GGuest UserThe community is very safe, swipe the card upstairs, the room is clean and tidy, there are tables, sofas and kitchens, there are also necessary Wi-Fi and pure water, the boss is very warm, very friendly to the Chinese! Nice!

GGuest UserThe location is convenient, with plenty of food options and a supermarket nearby. Aside from being a bit pricey and having a lot of Chinese guests, there's nothing else really wrong with it. However, I won't be coming back to Manila; they check your bag everywhere you go and don't allow you to bring water.

••♡•lyka•♡•it was such a great experience, very comfortable. though upon checkin in we waited for almost 1 and half hour to check in, and the last day of our stay the netflix didn't function so we ended up watching in youtube. but overall it was nice and great. very cozy. looking forward for another trip here.

No answer on cell phone number, only by text, and also through a local person trying to call.
The booking and handling process were very questionable. Not recommended for first-time visitors; it can be very stressful.
In the end, this was at the Belmont Hotel, where I've booked before, and this hotel is excellent and well-located.
Amenities such as toothbrushes and toothpaste were missing.
More timely transparency would be very helpful.
