Strategically located in the centre of everything. Hotel was clean and spacious. Good serving of breakfast. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for hotel in Madrid. Sorry that I forgotten to take a photo of the room before it became too messy. What you see in website is what you get
There is no swimming pool. It is about 400 meters from the subway entrance, which is quite convenient. Breakfast costs 13 euros for self-service. Although it is not cheap, the ham is enough to fill you up. You can still eat something. The price starts at 125 euros. It is almost 200 euros during Easter. I am drunk.

We booked an apartment in the city center of Madrid. Going downstairs is right for shopping. There are many shopping malls, restaurants and cafes nearby. The location is very advantageous and it is convenient to go everywhere. The subway station is just a few steps away, and you can also walk to the Grand Palace, which takes about ten minutes. There are various shops along the way, so you can walk around and have a look. We will stay here again next time we come. We are very satisfied and highly recommend it.
Hotel was very clean. I was asked daily if I needed anything from the cleaning staff. Staff in general were excellent on arrival and always pleasant whether that was entering or leaving the hotel.
The hotel offers FREE 24/7 access to a coffee machine that is located in the reception. I never had the breakfast, but it looked half decent, with a selection of meats, breads and pastry as well as some hot food options.
Not kettle or anything like that in the room. However and fridge and a safe are there.
The only thing I had a slight issue with that was okay due to the temperature was the air conditioning, when I put it on to go cold, it actually made the room hotter. With the weather not being to hot, i could open the window and it cooled the room down.
All in all. Great staff. Clean rooms. A decent location. Would come back.

The apartment was favorably located, in close proximity to a public parking garage which we used, metro station and restaurants. We were really satisfied with how clean, spacious, functional and modern the entire apartment was and the amenities were great too! Everything you need!
The only downside for us was right at the start with trying to find the building as part of the name was missing and then the lengthy check-in process. The photos of travel docs of each occupant had to be uploaded and if that was not enough, we also had to fill in the details for each one of us. We traveled with our 1 month old baby all the way from Valencia to Madrid and was waiting outside in the cold for the code to enter. Only until we called the contact centre did someone acknowledge that we had completed the check-in process and emailed us the code.
Overall, it was a great apartment, however, may need to give some thought to a check-in process that is stress-free.
Other than drain in the shower overflowing while I was taking I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was an excellent nightly price for the location and extensive amount of restaurants and shops in the area. In addition the MRT was very near allowing me to get around easily throughout Madrid while I stayed at the hotel.

Had a fantastic stay! The room was spacious and fully equipped with everything you could need. They even provided a wine opener, plates, bowls, and cutlery, which was a really thoughtful touch and made our stay very convenient. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and the silent air conditioning made for a perfect sleep. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation (buses and subway) to get anywhere. The front desk staff were lovely, polite, and friendly. I highly recommend it for families; it's very comfortable.

The location of the hotel in the city center is better. It is convenient to be only a few minutes away from the hotel to the subway station, and there are also scenic spots nearby.
This isn't my first time staying here. I always choose this hotel when I have an early morning flight the next day.
I especially love their breakfast; there's a great variety, and the hash browns are really delicious! Though, the coffee tasted a bit ordinary this time around. 😂
The room is very comfortable, and all the toiletries are well-stocked.
The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle bus to the airport, which is super convenient.

Great
NNo sugar ,but coffeeThe room was clean and tidy. The breakfast spread was extensive, with options catering to Chinese palates, including local fried dough sticks (youtiao) and dumplings, all of which tasted great. There was also a wide selection of fresh fruit. The only minor downside was the typical European hotel amenity setup – no complimentary toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers provided in the room. The location is also excellent, right next to Retiro Park and the Prado Museum.
AAnonymous UserWe had a wonderful stay in Crowne Plaza Centew Retiro. Few min walk to Metro. Ginos restaurant and VIPS restaurant are opposite to the hotel and closed at midnight. The junior suite was great with a King bed and a double sofa bed which are big enough for a family of 4. The hotel provided welcome drinks and snacks in the bar. Free Illy coffee capsules and cookies in the room. The minibar in the junior suite was fully stocked and complimentary. All staff are friendly and nice. Thanks Nuria Pastor and your team for the arrangement which made our journey so special. We would definitely recommend our friends to stay here. The hotel was connected with Voco. We also booked buffet breakfast in Voco hotel with kid price EUR15 and Adult EUR 19. Great variety of food and drinks.
LLorenaMolineroThe place is wonderful, clean, well equipped, easy check-in, next to Atocha, super spacious… well decorated… we loved the detail that it had a washing machine and clothesline! It has been a very good experience and both my daughter and I loved it!
GGuest UserOur stay at Hard Rock was really pleasant! The staff were really helpful and accommodating, ready to answer all our questions and provide recommendations. Special shout to Alejandro and Alberto at the front desk, and also Adrian who took care of our luggages.
There are two bars, one in the lobby and one on the rooftop. Drinks are good. We did not have breakfast in the hotel so we can’t comment on that.
Room was nice and comfortable, they clean daily. Only thing I didn’t like was the sink was outside the bathroom.
Not sure why many people complained about the location. There are PLENTY of cafes, bars, and restaurants within walking distance and all frequented by locals. It’s also just a couple of stops away from Sol station.
Here’s a tip, the hotel will tell you that the nearest station is Atocha, but we feel like Lavapies station is much closer and easier to walk to. Lavapies is also only one stop from Sol station - which is the centre.
For breakfast, there is a Panaderia right across the road. For lunch or dinner, there’s Bar Argumosa and Orisha restaurant.
If you’re okay to walk a bit more, there’s a lovely neighbourhood called Anton Martin with many bars and restaurants too.
GGuest UserGreat hotel, nice restaurants and rooftop bar.
The room was nice and spacious, great location with christmas market right across from the hotel.

GGuest UserThe room is spacious and the bathroom is large. It is close to the airport and takes 10 minutes by taxi to the airport.
The outdoor pool has good facilities and the children can play in the water together. It is very good.
The breakfast is rich in variety. Eat breakfast at the Novotel hotel opposite
OOnnalee AnneVery convenient location a short walking distance to the Museo el Prado and the Madrid Atocha train station. There is a bar/restaurant in the main lobby and breakfast on the first floor-both good. Clean and quiet, this hotel has everything you need for a pleasant and convenient stay in Madrid.
GGuest UserThe room type we booked is a room with two bunk beds for single people and a double bed. Since there is only a two-person room in the option, we chose the two-person room. We are three adults and one child. After arriving at the hotel at midnight, the hotel front desk insisted that the bunk beds cannot accommodate adults. It can only accommodate children under 12 years old. If adults stay, it will collapse. They insisted that an adult stay in a separate room. Since it was already very late, with two elderly people and a child, there was no time and mood to argue with the front desk, so we had to pay and book a separate room. This hotel has nothing to recommend except that it is close to the airport and has a shuttle bus. The breakfast is also very simple, with only some bread. The facilities are similar to those of Home Inn Express in China. It is not recommended to stay.
__M1598684****I thought it was a rural second-tier city hotel. The hotel photos on Ctrip looked rustic. Once I entered the lobby, it was very stylish, with high ceilings and hello, welcome and goodbye written in various languages on the wall as decoration.
The room was spacious and comfortable, the table was wide and the sockets were in the right position, which was suitable for temporary office needs during business trips.
Note that European hotels generally do not provide combs, slippers, toothpaste and toothbrushes. If you ask the front desk, you can get disposable toothpaste and toothbrushes for free, but there are no slippers.
There are many breakfast options, rich fruits, freshly squeezed juices, and a variety of hot coffees can be selected on the coffee machine, etc.
