This is the best front beach hotel for family and chilling out even hotel was so busy but still very nice to stay here. Bar beach very nice. Only one staff at bar but she is very nice. FB servers are so lovely and nice to help and suggest. Specially K.Pon (sorry i forget his name) Front desk were attractive to help us specifically K.It (bell boy) he is very active. K.Puy (GSA) is good to help us also. Breakfast was okay, food is good. but I would love to recommend to egg station. FB should have a order papers egg because we have to stand there and wait. Room was smell not good but it okay. Water smelly from start but after a while it better. HK were nice. Overall here is very nice. We will come back here again.

villa904 see the pool and sea view. Book directly to get a better price. The front car park is not very heavy, no umbrella at all. Breakfast is a set that can be accepted around. All newly renovated Like a fishing boat village, strange colors, there are many photography angles, good, beautiful, long wide swimming pool, very beautiful view, but not finished in some small points. But overall it is ok and very good. The porter and reception may not be ready, but the place is wide, the rooms have many zones to choose from according to the view and price, well decorated, different from other similar accommodation. Clean new room Should add foot sweep cloth And another foot towel Bedside lamp should be adjusted. The location is very easy to collide. The room that me and other 2 members of the family got had enough space for 3 people, even though the third bed was added there additionally. There was big couch/place to sit/play in the middle of room. We used it for our suitcases, which was very convenient for us. Another good thing is that there is one sink in the bathroom, and another sink in the room. So bye-bye long line for the bathroom!

It's located in an area mainly for Thai tourists, no foreigner families.There is no public transportation, tuktuks, taxis or anything around. If you want a taxi need to order it. The beach was with high tide during the day because of full moon, so we couldn't bathe. The restaurants around are at least 1 km away or the local option is to go to a thai shop on the beach with alive seafood and they cook it on the spot. Not for our kids. The lady in the reception is Thai, she is nice but no English at all. They cleaned our room the third day. The room was clean and spacious but no windows to open through the night, so we had the AC in high temperature all night. Not what we prefer.

First impressions: The hotel appears small from the front but stretches back quite far. It is noticeable that there is not much parking and I am not sure what accommodations they make in busier times of the year, however, it wasn't a problem for us on the day we stayed there. The staff were very friendly from the moment we arrived and we were well received by the staff who spoke good English and explained everything that we needed to know. Heading upstairs and seeing the restaurant and the swimming pools we were surprised by the size of the place, given the small frontage. There are multiple swimming pools located near each cluster of rooms so they're not always too full of people and there's plenty of space to relax in the pool and swim. The restaurant may appear small but breakfast times are split and you tell the staff when you arrive when you'd like breakfast so you'll be guaranteed space in the morning. The Room: We chose the seaview room with a jacuzzi. The room had a nice view of the sea and the bed was very big and comfortable. We were particularly impressed by the size of the bathroom. The hotel provides slippers, dressing gowns and flip flops which all came in really handy. Additionally, items on the mini bar were complimentary which was a nice touch. The jacuzzi was also a nice addition but one complaint about the room is that not all of the controls worked for us. Also we found that the lighting in the room was a little strange and most of the lights were controlled by a large panel of switches next to the bed which was not very practical. Other than this the room was immaculately clean and the design was very nice. The location: The hotel is not too far from the main road which makes it quite easily accessible by car. It is located on a road which does not have much else so it's appropriate for taking a relaxing walk, however if you want to find a shop you need to drive. We went to Cha Am town centre in the evening for the night market. It was very close by (by car) and had lots of options for food. The hotel also offers food in the evening, but there isn't anything else within walking distance.

The hotel is a good value for money, perfectly located in a quiet area with easy sea access. The rooms are very basic, no electric kettle or cups and dishes provided, no hair dryer, but a decent TV and air conditioner. They don't change your toiletries if you run out. There's a restaurant on the premises. 2 big pool each having a kiddie section. BUT they don't seem to care about garbage around, on the beach, on the terrace. Empty bottles left by visitors stayed on the terrace for days!!!! Occasional garbage washed or left on the beach stayed there until some conscious visitors took it to the bin. Management should pay more attention to cleanliness of the grounds. They also should procure more tanning beds, there are only 3 😱

The hotel exceeded all our expectations be it the cleanliness, friendliness of the staff and the ambience. Located in the quieter side of Cha-am, the hotel is very clean and has ample parking space for its guests. The room is big with a balcony and the water pressure is good. The room has been kept clean throughout with its staff very attentive during cleaning. The breakfast though not buffet but a set menu, is ample is nice. The waiting staff is attentive having noticed that the coffee is not hot enough and the creamer was not dissolving well, he quickly helped to replaced both cups of coffee with apologies. Outside the hotel, there some roadside stalls as well as some shops where you can get good food as well. A 7-11 convenience store is nearby too. Do note that every Wednesday the roadside stalls will be closed. We’re so happy with our stay that we booked another stay during the coming Chinese New Year holidays.

Stayed for 7 nights during Songkran..first room they gave us was so small no where to put your clothes and no where to swing yer cat.. asked about another room was shown the one next door with twin beds and more than double the size with a wardrobe and drawers but of course more money so we took it..i booked the top floor (3) as i prefer not to listen to people stomping and moving furniture above me..unfortunately it was not what i expected..i knew there was no one next door so why was i listening to the constant chatter of people and a tv until gone 1am..well it appears that it was from the room across the hallway and thats because the roof void above the ceiling was empty space with no partitioning so for the whole stay it was constantly noisy from every room on every floor every night until early hours and starts again at the crack of dawn..i might add that the ceilings were made from timber with gaps nothing solid..wifi didn't work in the room very well hit and miss..pool wasn't very inviting in the day time looked very murky looked better at night when the lights were on..the cleanliness was not upto my standards..had to ask them to stop watering the garden one day so that i could take a shower..sprinklers on no shower in yer room..so for those reasons i would not recommend or stay again....

When we asked whether anybody go inside and told them that went to guest room directly without prior notice is very rude and impolite. The reception only mention that they already knocked but no one answers. Therefore, they go inside by themselves. We told them we very mind regarding this matter. They still said that we dont need to worry, because they only issued one room card, other guest wont be go inside. The MAIN POINT is THE STAFF WENT INSIDE ROOM WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE and TOOK SOMETHING *Superior room also not clean correctly and have leftover garbage from previous guest *the pillow is hard and too high not comfortable for sleep *they night lamp broken one(deluxe) *not provide toothbrush for amenities. *their shower water so small and not stable, took so long for take a bath due to the water volume. Breakfast : *for the breakfast, they let us choose what time we will have. Really love this place, the view is breathtaking and all staffs are so helpful especially the reception cat 🐱 (his name is Sa-Ngeam) he so gentle and human friendly 😄 I will definitely be there again for sure.

We were the last guests to leave in April 2020 so we were looking forward to returning to what is our favourite hotel. We only stayed 2w 4d as we were concerned about how much of the village would be open, in fact there were enough restaurants and bars to keep us happy even if we had stayed our normal 4 weeks. The hotel is still offering a reduced service, when we arrived the reception was unmanned and we went to the Regent Hotel for breakfast however by the time we left there was normally someone in reception and a restaurant had started serving breakfast. I expect that the hotel will have returned to normal by the next high season. Our Chalet was immaculate and work was being carried out on some of the others to rectify 3 years of neglect (the work didn't intrude). No big bad issues, just some areas are a bit sad however I have no doubt that it will be back to normal by November which is when we plan to return for a longer stay. Summary - Coming back to life and even in its current state very nice and OK to stay at.

The hotel is very good. Cross the road and see the sea. I would like to deduct 1 point from the facilities because The hotel informed us that Netflix is ​​available but must be our own code. Convenient location, not far from BigC and Robinson, within 10 minutes by car. The environment is also very good, full of natural scenery. The room is large and clean. The sound insulation of the wall is not very good. Someone in the next room came back in the middle of the night and it was very noisy, affecting sleep. There is no breakfast, only a cafe, and all meals are charged. There is no free toothbrush and toothpaste in the room, and you need to pay 20 baht per piece to buy it at the front desk.

Got a room that is a Garden villa in the back Behind the restaurant next to the beach. A very good location Even though not directly next to the beach But it is a clean room, wooden floor, complete equipment, hair dryer, slippers, outdoor bathtub. 2 good pillows mattress, 1 small pillow, sleep very well. There are 2 drinking water per person, only in the bathroom mixed. Hot and cold water are difficult to adjust, not perfect yet and want to have a night light on the floor. So you don't have to turn on the bathroom lights

Comfortable, calm, suitable for the price The caretaker is quite chill. The bathroom smells a bit strong. But fortunately, the smell does not come out. Overall, okay with the price.

Beautiful environment and superb service quality. Every customer service staff is smiling. There is a separate beach and swimming pool here, and there are security guards at the door at night. Security and service are no problem. Recommended. Breakfast is also very clean, there are two Western and Thai meals to choose from.

The place is ok, but under repair and construction. (Fortunately, 1 that the sound is not very loud) 2 rooms booked are 3 as seen on the web. But when booking, I thought that I put a filter including breakfast. But arrived 4 staff 5 informed that on weekdays 6 did not open the kitchen. The overall picture is not 7, very impressed, but not disappointed 8.
