We are in group of five people with two foreigners from the UK and Thailand, it was amazing time for us to experience onsen in China, the overall atmosphere was great and fun. The area of eating and onsen is quite crowded and noisy, but this is Chinese Style. Don’t use the Japan standard here, then you will enjoy the area and chill a day. Overall the operating code is excellent.

It’s amazing place for families , new hotel clean and big place , with infinity pool you can see pleasant sunset. We spent Mid-Autumn festival holiday with non stop activities. It was nice dinner with party show. Staying in PATA hotel gives the free access also the water park , amusement park , zoo and the hot spring spa. A lot of things can be enjoyed. We plan to visit it next time to enjoy the more. We thanking Ms.Xiao Chen she guided us for all activities times and access also the restaurants. Support us all around the day till late night. Fast check in and check out. Strongly recommended this hotel for your holidays. One place for everything.

Beautiful rooms and the hot spring was big with a lot of option. We love the sauna there. There’s this heating stone where you can lie down and have massage. It was amazing. We really enjoyed the stay there for a birthday celebration. They even prepared a cake for us which is so kind and sweet. Highly recommending if you are traveling with your family! as hotel guest you have unlimited access to the hot spring.

It was a really magnificent one day trip to this place. All the personal from the Resort were really welcoming from the moment we arrived there till the last minute. Amazing views, excellent Hotspring, the buffet was great. Honestly there was nothing to regret about this place. I totally recommend it and I would definitely go back there again.

Upon entering the lobby, I was greeted by the friendly staff, whose warm smiles instantly made me feel at home. The check-in process was seamless and efficient, allowing me to quickly settle into my room. The hospitality throughout my stay was outstanding; every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met.

This is a really beautiful place with beautiful mountains and clear waters. The air is very good and you can see many stars at night. The hotel is a long-established real hot spring hotel. After soaking, your body will feel slippery. There are dozens of hot spring pools in the hot spring area, and the cave hot springs are very unique. The service in the hot spring area and the hotel is really good, and there is a warm feeling everywhere. When walking on the roadside, the driver of the battery car will take the initiative to ask if you want to take a car, and the room staff will also take the initiative to say hello. In addition, the breakfast and seafood buffet dinner are too rich, with a wide variety of varieties, unlimited salmon, and a variety of fresh seafood. The room design is very reasonable. Although it has been open for several years, the hygiene is very good and the maintenance is very good.

The travelling experience in xilegu was complicated. Some aspects were excellence with some areas to be improved. Service was good. Our family had fun in circus performance though the scale was small and without safety measures. Breakfast buffet food was good. Hotspring was fine and water park hygiene can be better especially the water quality. The pool floor was full of subtle tiles due to lack of maintenance. Accommodation was good and spacious with private hotspring. The staff kept reminding to leave a comment which is very detailed mind.

This time i decided to bring work with me and i got a lot of it done while taking breaks to dip in the hot springs. Waking up, soaking in the tub and watching the sunrise is such a blessing. The breakfast was up to standard as usual. But something has to be done about the smell in the balcony. Also, the overhead shower head seems to be clogged in every room ive stayed in. The public hotspring area seems to have had a deep clean as the tubs and surrounding areas look cleaner. Recommended place to relax and have good service.

We had a really great stay at the hotel. Lucy welcomed us and helped with anything we need. We could take the trolley to the mysterious park at any time and it was super convenient. The buffet was decent and the service was always welcoming. It's all walking distance so it was really nice in the evening to go exploring after dinner. There are so many fun activities for the children to do and the equipment is very well looked after. Highly recommend this hotel.

This resort is extremely tranquil. It is one of the best designed resorts of its kind that I have been to in China. The Hot Springs are very peaceful, and the rooms are fantastic. The only downsides were - the food is poor for vegetarians. The Thai and ‘international’ options seem more like what a Chinese person who has never left China might guess people eat abroad (cold French fries or ham boiled in milk for breakfast anyone?). The hot springs play background music, which could be lovely… but the choice of dance and pop music completely clashes with the atmosphere… it’s the strangest decision. Finally, the hot springs are centered around a massive pool that has been drained, presumably for the winter. It is not taped up with warning tape which looks like the police are securing a murder scene. After investing hundreds of millions in the resort, why fail to make the pool accessible all year round? The resort is not cheap… but the murder-tape pool makes it look like a low-end budget resort. This is a real shame, because the rest of the resort is phenomenal.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. They have everything you need: 50 different pools hot springs, a waterfall view, delicious food, and the best hospitality. As a foreigner in China, sometimes it’s difficult due to language barriers, but everyone here is so polite, helpful, and friendly. From the moment I checked in, I asked if it was possible to get a waterfall view, even though the room I booked didn’t have that view. The front desk lady, Zou Yingjiao, upgraded my room. She speaks English very well and was incredibly helpful. As a foreigner travelling for a short stay, we didn’t have a car for sightseeing nearby, and she helped arrange one for us. When it was time to check out, she gave me six pieces of fruit. I had trouble with a Didi driver, and she immediately came outside to help me deal with the driver and translate. She is amazing. Regarding the food, I stayed for two days with breakfast and dinner included. The first day’s dinner was a buffet, and everything exceeded my expectations. On the second day, since there weren’t many guests booked for dinner, there was no buffet, but they still provided a great variety of food and accommodated my special request for no pork. This was even better than the buffet since they could customize it to my taste and needs. The supervisors, Pen Zi Shi and Liu Min Fang, explained the ingredients and ensured everything met my satisfaction for the breakfast and dinner. Big thanks to these three ladies and others. My stay wouldn’t have been so wonderful without your assistance.

This hotel situated at the rural area of GuangZhou near the famous BaishuiZhai Waterfall. I booked a two storey family suite with a large twin bed and two single bed for two kids. The room is real spacious, but what make the room being good value of money is the unique tunnel slide fit inside the room. Kids can simple travel between the two floors with the slide !!!! The two in-room spa offered high standard hot spa bathing. Outside front yard of the room, there is a grass pitch playground with facilities for kids. Mini bar offered sufficient drinks, snacks and fruits for the stay. The life connected the corridor outside the room to the restaurant and swimming pool. A golf cart is also available on demand transporting guests to the main lobby of the hotel. Hotel staff are exceptionally helpful who will offer help through instant message apps WeChat. Generally speaking, the hotel is actually of 5 stars standard in term of the service, environment, hygiene and facilities. I will surely come with the family again.

Mayland is a lovely resort. Their staff are very kind and helpful. 雷欣（Suet Yan) was particularly helpful. We couldn’t sort our app to get a car and she helped us. The changing rooms for the resort pool needs a refresh. Even just changing some of the curtains and better lighting will make the place look better. Lots of hot springs to pick from. Nice indoor pool. Need to swim with a swim cap though. Outdoor pool in the photos is actually not accessible by guest. Chinese restaurant was delicious. Buffet was acceptable for 178¥

The Squirrel Hotel we stayed in this time should be the second phase room of Sempora. It is relatively new and meets the needs of families with two or three children. There is a slide in the room, and the children have a lot of fun. It's my first time staying in a hot spring hotel for New Year's Eve. The hot spring pool in the courtyard is very large. The hotel environment is good and the landscaping is very well done. The housekeepers Jingxuan, Jieting and Yunbin have very good service attitudes. The breakfast is also very delicious. I will come again next time

很推薦，從服務到設施再到房間都與介紹的一模一樣，入住時員工熱情有禮，也會教如何在房間使用溫泉設備。 雖然民宿不算係大，但該有的都有，有可愛的小鴨，休息區，休息活動區可以唱KTV打麻將，真的不錯可以讓人好好的放鬆身心靈。 房間的空間感超好，也蠻大的，空間的規劃很不錯，有休息區可以好好的坐下吃東西聊天，溫泉泡池也很大，坐兩三個人也不擠，而且值得一提水真的是溫泉水，淋浴間空間也很足夠很乾淨，床很舒服，整體環境很好，值得放在口袋名單再去休閑一下。 餐飲方面會有小甜品晚上提供，是好吃的西米露，而且入住當天是聖誕節，店家有準備一份好可愛的小禮物，好有氣氛。早餐就是一般廣東家庭的早餐，好吃很實在。 謝謝大家用心的招待。

I visited Yinzhan for the second time this month and stayed in a room with a hot spring again. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was separated into wet and dry areas. The hot stone slab design of the balcony hot spring is really great, and the hot spring water is authentic and very comfortable. There are many public hot springs, the temperature is just right, and there are many massage pools, which are very unique. I like this place the most. Although the buffet dinner is not very exquisite, the products taste good. The buffet breakfast strongly recommends fresh pork offal porridge, which tastes like old Cantonese. I will visit Yinzhan for the third time when I have time.

Lunch and dinner are eaten in the hotel restaurant, the price is reasonable, and the aunt will persuade you to leave if you order one more dish, saying that we don’t need to order so much because there are not many people. I think basically 70-80 can make two adults full! The breakfast included in the hotel is fresh and varied! Every staff member we met here was very enthusiastic. When we finished picking the vegetables, the staff passing by would introduce how to eat better. There were too many details👍🏻
