We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel — the rooms are spacious, and the hot spring facilities are well maintained. We had a great time renting a boat and playing tennis. A special thank you to 任之琛 (Eleven) for making our weekend truly memorable. He was incredibly helpful and considerate with all our requests, and he definitely elevated our experience.

Very nice and relaxing ambience. Food was really good and staff was friendly. We went to celebrate a birthday so the staff prepared a cake for us which was really sweet of them. Room was super spacious and nice. Would recommend this for anyone looking for a little getaway from the city.

It was great experience in Royal Hot Spring Resort. We went there with our kids and they love it. There is nothing near the resort, it is mandatory including all the foods. Night street food had diverse menus for foreigner and morning latte with bread was the best. Every staffs are not good at english but they were so kind and looked love kids. We will definitely go again soon.

We appreciate our host Tsing Jin for upgrading us to a family room so we can have an extra bed for a 3 year old with good kids decorations and toys. We try both the Chinese restaurant and the Japanese restaurant at the top floor, both very good food. Japanese restaurants waiters all very good service and reasonable price at hotel standard. The Chinese doctor inside the Hotspring Center next to the kids pool is the best quality and anyone with postures issue should give a try. So professional and could solve real problems.

The experience staying at Wutong is fantastic. Love the quiet environment, buffet breakfast, clean rooms and great service from the staff. The location is super convenient, just across the road is a big shopping mall Yi Fang Cheng, metro station accessible at basement level. During the 4 days we had breakfast , there is no crowd at peak hour, we can take our time to digest slowly. Menu changes everyday except for the live station which remains the same . Overall Good variety and well balanced meal. The room we booked is a 3 bedroom apartment which has 2 bathrooms. Both has smart toilet and heater function which is great in cold weather. We didn't use the kitchen but it has the full function with oven, crockery and cutlery. Washing machine has a dryer on top too. Would like to compliment Mr Meng for his help which makes us feel at home. Would definitely recommend Wutong to all. We would love to come back again.

The resort has clean and modern interior. The room is spacious with scenic mountain view from the balcony. There are different themed hot spring pools. Some pools have small private pavilion which we enjoyed the privacy. My kids love the indoor water park with slides and wave pool. I highly recommend the food in the restaurant with ala carte menu! Fine cooking with fresh ingredients. Simply delicious! The restaurant and hotel staff are friendly and professional. In addition, the resort is just a few minutes away by car to the popular site, Baishuizhai waterfall! We really had an awesome and memorable stay Skov River Resort! \(^o^)/

Come to this resort hotel to relax during the Lantern Festival. After checking in, the staff took us to the room on a golf cart. At first we thought the room was far away, but we didn't know it was near the lobby. The room was bigger than the description, with a kitchen, a king size bed, and a double bed in front of the bed. Round dining table. The kitchen has stoves and ovens, and snacks and drinks in the refrigerator are free, including Coke, beer, cup noodles, etc. The swimming pool is not too big and is only suitable for splashing around. There are floating beds in the room, and the check-in is excellent. The toilet is also very large, with separate dry and wet areas. There is a bathtub and disposable bath bags, so you don’t need to bring your own, which is great. Breakfast is served at a Chinese restaurant near the lobby. Two people can order 10 dim sums. The food is delicious👍🏻
