Althought Lexis is well-known resort with almost 20 years of being in the business, the overall stay and experience could be much better enjoyed if the hotel had renovated or at least done a deep cleaning with replacement of dirty or rusted items. Things like shower tile grout, creaky wood cabinets and rusted metal hangings and furnishment could have been replaced/scrubbed clean instead of replaced as to not lose its historical charm. Had expected a better experience with the amount I paid and the claim of the place being a 4-star resort.
Also I thought my room came with a bathtub? The location had a large changing room in place instead.
Grand interior, lobby gives a feeling of high class.
Front counter staff abit not friendly, rude, and impatient, but helpful, could be having a bad day.
Water heater for shower need to wait more than 5 minutes of running water before its usable. Towel quite rough, will cause pain if you rub too hard, one of the towels got yellow stains
Toilet dry-wet segment is very well done.
Parking is very very dark without any light at night.
The room is very nice, clean, and well equipped with the necessities. The stay is very comfy. The buffet breakfast is decent, some of the food quite nice.
The hotel got decent swimming pool and gym too.
But make sure to pay street parking if you drive here, as the officer around will hunt ur car 1st thing in the morning before you wake up.
Yes, the scenery is charming. It's hard to find it by yourself. The boss sent someone to pick him up at Lijing's door. It felt like it was done by Lijing Rental. There is a Regent logo on the room card and inside. The boss speaks Chinese and is easy to communicate with

This is my first time stay at this hotel . Staying with toddler and baby .. request for baby coat and they send to our room . My toddler enjoy the bath tub as reach she direct want to take a bath 😂 but for safety the toilet bath could be put moreee safety as slippery a lot . My daughter suddenly fall luckily nothing happen 🥲 the food is variety but the taste could be improve . Anyway enjoy stay here till next time ..
Hotel is still new so it is understandable poor facilities like guideway to each block is missing. Room was ok.
Breakfast is not as good as advertised in TikTok. Nasi Lemak is tasteless. Served process food instead of fried chicken. Porridge was like rice soup and plain. The only decent food I get was Bihun Curry. The head chef need to take this food review seriously.
I recently stayed at a 3-bedroom apartment and was genuinely impressed by how spacious and comfortable it was — perfect for families or groups seeking both space and privacy. One of the best parts is its prime location, just a short walking distance to the beach, which made morning strolls and evening sunsets effortlessly enjoyable.
The hotel also offers excellent recreational facilities, including pools with fun water slides that my kids absolutely loved. Another plus point is the abundance of eateries right outside the hotel, offering a wide variety of local and international food options.
However, one area that could be improved is the lighting in the apartment. The lights were quite dim at night, especially in the hall. A single white fluorescent light would make a big difference and enhance the comfort of the space.
Overall, it’s a great place to stay — convenient, family-friendly, and ideally located. I’d definitely return, especially if the lighting issue is addressed.
the room is huge with 2 kings bed with direct sea view. It has own pool, however there are many insects and leaves will fall in the pool and we will need get cleaner to clean it.
Hotel have public big pool with seaview.
One thing disadvantage is the building next door have contructions ,so there are many noises during the day otherwise it will make everything perfect. Nearby there are few restaurants and convenient shops to drop by.
Overall the stay is satisfied.

AAnonymous UserNo TV remote control was available. I had booked a king-sized bed, but it wasn't provided. Check-in was quite slow, despite the lack of other guests. There was a water leak directly outside my room, and the corridor was slightly flooded when walking through it. The bathroom also had an unpleasant odor; perhaps an air freshener could be placed there. On the positive side, the air conditioner was very effective and kept the room extremely cold. All the room lights worked perfectly, and the fan also functioned well. The mattress and blankets were comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Overall, there's a lot that needs improvement. Specifically, if king-sized beds are not widely available, the hotel should not offer guests the option to choose between a king or twin during booking.

GGuest UserCan this hotel see if I write in Chinese? I probably won't go there again. There is no air-conditioning, no matter how beautiful the environment is, it cannot withstand the lack of air-conditioning. After all, we are not on the top of the mountain but in the mountains. It is really fatal to have no air conditioning.

GGuest UserWe recently stayed at this hotel for a family getaway, and overall, it was a wonderful experience, especially for the kids! The highlight was definitely the splash park – our little ones had a blast there every day, and it was the perfect spot to keep them entertained for hours.
The staff were also outstanding—very attentive, friendly, and accommodating. They made sure all our needs were met and were quick to respond to any requests. It really felt like they cared about making our stay as enjoyable as possible.
The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities catered well to families. However, we did encounter some issues with cleanliness. When we checked in, the toilet hadn’t been properly cleaned, and there was some leftover rubbish in the room from previous guests. It was a bit disappointing, but the staff were quick to resolve the issue once we mentioned it.
Despite that, we had a great time, and I would recommend this hotel to other families. The splash park alone is enough to make it worth the stay, and the friendly staff really made a difference in our overall experience!
FFadzli RosliTo check in was a bit hassle coz the lobby is at L3 so we kinda got lost after we parked our car. The check in was smooth but the lobby was on the south side of the building while the room was on the north side. So kinda have to walk a bit to get to our room. The room was good but it was bit dirty. You see hair everywhere on the floor and on the bathroom. There’s only one pillow were provided for each guest and it was totally flat. Asking for an extra pillow but they will charge RM5. I’m like what? No thanks. We ended up bought extra pillow at the supermarket downstairs and it cost us RM10 and we get to bring back the pillow. The sheets was bit smelly. Kinda stale smell. However the view from our room was nice. The aircond was not that cool even though it was set at 16 degree celcius. The buffet was decent. The location of the hotel was strategic as its right in the PD waterfront. Overall it was an ok stay for us. Do we gonna stay again here again? Probably not.
MMangoTalkThe hotel is kinda old and has some cleanliness issue. We found toothpick & dead bugs on the floor, there are a lot of wasp at night that flew into the bathroom, you'd find many died on the floor in the morning.
Breakfast is seriously a question, I paid double the price from what I would normally paid for a 2d1n and naturally expecting good breakfast selection but it was a disappointment, they repeated the same menu, limited choices w typical nasi lemak fried mihun sausages hash brown , 3 types of bread, egg section, porridge & fruits section, and a roti canai section.
We came at the wrong time as some company team building is going on, its loud even if you requested
for a quiet room, you'd hear children playing from the pool, too many people and the room is not sound proofed, you'd hear ppl talking and dry blowing sounds from another room. Beach is not clean as they claimed. Overall not worth for the price I paid.
