No leche desnatado.
Caro para lo que Dan. Pague 204 euros. Por 150 hubiera sido aceptable y eso porque es Pozuelo.
Very quiet and convenient hotel during the day and night. Going straight to the left for 15 minutes has a large Carrefour Carrefour supermarket, which has everything in it, and the hotel's breakfast is very rich. The sculpture of the hotel, guess is π or yuan, or what? I saw the unity of the heavens and people. The curtains are uniquely designed, a door sliding around, dark curtains drawn during the day, and can sleep well, friendly to the friends who just came to Europe to adjust jet lag and nap.
Very close to the subway station and bus station, there are restaurants and supermarkets around, which is very convenient. Outside the first zone, the transportation card needs to cross the zone. The hotel has a restaurant and a gym. The buffet breakfast is 13 euros,
Hotel is very old but close to the premium outlet mall. Secured parking was excluded. Air con was extremely noisy and it’s like a huge engine inside our room. The breakfast was blah but there was not many choices during the Euro Cup period.
The location is particularly good, suitable for self-driving. We arrived there on the first day, and it is especially convenient to find something to eat. There are Ortles, Decathlon, Carrefour, and Starbucks nearby. Most importantly, parking is free. ! ! The room is also very clean.
Everything is ok. After adding 30 euros, the suite has been upgraded and the parking fee of more than ten euros has been removed (in fact, it seems that there are many open spaces nearby that can be parked casually...) Breakfast received 33 euros two people, this is a bit too expensive, after all, not listed five stars. The service was really thoughtful. The car in the garage forgot to turn off the lights. The waiter called me one by one to avoid running out of batteries every other day. Thank you very much.
Booked this hotel for personal travel, it was a very good experience. The hotel room is spacious and bright, with an extra large area of more than 40 square meters. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom by two doors to avoid noise. The facilities are fully equipped and the hardware quality is of high quality. Hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion are all available. The bathroom is large, with wet and dry separation, which is easy to use. Breakfast was rich and delicious. Although the location is remote, it is close to the train station and is very convenient to the city and attractions. Hygienic and clean, the room is tidy. All in all, it is very good and worth recommending. I will come again next time I have the opportunity.
The staff were very comfortable and the staff were very comfortable. You are not allowed to check in no minute before 15.00h claiming that you have all the rooms occupied and being a little risky in the answer (the question was asked to 13.40h when the room has to be left to 12.00h). With a billing issue, they didn't know how to answer it properly.

Great
GGuest UserNice location and breakfast is great and lots of food choices. Room is small, water bottles are only free to be provided for first night but not next days.
Service is great and hotel staff is responsive.
GGuest UserThere are four stages in the journey, and I am now on the third stage. Madrid is the second stage.
This hotel is the best one among the three stages so far!!
The room is very clean and spacious. There is a safe and a refrigerator.
The toilet is separated into wet and dry areas. There is a circle of mirrors in the toilet, which makes it convenient for me and my friend to move separately. While she washes, I can also put on makeup. There are hand soap/shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion.
Free water every day!! Super considerate.
The service is also very nice. There is a restaurant on the 0th floor. Those who push large luggage can enter from the side door of the restaurant. There are only steps at the hotel entrance.
There is a bus stop and a subway station next to the hotel, so the transportation is relatively convenient. You can walk to Retiro Park in the morning. You can also pass by two large supermarkets on the way.
AAnonymous UserI used it the night before a family trip. Considering the price, this is probably it. However, the indoor toilet is separated only by a curtain, so even if you are a family member, you may be reluctant to use it. Breakfast is included and the content is not bad, but the staff's attitude is bad. The hotel made the guest confirm that the number of guests was incorrect, and even when he realized his own mistake, there was no apology. That female staff member will be hated by all the customers.
JJ@travelerBeyond my expectation in Madrid hotel, its first time for me to stay in Hard rock hotel and I felt so comfortable to stay here 3 night.
its make my day. Unique design and functional hotel. I love bathroom is so big and powerful rain shower. Bed is so comfortable , Amenity like shower and body lotion are good smell and soft. Overall comparison as price I am happy to stay here.
GGuest UserGreat hotel, nice restaurants and rooftop bar.
The room was nice and spacious, great location with christmas market right across from the hotel.
SSherryAt the beginning, the toilet in the room was completely transparent, which I couldn't accept. The front desk immediately changed it for me, and the attitude was very good.
GGuest UserThere are three 60 Balconies properties all within a short distance of each other in Madrid. This one is 60 Balconies- Art. When researching (and arriving..!) make sure you have the right one. This one is really well located - just across from the main train station, and a short distance to many of the major art galleries and cultural institutions. It is a short walk to both the botanical and El Retiro gardens. We had a two bathroom/two bedroom apartment. (One bathroom is an ensuite off the main bedroom). The apartment had a well appointed kitchen - although no guide to work that we think was an oven (?) and a machine that looked like a coffee maker. The crockery had seen better days, however for the short times we were actually in the apartment and not outdoors enjoying everything Madrid had to offer; it wasn't really an issue. The lounge is spacious - but like most places we stayed on this trip why is there only one two seater couch in an apartment that caters for four...? The location is a standout - just ignore the fast food chains and garishly lit cafes around the outside of the building. Its just a short walk or a quick taxi ride to all you need. Oh and there is a metro stop right outside the door...
GGuest UserWe travelled to Madrid to attend a Music concert at IFEMA. The Pullman hotel is an 8 minute taxi drive from the airport and 5 mins by tube which brings one within a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is 5 mins walk from IFEMA thus all in all an incredibly suitable for hotel to attend any events at IFEMA. There are also several restaurants within 10-20 mins of the hotel if you don't want to go into city centre for a meal. I have read comments that the Pullman hotel is outdated, possibly yes if this was indeed a 5 * hotel, but honestly, since we did not pay anywhere near 5* hotel prices for our room (and i don't think any of the rooms are priced at 5* level) we didn't expect a swish hotel. However what we did get for our money was a hotel with a attractive upmarket like entrance, a comfortable room, which was clean and serviced daily. The air conditioner was a tad bit on the noisy side, but not such that we could not sleep at night. On the down side, just two things, there are no tea/coffee facilities in the room, and the restaurant was closed on the one evening that we were there. Otherwise we would definitely stay again in we were looking for a hotel close to the IFEMA.
GGuest UserHere’s a well-crafted review for NH Hotel Madrid:
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the NH Hotel in Madrid, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was smooth and enjoyable.
The location is fantastic—perfectly situated for exploring Madrid’s vibrant attractions, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance of many key landmarks.
The room was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the soundproofing ensured a peaceful night’s sleep.
The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options to suit every taste. The dining area was bright and inviting, making it the perfect way to start the day.
Overall, NH Hotel Madrid delivers exceptional value with its combination of comfort, service, and convenience. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid, whether for business or leisure. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip!
Feel free to adjust based on your specific experience!
AAlice CashGreat place to stay, comfy and very clean room. Less than 10 minutes taxi drive away from the airport. The staff were all just so lovely and so helpful. They booked me a taxi for the next day for my flight and everything was just perfect and on time. Even for visiting into the center of Madrid, was about 25 subway away and very easy to find. Definitely recommend when visiting or getting a flight from Madrid
