mentioned the largest pool was closed. It was open the next day but I feel like the first day was a wasted ticket. Breakfast can be skipped if you are looking for Western choices which I was. The sushi place next door is good and there’s tons of food just walking distance from the hotel. If you are a foreigner be ready to have people taking videos of you in your bathing suit. I was there to get away so I tried to go at times when people were eating. Not everyone is this intrusive but just be aware. Great on service and clean and comfortable rooms. I had a room with a hot tub which was one of the highlights. Def do a mountain hike and pick strawberries if they are in season. Enjoy your trip!!

As soon as I checked in, I was immediately impressed by the hotel's environment and service. I stayed for 2 more days at night. We had a pleasant 4-day and 3-night holiday at the Metropark. Special thanks to the supervisor at the service desk, who was serious, careful, and patient in helping our group of 9 people. The room in Building 2 is not only large in size, but also has a balcony, where you can see the rain and fog in the distant mountains, which is very beautiful. It is so enjoyable to soak in the hot springs in the infinity pool on the top of the mountain at night. The buffet breakfast has many varieties and is rich.

The only cleanest, most comfortable hotel in Wentang Town where you can enjoy your vacation with peace of mind. The owner personally picks you up at the high-speed rail station; the pre-breakfast is nutritious; and the coffee is excellent. I stayed in a single tatami room; next time I will book a superior king-size room with a courtyard to enjoy the tranquility, read, and of course, most importantly, soak in the private hot spring.

Stayed here in end Oct. While reception was friendly, everything else did not meet expectations and match the price. Bed was hard and pillows were flat, thus uncomfortable for sleep. Breakfast spread was limited, taste was bad and food was cold except for hard boiled eggs and soup noodles - totally not befitting a hotel of this scale. We only used the bath tub in the room (water from hot spring too) instead of using the hotel hot spring facilities because we saw paper cups littered around some of the pools and questioned the cleanliness and hygiene of the facilities. You can ask reception for a disposable tub cover. It was also difficult to get a private hire vehicle at this hotel and we had to pay a higher price to get one. Overall poor value for the price we paid.
