We love this hotel’s style and design, very beautiful. It’s close to the train station and is in city centre. The room is a bit small than expected, so its a bit overpriced. Just book the normal/ standard room is fine next time i guess.

Hotel is lovely & very central to all the shops pubs etc all walking distance & NCP car park 5 mins walk away. We had afternoon tea when we arrived & yes it’s more than you would pay but the service & quality of the hood was second to none !! Cakes were so light you wondered if you ate them 🤣🤣
Pool & spar was so relaxing, we went 3 times & never really busy. Staff were all excellent as you would expect & we would definitely like to go back . Highly recommended x

The layout of the room is reasonable, the king-size bed is very comfortable, and the hotel service is also very good. The front desk staff took the initiative to ask and introduce the local road conditions. The concierge will help you park the car. If you misread the date and booked the room for the next day, the front desk management staff also helped to adjust the order. Check-in felt very good, and stayed for another night.

Great experience! From the moment we stepped through the door into the lobby we were surrounded by art. The architecture of the building is fantastic and the interior decor complements this perfectly. We felt like we had been transported to Gotham City but without Batman. Very well thought out concept and executed perfectly. Plenty of little touches to make the stay perfect.

Next to the hotel is the Adel Shopping Center and Selfridges, which is very convenient for shopping.
It is quiet in a busy area and the hotel service is also very good. The room is relatively large.
The breakfast tastes average and is more Western. When booking a room, you can consider not including breakfast and buy it when you need it, so as not to waste it because it does not suit your appetite.
Because it is in the central area, you need to wait for 10-15 minutes to take a taxi.
Overall, I am quite satisfied and will stay here again next time I come to Manchester.

Great stay, reception staff very friendly. Is a £100 deposit to pay on arrival on top of your room price that i wasn’t aware of when booking but wasn’t too much of a problem as it was returned on checkout. Room really spacious, wasn’t the cleanest, food and stains under the sofa cushions, and what looked like a cigarette burn on the couch near the window.
Only issue was breakfast, just not enough staff to cater for everyone. Half an hour for a cup of tea, an hour for food. So just be prepared for the wait. Was warned to book a time-slot on arrival which we did but that made no difference. Overall i would stay again, just put the issues down to it being the holidays and obvious staffing issues over this time
