Shower had on demand hot water and good enough pressure. Yay! a/C worked well. Had basic needs of towels, toothbrush, shower cap, shampoo and body wash. Breakfast was just ok, because I prefer boiled eggs. I didn't get to see/use the pool. There was a free shuttle 4 times a day leaving the hotel to go to the airport (9am, 11am, 2pm, and 4pm). I took a Bolt to the hotel. I would definitely come back to this hotel for a short stay to go to the airport.

It is very neat hotel, staff is very polite and friendly. Location is good, though little bit far from BTS there is a free shuttle to BTS so you don't have to worry. Overall 10/10, I will stay here again. Thank you! 😃🙏

In terms of location, it’s quite far from city but near Suvarnabhumi Airport. There also is shuttle service from hotel to airport. I chose to stay there because it’s close to hospital where I had treatment. I had a very great stay there, quiet and peaceful with green nature. Staff were very nice, polite and helpful. Nice breakfast! I love noodle so much.

The Lotus is a fantastic place to stay, and an absolutely gorgeous hotel, with an old school, wood clad interior. One can tell that it had some golden years, prior to COVID.Speaking to staff, local cab drivers and locals, they all speak of the Lotus in its greatness, and are saddened to talk about how COVID affected it.
It is connected to a shopping center that is now abandoned. The court yard in the center still carries a sense of the Lotus's potential.
Having said that, I'll say that the remaining staff do their very best to carry the weight of the big hotel, and sometimes struggle - but with a smile.
The pool is absolutely one of its finest features, and is massive and beautiful.
I read a review that there was no bar, or drinks available. That has since changed, as they provide beer at the pool and lobby, as well as a bar that is open most of the day.
Excellent place to camp out in Chiang Mai!
I stayed at Blue Sky Residence Airport and was generally satisfied with my stay. It is a good option for a short stopover near the airport, but you can also stay longer as the property is spacious, and there are sun loungers by the pool where you can relax.
Pros:
- Cleanliness and comfort. The room was spacious and tidy, with a comfortable bed and fresh linens. Housekeeping was done regularly, which added to the overall comfort.
- Pool and relaxation area. There is a small, well-maintained pool on-site, with sun loungers nearby where guests can unwind. This is a good option for those who want to spend time outdoors without leaving the hotel.
- Staff. The staff were polite and tried to be helpful, though at times, responses took a little longer.
Cons:
- Location. The hotel is somewhat far from the city center, so getting around without a taxi or your own transport might be inconvenient. However, for those looking for accommodation near the airport, this could be an advantage.
- Wi-Fi. The internet was available but sometimes unstable. If you need a reliable connection, it's best to have an alternative, such as mobile data.
Overall, this hotel is a good choice for transit passengers as well as for those who want to spend a few days in a quiet environment. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and there is a nice pool area to relax. However, for a longer stay, it's worth considering the location and potential Wi-Fi issues.
Hotel facilities is more than enough. It is high cost to performance value hotel. Location is good because it takes about 10 minutes to Samrong BTS station and 5 minutes to Imperial World and a big wet market. Staff at counter are prolite. Cleaning staff did their job very well. Staff working in restuarant are nice and attentive to client need. Overall, staff working attitude is much appreciated. A small balcony is good for drying clothes.
The staffs are very good, smiling and cheerful, taking care of customers very much. The food is also very delicious. The room is very clean.
Very good👍
Perfect stay!!! I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at Wellness Hotel. Perfect location for those who wish not to be bothered by the ‘hustle and bustle’ of Bangkok city crowdedness and traffic jams. The hotel is well positioned on the outskirts of inner Bangkok allowing you to hop on the BTS (Bearing) to take care of business then out of the madness to quiet and serenity. Its a hotel with a small physical therapy/hospital in the middle of it.

Great value and location right near the airport. The soundproof doors and windows worked perfectly — no airport noise at all. Loved the pool, steam room, and sauna, plus a laundromat right next door. The staff was helpful and the free shuttle made getting to the airport easy and stress-free.

I do not forget this hotel easily because the hotel itself has excellent fengshui and it brings luck to all staff and miracles to plane-spotters like me. I am surprised to witness Ethiopian Cargo's inaugural flight from Liege to Suvarnabhumi and inaugural flight from Suvarnabhumi to Anchorage on the rooftop pool area as well as Kenya Airways' wildlife-themed Dreamliner livery on 8 April 2025. Good news to customers that book the rooms without meals: The hotel restaurant King Kaeo Coffeeshop has reduced cost of breakfast from 290 Baht to 250 Baht per guest after the 28 March earthquake.

CChingIt is close to Suvarbhumi airport but its hard to find a taxi or other means of transportation. Its a 10 to 15 minutes walk to the main road. No restaurants nearby and if you arrive late..make sure to grab your food somewhere. Well, if you are just looking for a place to stay for hours while waiting for tour flight, I think this will do. You can ask the reception as well to get a taxi for you. Not the regular rate though. 😉
