The hotel service is superb. No problem there. Swimming pool is a joke. It's not even inside the hotel. It's next to the stage and appears to have been the old place where they held their sea lions. Ginawang pool lng. The rooms are average. Biggest problem is that it hasn't decided if it's a room for kids and family or a honeymoon suite. The shower even when the door is closed leaks a lot of water so the entire bathroom is wet. The most disappointing is the actual Ocean Park. Limited animals and attractions. The show itself is limited to birds and 2 sea lions who do a few tricks for snacks. OK naman un show but the mere fact that they let their audience burn in the hot summer sun for 30min and the show is merely that is severely disappointing. They can't even pay for a good tent cover.

Rooms were Re painted but everything looked old. No slippers, bathrobes, not enough shampoo. The skybar has wonderful views.

Friendly staffs. And property was conveniently located in the heart of Binondo. Awesome and responsive staffs all the way to their housekeepers. This is my second time and I’m looking forward to stay in his property again soon. Thank you very much for the awesome experience! Your staffs are gold!

Some staff response times are slow but others were polite and helpful. In term of the amenities It appears that some are not available. We submitted the necessary check-in documents, but they claimed we used the wrong booking number. We requested the same room, but haven't received a response.

Located in a small street in Malate, my experience here was quite pleasant. Their rooms have an old fashioned feel to them and I felt that I was in a small hotel in India, 30 years ago! But the air conditioning was good and everything worked nicely. The rooms are not sound proof. So if you have a family with a crying baby in the next room, as I did, it could be a bit of a problem. The staff were very sweet, particularly some of the gentlemen in the lobby and the lovely lady who checked me in at night. I feel bad that I forgot to note her name. Maybe Annette? Since my flight was late, I reached by around 11:00 at night. She was sweet enough to order me a Yummy Pizza from Shakey's nearby, using her app. (God bless her.)

Spent 3D 2N staycation here, family of 4. The room has a 5-star feel. It has everything you need - a sewing kit, hair dryer, flat iron, bath robes, towels and toiletries. The carpeted floor looks clean. I love the classy scent of the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The glass drawers are very nice, too. They have a couch that's big enough to be an additional bed. Good wifi connection. We were able to work during our stay. The breakfast buffet is a plus. I was with my 2 kids, 4 and 7. My 4-year old was free, but I had to pay half-rate for my 7-yr old. Hubby and I tried their Romancon restaurant for dinner - very sumptuous food! Had the off-the-bones ribs w/veggies for 550 and super delicious kare-kare for 550, good for sharing. Kids had their all-day breakfast and fries. A lot of convenience stores outside. Food delivery is also allowed. We ordered outside food twice. There's a cute pool is at the roof deck. Self-service towels and toiletries were available. The staff was accommodating and always smiling. Overall, we had a great stay. Highly recommended. We'll definitely come back!
