The hotel is well located near Nagasaki station, tram and bus stops and shopping mall. Plenty of eateries nearby. We were attended by friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. The rooms are large and comfortable.
A hotel attached to Nagasaki Stadium. The appeal is that you can enjoy a stadium view from the hotel front desk, guest rooms, pool, jacuzzi, and hot springs. You can stay overnight and watch the game when there is a match at the stadium, but the accommodation fee is higher. The facilities are clean, there are restaurants and a food court, and the Inasa Mountain Ropeway is within walking distance. We recommend staying at the stadium as a unique experience for sightseeing in Nagasaki.
Amazing hotel! Room size was one of the biggest I’ve seen in Japan. Close to the tram line that goes to Nagasaki peace park and right in China town. I highly recommend staying here. The onsen was nice too.
it's a good 3-5min walk to the nearest bus and tram station, the lobby is connected to a medium sized 7-11 making everything super convenient! room is the perfect size for 1 large luggage. the onsen facilities were great with adequate space as well.
Nice clean but old hotel. It is quite dated but the rooms are big and the view is very nice. About 15 mins from the station. They have shuttle service. Be sure ask them about their shuttle schedule especially if you have luggages.
The lobby is somewhat dated but has a retro charm to it. I stayed in a standard double room which is spacious enough for one person but would be a bit cramped for two. The room seems to have been renovated recently as the fixtures, furnishings and appliances look quite new. The small balcony overlooking Glover Street is a plus.
The staff at the front desk, concierge and the restaurant are all super nice and helpful.
The location is very convenient. The Oura Cathedral tram stop is just down the street and many attractions such as Glover Garden, Dejima, Confucius Shrine & Museum, Holland Zaka, Gunkanjima Digital Museum are within walking distance.
This is the best accommodation experience for self-driving travel. The room has a large interior space and a large bathroom space. Each room has an independent courtyard, so the car can be parked directly next to the room. There is also a small courtyard outside where you can sit and drink tea and relax. The boss is very enthusiastic, the service is very warm, he speaks Chinese, English and Japanese, and communication is stress-free, which is great. As a journey between Nagasaki and Fukuoka, staying in Isahaya for one night makes it very comfortable and relaxing to visit Unzen and Shimabara. There are good supermarkets and restaurants around the hotel, which are easily accessible by car. It is highly recommended and I will come again next time I have the chance. One last thing, the breakfast was very good and the price was very affordable, overall, it was a great value for money.
The view was outstanding and it was good to enjoy fireworks.
Perhaps because of the reduction in labor costs, it was pitch black when I entered the room, and there was no guide for the meal while the katen was closed. The futon should have been laid first, but it was self.
I wandered from where to where I was eating.
The bath was the best with a night view.
We enjoyed to stay. Hotel staff members are very friendly and kind. Breakfast buffet at hotel are good as well. I just didn’t know about free shuttle from station to hotel at the beginning. If I know early, I did not walk extras and save energy. Otherwise we are very happy to stay there.

NNatpapatIt is the best hotel and the best service. The staffs are lovely and polite. I got upgraded room because of honey moon. The room is very clean, comfortable bed. The breakfast is delicious, there are many choices. I have to thank you guys.

TTo Eat and To TravelThe now-Emperor of Japan stayed here when he was still the Prince. Not the most new and fancy hotel in the area, but still has its unique charm. Our room was by the lake which the sunset can be viewed from the balcony (but unfortunately we missed it due to arriving too late). Service was great, staff have good English. The breakfast was definitely the highlight, the food was nice and the view from the venue was very pleasant. Our plan didn’t have dinner but I am sure it would be just as good.
PPlatinum GiudeBetter than Santorini. You can overlook Kujukushima and Saikai National Park. The pool view is dreamy. The best hot spring. Shuttle service from Sasebo Station every hour until late at night. The restaurant is also delicious. The hotel room has a small veranda.
GGuest UserThe location is a bit disappointing, but everything else is great. It's a great hotel, even with the unfortunate location. There were reviews saying it was impossible to walk, but it's uphill, so it's worth walking up. I think it took about 15-20 minutes. The route is also well marked on Google Maps. This is a place I would like to stay again.
