Our stay here was wonderful! The room was spacious, clean, had wide windows with a beautiful view from two sides with blinders that we can close at night.. the service was great, the food was good as well and the Thai restaurant at floor 1 was delicious! I love everything here and I would definitely visit again

The service is first-rate. The receptionist is very enthusiastic and proactive. The location is near Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace. It is a 7-minute walk from the subway station. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable.

The Ned is an excellent hotel in central London. A big eating area in the same building as the hotel. Very nice spa and gym. Rooms a bit small but nice and quiet.

The wall in the picture is the scenery outside the window! The room was so small that the two suitcases could not be fully opened! The bed is also huge and small. I'm a woman of average build, so it's just right. Land prices in London are too expensive. Don’t expect luxury rooms at high prices. They are incomparable to those in China. There is only one restaurant in the hotel. You can get food from the dining bar and order food. Anyway, after paying for breakfast, you can eat as much as you like (of course, don’t expect British food to be delicious!). What I can't understand is that I was notified to change rooms the next day. I thought it would be an upgrade, but the result... (For details next time, please see the second comment)
The Lalit London
4.7/549 Reviews
Beautiful boutique 5 star hotel, the staff were very welcoming and attentive. Booked the Senior Classroom which was perfect for my niece and I staying at this fantastic find! When I opened the door to our hotel room my niece and I were so impressed with the room that we booked. It was my niece’s birthday and the lovely staff left a surprise chocolate birthday cake. The Senior Classroom was amazing, very elegant great bathroom/shower and super clean! The free mini bar (bottled soft drinks) and snacks was a nice touch & much welcomed. Close to Tower Bridge, 10 minutes walk to Borough Market. Not far and also close proximity to the railway/tube and an abundance of fabulous restaurants, cafes and bars. We will definitely highly recommend The Lalit and stay here again.

The two room I booked for 9 nights (23/10-1/11) stated that its size is 29 square meters, but the one i got was 23 tops and i need extra seating area for my friends there because i stayed before in the hotel and the room had a couch !!! Referring that issue to reception member (Vishua) she said that the room category i booked comes with that size and no more rooms from that category with larger size available unless I upgrade for £120 per night per room to be paid. After few days, another reception member (Tom) confirmed for me that at least one bigger room will be allocated for me by Thursday. On that day afternoon, I came to the reception and the same reception member (Vishua) repeated the same reply from day one saying there was no message from her colleague (Tom) in the system and sent a written message for me if i want an upgrade with £120 per night. I wrote a review in Google and they replied that we allocated a room for you but since my luggage was unpacked we assumed that you are happy with your room. Well I am not happy because you are contradicting yourselves and it was not a miscommunication rather trying to get extra charges on your guests. Bottom line i did not get the space i paid for nor a solution to the issue. To be fair, Special thanks to Fatima the house keeping member she was so dedicated and a happiness in this horrible situation.
InterContinental London - the O2, an IHG Hotel
4.5/5105 Reviews
I was lucky enough to be able to check in early at midday and make extra use of the spa facilities, which was great. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was extremely clean. Breakfast was fantastic - one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. Great location for attending events at the O2, especially with the covered walk way to the arena, direct from the hotel. The pool area of the spa is nice but looking slightly tired in places (one of the sets of steps into the pool was broken) and my room was well equipped (with an amazing river view from the 14th floor) but a little characterless. But over all it was very good. I'd stay again!
Inhabit Queen’s Gardens

Bayswater
Honestly just the best stay! We were only there for 2 days and although the room was relatively compact, it had everything we needed and even more in some cases! As someone who is vegan, I often find it a little more difficult staying away when it comes to breakfast options of even something as simply as non dairy milk for my tea/coffee in the room but Inhabit HAD it! I love the whole ethos of this place and the food for breakfast was immaculate with really lovely staff who have suggestions on the best menu items! There was a diffuser in the room which was wonderful, it was very quiet and pitch black at night which was wonderful for sleeping. We also had a smart tv which was really nice to be able to connect to in our down time. We used the sauna on one of the days we stopped over too and that was incredible - left feeling like a new person :) Very easy to get to as well with Lancaster Gate and Paddington tube stations nearby - definitely would stay again! The Waldorf Hilton, London
4.3/5175 Reviews
Theatreland
Staff at The Waldorf are incredibly attentive to any / all needs. I asked for a later checkout and plates for food early in the morning after a night out and they accommodated that for us. The hotel is placed in a prime location, just a stones throw from Covent Garden and about 28-30 minutes walk from Regent Street. The hotel is only accessible by key card after hours; to ensure guest safety. Amenities in the room included an iron and board, kettle, drinking glasses and coffee / tea cups. The shower had fixed shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers. The mini bar was fairly priced for central London, but hadn't been cleaned (hence the slightly lower score on cleanliness). The air conditioning dried my throat out throughout the night, but turns off automatically if the window is open, so had to deal with that / just had water next to the bed throughout the night. The downstairs bar had a great a**osphere and boasts a large menu. Great for a late nightcap. Overall the experience was great. Our Queen room cost £179.00 for the night (excluding breakfast). I was offered two forms of upgrades. A larger Queen Room with breakfast included was only an extra £40.00, and a Kings Suite with access to the executive lounge and breakfast was £80.00 extra.
Kimpton - Fitzroy London, an IHG Hotel

Bloomsbury
From its location and the comfort of the building's exterior to the staff's service attitude, everything scores top marks! Although the hotel's buffet breakfast doesn't offer a wide variety, the quality is excellent, and it was a very comfortable dining experience, with the waitstaff being very attentive! Additionally, the service received at the hotel's main entrance and the exceptional care taken by the staff in handling our heavy luggage during checkout, ensuring it was transported downstairs to the taxi, was commendable. These experiences definitely make us want to return!
