2-Star Hotels in Phetchaburi Province, Thailand

The room we chose was a 3-person, 2-bed room, family-friendly style. There were 4 of us in our family, including a 7-year-old child. We planned to buy an extra bed. The staff provided excellent service and explained the details clearly. Most importantly, it was right on the beach, near 7-Eleven, restaurants, and all amenities. There was a large parking lot and it was safe.

Good and caring. The manager Patric is an amazing guy. They go beyound and above to make your stay a pleasant stay. He fixed our itinerary even though we made a mistake. Highly recommend. ❤️❤️❤️

The hotel is located at an excellent location right on Route 4 that connects Bangkok to the South of Thailand. It is less than 5 minutes' drive from Khao Wang (Phra Nakhon Khiri) and the old town area.

Stayed here many times. This time a little disappointed, as shower was cold water only. But over all happy with this family Hotel. Ideal for many visitors, families may want to book a rear room, as may be a bit loud at night in front rooms. I will return.

It's in a nice location, very close to the sea, but the noise can be a bit loud from early evening until late at night because it's next to a bar. The accommodation is clean, the room is very new, but there is no lift. People with bad legs will have problems. Parking must be parked far from the accommodation but it is safe. Excellent price, breakfast included.

How sad people give negative reviews of a hotel where all the staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.. If this street is not to your liking, book somewhere else, all hotels are reasonable. Room was EXCELLENT. Cleaned every day, bed linens and towels changed daily. We are just making our THIRD reservation to this EXCELLENT hotel. Thank you Frederic and staff......

Good value for money the stairs are a bit dodgy especially if you carry the suitcase after that it was fine everything works in the room which was large as a nice sea view. All the staff are friendly they don’t speak much English car parking available.

It is considered a hotel with good service. But it may be a hotel that is in a slightly old condition. (Experienced from the equipment in the room) but overall compared to the price and room options (The room has 1 large bed and 1 small bed) is considered good at a certain level. It is very suitable for staying as a family. I would like to propose that the hotel fix the noise from outside. (Morning garbage collection truck There will be a lot of noise) The other parts are considered good 👋👍😁

It is a suitable room for occasional breaks. There is no shuttle passing through. It is about seven kilometers from the beach. But if talking about the price and the room itself, it is considered worthwhile and very appropriate. There is parking behind the store. But the rooms next to the cafe are very beautiful. Located next to the main road, convenient travel.

The environment is spacious and comfortable. The air conditioner works well. The water heater in the shower room also works well. There are two free bottles of water.

Clean rooms, cool air, near the sea, the sister at the reception is very hospitable, very cute, overall I like it very much.

Be very wary of believing the long and glowing writeup this place has on booking sites, I saw none of it true once there, and there is nothing you can do about it. It is on a desolate stretch of the highway and even with a motorcycle it was a 25 minute drive from town. Most of that writeup is very exaggerated, from the amenities, the property grounds, the locations and especially the services. When I arrived I asked to order food (midday), an older woman gave me a menu but with each selection told that they could not make it. So I took macaroni as that was all they would do. Fine, it was food. Next evening (7pm) I went to the front desk and found that woman again (no one in restaurant). When I held up the menu she put her arms in an ”X” in front of her chest and began stabbing her finger in the air in the direction of the highway. I was shocked and devastated that I was being sent as a woman alone to go ride that freeway with trucks and cars in the pitch black to find a way of feeding myself for the night, with only one taillight on a motorcycle for those vehicles to see me. As it stands, it is kilometers down before there is any food sources. And if you think it is difficult to find this accommodation during the day (and it is, it is on a tiny alley, no markings), try finding your way back to your room in pitch black. When you advertise yourself as a resort, live up to what you write the services you offer. When I checked in they should have provided me information of how to eat while there for two days. Even a written page would have been helpful as not being from that area, not even being from that country, you cannot read any obvious signage or know their ways. How much effort would it have taken to let a guest know something of that importance prior to them needing that service? The woman on the front desk made zero effort to assist me, to explain or find someone who COULD explain and help me. but she made it clear she was frustrated with me. When I had walked up she was eating a plate of food she had at the desk. Her needs were served, mine were irrelevant. Just to point out: When I checked out, my next accommodation was in Prachuap Khiri Khan area, and it was the polar opposite. They were extremely friendly, smiling, helpful, brought me some fresh cut mango off a tree in their yard, and they did not speak a word of my language, nor I theirs. THAT is accommodation at its best, and THAT is why I travel. For those experiences of mutual kindness.

Accommodation, traveling and finding food is very easy. Close to the city if you want to wander around looking for great restaurants in Phetchaburi. The bed is soft and comfortable. Sleeping on it doesn't hurt your back at all. The room is not very soundproof. There is no elevator and no hair dryer. But overall, I'd like to come and stay again. All the lovely staff are very helpful.

Ban Bang Home Resort is a very small resort, owned by Nong On, with only four or five rooms in total. This is our first time staying here. The room we stayed in has air conditioning, hot water, and a TV. Although the room is small, it is clean and comfortable. The resort is located by the pond, a five-minute walk to Samaran Beach, very quiet. There is a small restaurant in the resort, but there is no menu. Nong On and her sister are responsible for ordering and cooking. The food is delicious! Nong On and her sister welcomed us very warmly and the service was very attentive. Later we took friends to stay here several times and we were very happy. If you like to go out to bars at night, I don't recommend staying here. But if you like a quiet and friendly atmosphere and don’t want to be too far from the beach, then I highly recommend this place!

Clean, cool air, strong water, breakfast is sticky rice with sweet pork, bananas, oranges, Thai desserts. The accommodation provides a set of wraps for those who don't eat in the morning. You can bring it with you to eat while eating. The accommodation has 2 sides. If you stay on the side next to the road, you will hear the sound of cars from the road quite clearly.
