First time staying at Mitsui Garden and it was one of our nicest stay in Nagoya. We had the Superior room with queen size bed for four nights on the 24 floor with breakfast. The room was spacious, enough for a big suitcase and two cabin.Very clean and modern interior and 5 minutes from Nagoya station with all the major shops and restaurants. The hotel had onsen for the guests. The breakfast buffé was fresh with both western and japanese dishes. You were also able to choose a main course from their breakfast menue.
The staff at the front desk made us feel welcomed both check in and check out went smoothly. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to rebook our earlier hotel reservation to Mitsui Garden for our last night in Japan. Relaxed, clean and modern hotel.

A convenient choice if you’re travelling to or from Nagoya International Airport, as only take a few minutes walk to AirPort Express train.
Haven’t try their food, as there are many choices around the station.
A plus if you like seeing trains from hotel, you can view lots of trains if you get a railroad facing room.

MISLEADING INFORMATION TO CUSTOMER
I needed a room with 2 single beds, so I filtered my booking for 2 beds when I book. Because of this, I have to pay more for my booking, but end up it's a 2 beds but attached to each other, actually was 1 bed. They didnt mention, they only mentioned the room with 2 small double beds, misleading me that the room set up with 2 separated beds.
If this time I travel with a man friend, it would be very awkward and embarrassing that we have to sleep in 1 bed together (they said no other room that night).
Very disappointing, really worry that will happen again in the future for my bookings, even with other hotel through the Trip.com.
Very good location at the central of JR Toyohashi, The room is well maintained, comfy bed, nice city view on the top (13th) floor, service is very nice , I got birthday gift while checking in. Everything is perfect
Absolutely amazing stay with Indigo ! ABOVE MY EXPECTATIONS! I booked Hotel Indigo so as to join a day trip to Shirakawa-go unfortunately my trip was cancelled unexpectedly.
#1. Location - I arrived Nagoya station from Tokyo station via bullet train 1hr 50mibs & changed to subway to Inuyama Station 40mins via express 1st class train. From there took taxi to Hotel about 12mins drive by walk 25-30mins
#2. This hotel is very nice location 2 mins by the lake , 5mins to Inuyama Castle, if you enjoy quiet getaway this is BEST PICK
#3. Arrival Experience- Very fast & smooth check-out, I was surprised the hotel didn't asked for any deposit or credit card gurantee I was assigned room 426 on 4th floor
#4 Room Size: Super Spacious Room ( bigger than Conrad Tokyo's room )- Big King size bed, mattress, pillos&blankets are very comfortable and soft and I had very good sleep till 9am- 10am every morning
It has separate standing shower, basin , toilet and closest, that's really nice for couple ( privacy )or solo. Provided all the amenities you need and mini bar and coffee machines.
#5. They have very nice big Indoor/Outdoor ”Onsen” Hot spring that I enjoy every night Is FREE OF CHARGE
#6. ONSEN CLOTHES ARE PROVIDED IN THE ROO

Close to Nagoya tower, we can reach it by walk. Metro around 10 min walk. Convenient to visit the city.
The room is clean, no issue found.
We had a problem for the breakfast. We breakfast included for 4 because we are 2 adults and 2 children. But we had to pay extra for the children for the breakfast because only adults can use the breakfast that was included.... Hopefully, Trip.com support manage to find us a solution.

Beautifully decorated in December for christmas. Although older building, hotel was well maintained and staff friendly. Limited English though. Rooms a little dark (orange lighting) but ideal for a good night's rest. Best for free parking.

The location is excellent with department stores and shopping malls nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful. My only regret was that I could not try the Japanese restaurant as I came with my son while there was no kid menu available for him. May be I can try next time when I come alone. A highly recommended hotel in Nagoya.
The room has a spectacular view of the Nagoya skyline, with rooms located above 33 levels and above.
Room service was immaculate and provided kids amenities such as slippers, toothbrushes, and pyjamas. Service staff were all friendly and always ready to help.
Location wise, it's sheltered all the way from level 2 to subway, which is just 1 stop away from the busy Nagoya Station. For people who like a good morning workout, it's just a 15-minute walk to Nagoya. Along the way, you can grab Starbucks or McDonald's. The popular Komeda Coffee chain is also just a 5-minute stroll away.
There is also a convenience shop like 7-11 within the same building as the hotel and a Drugstore Matsumoto for you to buy a wide assortment of skincare and makeup!

GGuest UserThe hotel itself is good although the location is a bit far from Nagoya station, around 20 minutes walk. Breakfast is delicious and the signature dishes eel omelettes and oatmeal are must try. Carpark with reasonable price, yen$1200 per night.
GGuest UserThe location further then expected luckily have shuttle service to the airport terminal. The staff were friendly but slightly inexperienced. We arrive before noon, would appreciate they would do the check-in process first even though the rooms were not ready. As the hotel location is slightly far, when we return later in the evening, very tired, it took more then 30min to complete the check-in procedure. Kindly look into the process and provide a better check-in experience. Thanks
