Hotel with good location in the city center Ratchaburi Province, got to stay in a Premier room with a king size bed, very spacious, complete with amenities, big screen TV, soft bed, clean line, lots of breakfast, good taste, there's Khanom Krok as well. Good service staff.

I really like it. The place is beautiful, well maintained, clean, no trash, no leaves, no mess at all. Taking pictures from any angle is beautiful. Impressed with the service. Let's start with the positive: staff is very nice as per Thailand general experience. Room was clean, no concern. Breakfast is nice. But we were not lucky. The pool had bad smell coming from sumps in neighbor alley. Made it unpleasant to spend time there. On our last night the A/C began dripping so much that we had to change room this close to midnight. Went 2 floors above to a similar room which was were warm about 33 degrees. Front desk refused a compensation for this bad experience, claiming we had the benefit of an upgrade!! TRIP.COM was nice enought to offer a decent compensation i coins. We had 1 dinner by the river restaurant. It was OK, not more than that.

We didn't think it was an employee involved in the check-out process. But when I got to the counter, I didn't see any employees. Stayed in the Kiwi room on the 3rd floor. The room was beautiful, but the bathroom had no door. It was a curtain-type room with 3 more steps. Even adults kept tripping over it. As for the 4-year-old child, you have to be careful. There was a lot of dust on the wall at the head of the bed, which was a wall decoration. The door was very difficult to lock and open. The dining room was beautiful, but small. Be careful when taking food and opening the lid. There was no place to put the lid because the table was narrow and took up the entire area. The food was delicious overall. The best service was taking a car to the sheep farm. Very convenient. The staff provided good service.

This is a nice resort, a pretty quiet place. The building design is attractive, and the landscape was okay, though I expected it to be more beautiful. The room was clean, but the water heater didn’t work consistently, and some of the plug sockets didn’t function. There is an extra charge for kids, and they provide an extra bed. Breakfast was a buffet with limited options but decent enough. During my stay, there was a power outage for the whole night due to strong winds seriously damaging the electrical system, so they offered us a discount as an apologize.

Breakfast is a la carte meal, the food is also good, the location is relatively remote, before going to the nearby convenience store about 5 km to buy good things to go, the sheep mountain village is also about 5 kilometers nearby, the Alpaca Villa is about 20 minutes!
