Just had the most fantastic experience staying at the Royale chulan Seremban. Each and every staff member treated us so well, they were all friendly, spoke with us daily, left treats in our room each night. The views were spectacular from our room as well as fantastic..Direct views from club lounge very beautiful..i could go on and on the service was just so good. We are already planning our next stay. Go try for yourselves.
It's ends well other than a of TV and water heater, and the toilet flush which was not working upon my check in but was resolved after giving the feedback to the reception.
I would like to give a shout out to Amira and the girls (so sorry as I had lost their names after it was written on a piece of paper). The first staff was the one who checked me out and the second staff was the โsmaller lady whom I think wearing spec. All three were very professional in handling guests. Not forgetting to mention Kamal the housekeeping staff.
The check-in process was quick and efficient, which I appreciated. However, I expected the concierge staff to be a bit more welcoming. The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, though the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking. I really enjoyed the pool area, and my child had a fantastic time in the kids' pool. Overall, it was a good stay and I would consider returning.

Our stay at Hotel Quest was absolutely delightful. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained โ perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile.
The location is great, just a short drive to the beach and nearby eateries. We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and cozy vibes. Itโs a great option for families or couples looking for a comfortable, budget-friendly stay.
Definitely coming back again for the warm hospitality and overall great experience! Highly recommended!

The hotel is kinda old and has some cleanliness issue. We found toothpick & dead bugs on the floor, there are a lot of wasp at night that flew into the bathroom, you'd find many died on the floor in the morning.
Breakfast is seriously a question, I paid double the price from what I would normally paid for a 2d1n and naturally expecting good breakfast selection but it was a disappointment, they repeated the same menu, limited choices w typical nasi lemak fried mihun sausages hash brown , 3 types of bread, egg section, porridge & fruits section, and a roti canai section.
We came at the wrong time as some company team building is going on, its loud even if you requested
for a quiet room, you'd hear children playing from the pool, too many people and the room is not sound proofed, you'd hear ppl talking and dry blowing sounds from another room. Beach is not clean as they claimed. Overall not worth for the price I paid.
The staff were friendly and helpful. They greeted us the moment we arrived and continued to do so throughout our stay, making us feel very welcomed. However, I was a little disappointed with the room. I stayed at Water Chalet 046 and the mini fridge was not working. There was also an unpleasant smell when I opened it. I didnโt make a complaint as I only discovered this at night. In terms of amenities, housekeeping may have forgotten to replenish my shampoo and the hospitality tray. That said, the overall room was still great and the seaview was nice. Breakfast had a satisfying variety of choices and both indoor and outdoor parking were available. Overall, it was a good stay
The room is very nice, clean, and well equipped with the necessities. The stay is very comfy. The buffet breakfast is decent, some of the food quite nice.
The hotel got decent swimming pool and gym too.
But make sure to pay street parking if you drive here, as the officer around will hunt ur car 1st thing in the morning before you wake up.
To check in was a bit hassle coz the lobby is at L3 so we kinda got lost after we parked our car. The check in was smooth but the lobby was on the south side of the building while the room was on the north side. So kinda have to walk a bit to get to our room. The room was good but it was bit dirty. You see hair everywhere on the floor and on the bathroom. Thereโs only one pillow were provided for each guest and it was totally flat. Asking for an extra pillow but they will charge RM5. Iโm like what? No thanks. We ended up bought extra pillow at the supermarket downstairs and it cost us RM10 and we get to bring back the pillow. The sheets was bit smelly. Kinda stale smell. However the view from our room was nice. The aircond was not that cool even though it was set at 16 degree celcius. The buffet was decent. The location of the hotel was strategic as its right in the PD waterfront. Overall it was an ok stay for us. Do we gonna stay again here again? Probably not.
Room was clean and well kept. Beds and mattress are clean and air-conditioning also was like new. Hadi and Darvin are both wonderful staff who helped us with our special requests. Plenty of parking spaces. Many Chinese restaurants at walking distance from this hotel.

EEl ZeeffranceHotel overall was good, reception was excellent, Housekeeping was helpful, nice hotel with good environment and view, food also delicious, room with full amenities and good facilities.
NNurulmukhtarrI recently stayed at a 3-bedroom apartment and was genuinely impressed by how spacious and comfortable it was โ perfect for families or groups seeking both space and privacy. One of the best parts is its prime location, just a short walking distance to the beach, which made morning strolls and evening sunsets effortlessly enjoyable.
The hotel also offers excellent recreational facilities, including pools with fun water slides that my kids absolutely loved. Another plus point is the abundance of eateries right outside the hotel, offering a wide variety of local and international food options.
However, one area that could be improved is the lighting in the apartment. The lights were quite dim at night, especially in the hall. A single white fluorescent light would make a big difference and enhance the comfort of the space.
Overall, itโs a great place to stay โ convenient, family-friendly, and ideally located. Iโd definitely return, especially if the lighting issue is addressed.

GGuest UserCan this hotel see if I write in Chinese? I probably won't go there again. There is no air-conditioning, no matter how beautiful the environment is, it cannot withstand the lack of air-conditioning. After all, we are not on the top of the mountain but in the mountains. It is really fatal to have no air conditioning.
