Hotel was very clean. I was asked daily if I needed anything from the cleaning staff. Staff in general were excellent on arrival and always pleasant whether that was entering or leaving the hotel.
The hotel offers FREE 24/7 access to a coffee machine that is located in the reception. I never had the breakfast, but it looked half decent, with a selection of meats, breads and pastry as well as some hot food options.
Not kettle or anything like that in the room. However and fridge and a safe are there.
The only thing I had a slight issue with that was okay due to the temperature was the air conditioning, when I put it on to go cold, it actually made the room hotter. With the weather not being to hot, i could open the window and it cooled the room down.
All in all. Great staff. Clean rooms. A decent location. Would come back.
Friendly Staff great location, easy access to the train and underground. The hotel is very clean. Rooms are capacious.
But at the end when I requested a car transfer to the airport from one of the guest services which is only 10 minutes away, he called someone and he told me it’s only €33, but when we arrived to the airport, the driver told me it is €40! Looked like a scam to me.!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the NH Hotel in Madrid, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was smooth and enjoyable.
The location is fantastic—perfectly situated for exploring Madrid’s vibrant attractions, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance of many key landmarks.
The room was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the soundproofing ensured a peaceful night’s sleep.
The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options to suit every taste. The dining area was bright and inviting, making it the perfect way to start the day.
Overall, NH Hotel Madrid delivers exceptional value with its combination of comfort, service, and convenience. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid, whether for business or leisure. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

They have great breakfasts
Location is far from Madrid with no public transport so you will need Uber or private transport
They offer free shuttle pick up from hotel to Airport which is a plus.
Overall super affordable hotel with great breakfast with not so great location
Very convenient and nice hotel. The free shuttle from and to the airport made it very easy. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Food is delicious. We ordered room service and had their breakfast buffet as well and everything was great. Will be back.

Location is great in the middle of the center, modern furniture in old building, the only things that you can hear the voice of your neighbors TV or their talking as should be some sound isolation between rooms, except of that the hotel is great choice
I was very pleased with my stay. I initially thought it might be noisy due to its proximity to the airport, but it was surprisingly quiet. The hotel also offers a very convenient airport shuttle service. Plus, there's a large supermarket and mall nearby, perfect for some shopping.
Unlike many downtown hotels that charge for slippers, this hotel provides them, along with toiletries, free of charge. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and polite. For the two rooms we booked, they even proactively assigned us connecting rooms, which was a lovely surprise.
The cleanliness was excellent, and the facilities felt very new. The housekeeping staff were also very polite. Highly recommended!
The location is very good. There is a delicious Lebanese restaurant nearby. The front desk helped us call a taxi when we checked out. It takes 15 minutes to get to T1. The meter is 22.1 euros. There are cute big bears in the lobby. The air conditioner in the room has a little smell, but everything else is satisfactory
Very Good

Great
NNo sugar ,but coffeeThe room was clean and tidy. The breakfast spread was extensive, with options catering to Chinese palates, including local fried dough sticks (youtiao) and dumplings, all of which tasted great. There was also a wide selection of fresh fruit. The only minor downside was the typical European hotel amenity setup – no complimentary toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers provided in the room. The location is also excellent, right next to Retiro Park and the Prado Museum.
GGuest UserThere are four stages in the journey, and I am now on the third stage. Madrid is the second stage.
This hotel is the best one among the three stages so far!!
The room is very clean and spacious. There is a safe and a refrigerator.
The toilet is separated into wet and dry areas. There is a circle of mirrors in the toilet, which makes it convenient for me and my friend to move separately. While she washes, I can also put on makeup. There are hand soap/shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion.
Free water every day!! Super considerate.
The service is also very nice. There is a restaurant on the 0th floor. Those who push large luggage can enter from the side door of the restaurant. There are only steps at the hotel entrance.
There is a bus stop and a subway station next to the hotel, so the transportation is relatively convenient. You can walk to Retiro Park in the morning. You can also pass by two large supermarkets on the way.
GGuest UserThe apartment was hugely overpriced.
The location is nowhere near the plush area of Retiro as suggested by the apartment description.
The apartments are tiny with no natural light. They are very dark and depressing.
The water takes a long long time to heat up.
There has been money wasted on fancy bathroom sinks and wooden floors when comfort should be the number one priority.
The beds are really terrible and really hard. I developed back and shoulder pain within a few hours of trying to sleep on the bed.
The human spine is S shaped and if you lie on a decent bed your shoulder and hip should sink into the mattress. This offers vital comfort and support.
The pillows are really cheap and uncomfortable and in the two upstairs apartments you can hear the people in the next room loud and clear.
The equipment in the kitchen is very restricted.
Not enough knives and forks and the cutlery provided is not suitable. Steak knives all two of them to spread butter!!!
Nothing to cut loaves or other food stuffs.
Half a tea towel and no kitchen towel which is not practical to buy for a 1-3 night stay.
Two toilet rolls, not enough for a 3 person stay.
Considering the extortionate price charged for the tiny so called Junior Suite, the owner should have provided more comfort and facilities and the beds are truly terrible and lack of sound proofing being able to hear my neighbours farting was pretty awkward.
However, the lady on Reception Mayumi was absolutely wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
She was kind and considerate and a real asset to the company.
The male members of staff were not remotely helpful whoever they were.
Not a place I would recommend and certainly not at that price with beds that feel like you are sleeping on the floor with a sheet and pillow!
LLorenaMolineroThe place is wonderful, clean, well equipped, easy check-in, next to Atocha, super spacious… well decorated… we loved the detail that it had a washing machine and clothesline! It has been a very good experience and both my daughter and I loved it!
GGuest UserGreat hotel, nice restaurants and rooftop bar.
The room was nice and spacious, great location with christmas market right across from the hotel.
GGuest UserThe place was spotlessly clean; even the closets were immaculate. All essential amenities were provided, including a washing machine and a dishwasher. The suite itself was incredibly comfortable and spacious, boasting six balconies in total – three in the living room, two in one bedroom, and one in the other. Despite being in a bustling city center, the soundproofing was excellent. Both adults and children unanimously declared it the most satisfying hotel they've ever stayed in! Plus, it's incredibly convenient: located right by Metro Art Station, the hotel's main entrance is literally just a ten-step walk from the subway exit!
GGuest UserThe room is spacious and the bathroom is large. It is close to the airport and takes 10 minutes by taxi to the airport.
The outdoor pool has good facilities and the children can play in the water together. It is very good.
The breakfast is rich in variety. Eat breakfast at the Novotel hotel opposite

GGuest UserThe surrounding environment is very good and it is very close to the airport. There is a shuttle bus to the airport starting at 5 am. You need to confirm the time at the front desk one day in advance. Overall, it is very good and convenient. It is very suitable for travelers who need to take a flight at the airport the next morning.
GGuest UserHotel is very old but close to the premium outlet mall. Secured parking was excluded. Air con was extremely noisy and it’s like a huge engine inside our room. The breakfast was blah but there was not many choices during the Euro Cup period.
