This hotel is an absolute gem and fantastic value for money given the central location and quality of accommodation. Situated only 3 minutes walk from Tower Bridge access to transport and all that London has to enjoy is excellent. The spa and food are top quality, if you’ve never experienced the joy of a Masala Dosa for breakfast here’s the place to try it, and the hotel makes excellent use of this old school, marrying contemporary Indian design with the classic interior. Little touches in the room are very welcome. This lovely hotel will become my go to whenever I visit London!!

The front desk team at this hotel are amazing! I was warmly welcomed and got an early check in plus an upgrade to my room. As a first time guest this was truly an awesome experience. This is a very lovely, luxurious hotel with all facilities one needs to enjoy a stay in a very nice area of London. The views from the room, the amenities, the restaurant, Spa and all are top notch. This one is not to be missed. Trust me.

Great hotel. Just under 10 minutes walk from Moorgate Station or Finsbury Square bus routes. Great heritage to hotel being a former brewery. Long queues at both check in and check out. Room fine although was on the cold side. Everything was very clean. Expensive but this is London.

Well located just a short walk to train, mall and many eateries around. Room is clean but decoration is not what usually a 4 star marriot looks like. Very basic. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Staff were all helpful.

When searching for a hotel, I came across Ellen Kensington. I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was blown away by the service from the moment I arrived. The building itself inside was stunning, the decor was modern yet cozy with thoughtful touches that made the space feel luxurious. As I was checking in, to my surprise I was graciously upgraded to a beautiful suite! I was specifically delighted to have been welcome by the incredible front desk staff, Bianca, Ines, Bruno and Helen, who were very warm. Their kindness set a tone for an amazing stay. Thank you for making my visit so enjoyable. I will definitely be returning!

We booked this hotel mainly for using the spa facilities, but I’ve been kicked out from the pool area in the first day we arrived, they close the pool due to someone making 💩 in the pool. The staff was not helpful at all. We tried to get an entry for a different day to use the pool but they didn't want to give us another entry. I went to reception few times to ask them about the issues, but everyone was passing the responsibility to someone else!

Staff at The Waldorf are incredibly attentive to any / all needs. I asked for a later checkout and plates for food early in the morning after a night out and they accommodated that for us. The hotel is placed in a prime location, just a stones throw from Covent Garden and about 28-30 minutes walk from Regent Street. The hotel is only accessible by key card after hours; to ensure guest safety. Amenities in the room included an iron and board, kettle, drinking glasses and coffee / tea cups. The shower had fixed shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers. The mini bar was fairly priced for central London, but hadn't been cleaned (hence the slightly lower score on cleanliness). The air conditioning dried my throat out throughout the night, but turns off automatically if the window is open, so had to deal with that / just had water next to the bed throughout the night. The downstairs bar had a great atmosphere and boasts a large menu. Great for a late nightcap. Overall the experience was great. Our Queen room cost £179.00 for the night (excluding breakfast). I was offered two forms of upgrades. A larger Queen Room with breakfast included was only an extra £40.00, and a Kings Suite with access to the executive lounge and breakfast was £80.00 extra.

The location is a 5-minute walk from Paddington Station, so the location is very good. The staff's response is also very good. The breakfast is in a small space, so you have to set a time. There was a part of the service that was not good during my stay, so I complained to the front desk, but they resolved it and answered it with great sincerity, so I was satisfied. I intend to visit again.

Amazing
GGuest UserBe careful of being unknowingly charged with a ‘discussionary charge of tips’ (supposed to be A Conpulsory charge of tips, don’t be fool by the name, it is non-discussionary) AFTER CHECKING OUT of the hotel. I was being charged with a discussionary charge of the tips on the credit card automatically without being informed upfront after I checked out and left the hotel. When I checked out, i was informed at the counter that they were closing their account for previous day and they would help me check out my room and email me the invoice of my stay after they finished closing account. As a result, I innocently left the hotel since I thought a 5-star hotel would not have anything gone wrong. However, I was totally wrong until I saw extra charges on my credit card while not receiving any so called invoice from the hotel at all. I then reached out to Trip.com to request for the invoice that they have promised to send to me and it was then I was informed that the extra charges were from a discussionary charge of tips. I wasn’t happy about the way this was done hence I requested for a refund for this since it clearly stated this is a DISCUSSIONARY fee, not a compulsory fee. However, I was informed that this is a Non-refundable fee and my request was denied. Out of so many hotels I have stayed, it is unbelievable that in a 5-Star hotel, I was forced to pay something that wasn’t even being informed upfront. In addition, with the fee name suggested, it is a discussionary charge of tips NOT a compulsory charge of tips, the hotel has forced the customers to pay it as COMPULSORY CHARGE OF TIPS. In addition, the hotel services were very inefficient and lot of rooms for improve. We ordered for an in-room meal and we were told that it would take about half an hour to deliver. Hence we waited, and until an hour later, there was no update on our meal and we had to make a call again to check for the progress of our meal. It was then we knew there was a delay in the meal. By the time we done with our meal, we made the call again to request for someone to collect the plates, we literally waited for more than an hour and had to call twice before someone came to pick up the plates. This shouldn’t have been the service received in a 5-star hotel and the worst of all, the hotel should have more transparency in their charges and should have informed the customers on the charges upfront before the actual charging. When we signed for the amount paid for the meal, there were no statement on the discussionary charge of tips at all, and we didn’t expect there would be as we were not even informed. It is not that we are unwilling to give the tips and we did give the tips during the stay. However, it made us very uncomfortable that we weren’t informed anything upfront and it was charged to my credit card AFTER we CHECKED OUT of THE HOTEL. It made us feeling very unsafe to provide the credit card to the hotel as they can charge whatever charges they want after checking out the hotel. In addition, it is a discussionary charge, isn’t it should be discussed before I was being charged? If not it should be called a a compulsory charge of tips.

LLexinotlexieI recently stayed at the hotel and the overall experience was great, especially Melissa and Angie at the front desk who made me feel at home with their professionalism and hospitality. On the day of my arrival, I arrived late to the hotel, but Angie, the front desk clerk, still smiling, quickly helped me check in and patiently explained the hotel facilities to me. On the third day of my stay, Melissa, the front desk staff, patiently assisted me with the renewal procedures and kindly gave me an umbrella. Although the hotel was very busy at that time, I admired her affinity. They maintained a high level of professionalism throughout their stay, from answering my questions to helping with restaurant reservations and transportation, and were meticulous, reflecting the excellent service standards of a five-star hotel. Of course, the location of the hotel is really good, the comfort of the room is also very good, every night I have a better sleep, especially the sound insulation, which makes me very comfortable. My heartfelt thanks to the Langham Hotel, especially the wonderful staff at the front desk, for making my trip even more perfect. I would definitely visit again and highly recommend it to other travelers! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

RRose FrainHonestly just the best stay! We were only there for 2 days and although the room was relatively compact, it had everything we needed and even more in some cases! As someone who is vegan, I often find it a little more difficult staying away when it comes to breakfast options of even something as simply as non dairy milk for my tea/coffee in the room but Inhabit HAD it! I love the whole ethos of this place and the food for breakfast was immaculate with really lovely staff who have suggestions on the best menu items! There was a diffuser in the room which was wonderful, it was very quiet and pitch black at night which was wonderful for sleeping. We also had a smart tv which was really nice to be able to connect to in our down time. We used the sauna on one of the days we stopped over too and that was incredible - left feeling like a new person :) Very easy to get to as well with Lancaster Gate and Paddington tube stations nearby - definitely would stay again!
