Guest UserGreat location, the bit that lets it down is slow check in staff. She was standing at desk waiting, I go up she says she had to login. Then took a while then asked name waited then did I check in online then went off. Crazy amount of time to pick up a key.
Then the room was cleanish the bathroom had a horrible smell, the bathroom is a bit dated not a great shower. Soap was ok.
This was my first time staying in this chain, and the biggest issue was no parking, guess what. You can park across the road, but it's free between 6 pm to 7am. Wonderful I paid for a parking ticket, got up to find a parking fine on my car. So had to pay £25 parking fee. On a Sunday getting up at 7 am . MK council need to sort their policy out for weekend parking, not as if I didn't pay parking. I made the mistake of enjoying time in MK and forgot the 7am parking.

Alison’s Silk Road TravelsI stayed in Holiday Inn for the second time. I stayed in room 301. The room was very clean and tidy. It had a bigger than expected bathroom with good mirrors and a bath. The toiletries were good. It was very busy in the hotel and the breakfast was very busy with families. The breakfast was Ok the cooked breakfast was hot but the sweet pastries were limited. The range of cold meats was good. The fruit was good. The coffee was good. The breakfast spice was good. I did not use the health facilities. The bar was busy and I had to wait to buy a soft drink. The range of food on offer was good. I really enjoyed my stay at holiday inn. The service was good and I liked the luggage store facilities. These were free. The locality is good for food outlets and there is a large shopping mall opposite the hotel. It takes 18 mins to walk to the station. There was a marathon on while I stayed. So it was busy everywhere. The images shown here are of the spaces inside the hotel to eat, my breakfast, the free water, and the foyer space. I would stay here again. It’s only 47 mins to London and it’s a great price and a quiet hotel compared to London prices. Mexicans living in London were celebrating Cinco de Mayo outside the National gallery today and it was really great! The Milton Keynes marathon was also on today!

Little Forest Studio ManagementOverall, we felt this hotel offered really good value for money, especially considering the location. It was a convenient base for visiting Windsor and the surrounding areas, while being noticeably more affordable than many of the hotels closer to the town centre. For anyone planning a short stay around Windsor, we think this is a practical and budget-friendly option.
The room itself was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We particularly appreciated the privacy of the curtains, which blocked the light well and made it easier to rest properly. The bed and duvet were also very comfortable, and overall the atmosphere felt quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, and the general experience was smooth and hassle-free.
Another positive point was the convenience of the location. It was easy to drive to nearby attractions and restaurants, and having parking available made the trip much less stressful. Compared with accommodation prices in Windsor itself, this felt like a much better-value choice without being too far away.
The only area we felt could be improved was the carpet in the room and hallway. It seemed a little old and worn, and in some areas it looked slightly dirty, which affected the overall impression of cleanliness. The room itself generally felt tidy, but replacing or deep-cleaning the carpets would probably make the hotel feel much fresher and more modern.

Heena AmirThe location is perfect. Parking and other facilities such as gym and pool are free. The room is really nice and there wardrobe has enough space for clothing and storing luggage. The room doesn't have an AC so it does get very hot during hot weather. Inside the wardrobe is a fan which can be used to keep the room cool. There is no fridge in the room to keep some of the drinks cool. Overall good hotel for the price and location.

_alalei_The cleanliness details are absolutely amazing! Not a speck of dust in the corners, no water stains in the bathroom. The facilities are new and function perfectly, the WiFi is fast, and there's plenty of hot water. The service is unobtrusive yet responsive when needed. This is truly a hidden gem of a hotel!

Very satisfied with the hotel, the location is excellent, and the hotel service staff are very friendly, especially the restaurant manager Hulya, a Turkish girl.

There were shortcomings on this visit as i was comparing it with a previous visit with my partner which was excellent. This time i came with my best friend. We had separate rooms. My friends' room was not serviced in 3 nights. Mine not for 2 nights. I had no hot water the first morning so no shower. It was rectified after breakfast. First breakfast was over an hour to arrive. The chef was ill. If a waitress had informed us we may have chosen another option or gone elsewhere. Thankfully we were not time pressed on this occasion. The food was fine but the level of service was hit and miss, depending on who was serving. My room was comfortable enough but for the money spent, I would not return. I was not offered a discount regarding no hot water but i didn't ask for one. I should not have had to.
