This is my second time staying here, and it has a luxurious feel and is very relaxing. The washroom and bath are spacious and clean. There are many inbound tourists, but they are not noisy and it is a nice atmosphere. I would like to use it again.
Good value with exceptional service
We were extremely satisfied with the services and had a delightful experience in that hotel.
Our package included room, breakfast and dinner. Due to a minor traffic incident, we were unable to meet our dinner time of 6:00 pm. We contacted the hotel and they kindly accommodated us and provided attentive service. We were deeply touched by their care and consideration.
The assistance to report of the traffic incident to the local insurance company was unexpectedly smooth with the help of the staff. The language proficiency of the staff was impressive, as they efficiently resolved language-related issues we faced.
Furthermore, the traditional charm of the hotel exceeded our expectations and added to our enjoyment - good value.
We will recommend the hotel to others and look forward to visiting again in the future.
Special thanks to Ms. Oromo Rie, Mr. Toyama, and the staff responsible for our meals.

After I checked into room 1517, lots of strange things happened. It made me feel very sick and items in the room moved and my phone constantly dropped from the flat desk. I literally vomited over 10 times the moment I stepped into that room.
Anyway contacted trip.com and they couldn’t do anything to help. Was pretty disappointed with trip.com as I am already a diamond member and was held on the line for over 30min for literally nothing. The hotline staff kept telling me Japanese speaking staff not available and no progress.
Fortunately I called front desk and at first they told me they would charge me $63800 yen for a switch of room, then they sent someone up to the room and agreed to switch me to another room for free after they noticed the problem. New room with the view of the TV tower and everything was fine. Location is great but wouldn’t stay there again personally.

Although it’s a three-star hotel, it is a great hotel for one to three people to stay in. The hotel is nice and quiet, most rooms come with free breakfast buffet coupons (which are limited but still nice enough) and the beds are quite big. The wifi works quite well and the rooms are big enough for three. I’m not sure if there are conjoining rooms, but it they will be recommended for families of four and above. There aren’t many guests in the hotel, and most of them are businessmen.
The hotel is also at a convenient location—there is Lawson in front of it, a 7-11 behind it and a Family Mart northeast of it(across the street). It is a short walk of 3min away from JR Nagoya Stn.
Some bad things about the hotel are that the TV’s programs are all in Japanese, and even the CNN is translated into Japanese, so I recommend you use your phones or tablets to watch the shows you like. There also isn’t a window and the aircon is quite weak, so it gets stuffy sometimes. However, apart from that, it is quite an enjoyable stay!!
I stayed after the night pool in Laguna.
Since the toll road will be closed at 20:00, I had to check in by then, so I was harassed before staying, but after check-in, I was kind and polite to serve customers. Even though I arrived late, I was very impressed with the detailed response such as confirming the breakfast the next morning.
From this year, I was convinced that I could see my best in the renewal.
In addition, the service of pear 🍐 and the water area are renovated and beautiful, and the price is cheap and very satisfied.
Thank you very much for your help this time.
Cospa is good and highly recommended.
Also, thank you next time.

Would have given all 5 stars if not for the noise from the trains. Nonetheless I do recommend for those who are not sensitive to noise to stay at the hotel. The noise is quite bearable and it was surprisingly therapeutic to watch Shinkansen and local trains from my floor (level 23). The location is prime as it is just above Takashimaya, Uniqlo, GU, and close to JR station, subway and AirPort Express. I opted for breakfast and enjoyed the variety it offered. Not forgetting they allowed to deposit my luggage for 3 nights ahead of my stay. Love their flexibility!
Love the proximity to the airport. Rooms were clean & beds comfortable, with great view of the sunrise. There's a coffee machine beside the lobby. Entrance to the hotel is beside the turnstiles exit from the train.
You have to pay extra for rooms facing the airport (sunset view in autumn).
This is a resort hotel that you would want to stay in again after staying there once. The hotel is right by the sea, close to the sea and beautiful scenery. There are guest rooms and hot spring pools from the third to the eighth floor of the hotel. There are mixed bathing for men and women, private baths and separate pools for men and women in different time periods. The interior of the hotel is full of rich Japanese style. The guest rooms are large with independent bathrooms, bedrooms and reception rooms, and the balcony is perfect for enjoying the sunset facing the sea. The hotel staff is very polite and enthusiastic, and can speak simple English. It is suitable for a relaxing vacation.
This hotel is a bit dated but has a classic antique ambiance to it. It took me some hours to learn how to operate the toilet 😅 but I finally figured it out. The young lady, I forgot her name, helped me with understanding the thermostat.. as she was the only one who spoke some English the evening I arrived. But she was very helpful. Bed was comfortable. Shower was warm and had good water pressure! Hotel was convenient to subway station and buying tickets. Also convenient to nearby local eateries.
It's in a great location in front of Toyotashi Station.
Guests can also use the underground parking lot for free.
We look forward to welcoming you again.

GGuest UserThe place is exactly like in the photos. The room was very clean but small (usual jap room), need to shift furniture around to open 2 luggages. The toilet and shower is also clean and small, wet and dry area is separated. Warm water comes quickly and the water pressure in the shower is strong. Soap smells good. Hotel is easy to find, and walking distance from the shinkansen. There is no convenience stall along the way but there is a family mart at 3rd floor of the hotel building. During check in, staff speaks good english and assisted us promptly. Very friendly and approachable. They kindly allow us to store luggage at the hotel one day before check-in. We were able to add breakfast for one day. Breakfast had good variety and the taste is not bad. There were nagoya local food such as unagi hitsumabushi, katsu skewers w miso and kishimen noodles. Very thankful that 4 pillows were provided! 2 soft pillows and 2 hard bean pillows so we can choose what we like. The queen bed is huge and comfortable, had a very good night sleep. The air conditioning is centralized, unable to adjust room temperature. Free wifi is very strong. Portable chargers avail for loan. Will stay again
ZZoeIf you are Lego fans, you must be very excited. Everywhere are Lego! Even in the washroom! This is our family trip, we enjoyed every moment in the hotel. Rooms are very clean and tidy, and there was a treasure box for kids, it was so funny. The breakfast buffet was very good, Lego all round you when having breakfast, the atmosphere was great! For sure will be back in future.
メメイOf all the hotels in Nagoya I've stayed at, this one had the best atmosphere, so I decided to stay again.
The rooms and hallways were very clean and had a calming atmosphere, which made my friend very happy. I'll definitely stay here again!!
WWang Dylan 1979If you’re tired of small hotel rooms in Japan where you can barely open your luggage, this hotel is a fantastic choice. We stayed in a standard room and had no trouble opening two 26” suitcases comfortably.
The parking fee is reasonable compared to other five-star hotels (1,800 yen per entry), and the parking spaces are spacious enough for a 4WD—very convenient!
The hotel’s ambiance embraces a beautiful Japanese Zen style, and you’ll feel it the moment you step inside. The view of Nagoya city is stunning, and the location is perfect—right across from various shopping malls and close to all the famous attractions.
Absolutely planning to stay here again on our next visit to Nagoya!

99kykThank you to front office staff Umeda. Great check in customer service.
Stayed 1 night with mum and dad. Location was perfect to the bullet train about 10mins away but feels quicker because there is an underground passage from station all the way to hotel.
Hotel room had really nice touches like the bed was very comfortable and acoustics insulation I can tell had been considered.
Modern and clean surroundings and room. No complaints. Also incredible view.
They also have a spa - not much to shout about but nice bonus.
Also they have the modern laundry all in one washer and dryer with digital lock - but only two - nice and appropriated.
Thanks for the nice stay between Tokyo and Osaka. Nagoya has amazing eel rice and chill vibes.
Zzh3usA pretty new hotel, real nice rooms the front portion near the door of the room is tatami, the size is really decent for Japanese chains. Theres an information map in the lobby that shows whats nearby and all the recommendations. The staff are really professional as well. Only drawback is that the hot spring is really tiny, but its better than not having one.
The subway station is only a 2 min walk away from the hotel. Nagoya is one of the best places to get used luxury products and the 2nd hand brands like KOMEHYO had large buildings here.
