When I walked through the door I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome and offered refreshments. Both members who helped with the check-in process spoke English which was very helpful. Because my luggage was so heavy an employee escorted me to my room. My room was incredibly clean and even had extra sanitary items I could use to disinfect, im a bit OCD. The hotel had great food, both Chinese and western which was delivered to your room. There was also a gym stocked with all that you need to stay fit during your stay. There is an enormous lake just five minute walk with breathtaking views which can be seen with this review. My personal favourite part of my stay was their breakfast spread. Complete with pastries, omelets, breakfast cereals etc. If I find myself in Yinchuan again, this holiday express is where ill be staying.
I looked and chose this place on Ctrip. The cabin is well-equipped and clean. The kids had a lot of fun sandboarding and watched the sunrise. The free KTV at night felt like even the children could sing along, and the bonfire party and fireworks were also great. The nearby attractions are also very interesting, and I like Desert Warrior the most. It is very convenient to dine in the hotel, and the service is responsive, especially brother Xiaokai, who rushed to help with the luggage just a few meters away. I really like the service awareness of our Ningxia. It's convenient to go anywhere. After changing the B&B, I regretted not staying longer. I hope the merchant will maintain his enthusiasm for service and bring friends here next time. In addition, thanks for the small gift - Zhongning wolfberry 😍
This accommodation experience in the desert is truly beyond imagination!
The location is unique, in the vast desert, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, making people feel like they are in another world. As soon as you look up, you will see endless sand dunes and clear sky. The magnificent scenery is intoxicating.
The accommodation facilities are very complete. The room is clean and tidy, warmly and comfortably furnished, and the bed is soft, allowing people to get a full rest after a tiring day. The bathroom is also very clean and has all kinds of supplies.
The service is impeccable. The staff are warm and friendly. From caring guidance when checking in to meeting various needs at any time, they make people feel like home. They also provide a wealth of desert activity suggestions so that you can have fun in the desert.
The dining aspect is also amazing. The food is delicious, rich in variety, and you can taste local specialties. Enjoying such delicacies in the desert is really a different kind of enjoyment.
All in all, this desert stay was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to get close to nature and experience the beauty of the desert.

Add the hotel manager on WeChat in advance, and they will send you the location. When you arrive at the parking lot, someone from the hotel will pick you up and help you with your luggage. It only takes a few minutes by car, which is very convenient. All the staff at the campsite are very kind and provide free sandboards. You can go sandboarding behind the campsite. The location is quite good, the tents are very clean, and the children are very happy. Next time, you can stay one more day to play in the campsite. This self-driving trip was quite rushed, and I felt that I didn't have enough fun.
We found a treasure this time! I stayed in a newly opened desert B&B. The bedding was clean, the bathroom had no odor, and the stay was super comfortable. The key is that you can experience super exciting desert activities here, such as camel riding, sand sliding, surfing car, etc., which can relieve stress. The service is impeccable, the staff are enthusiastic and professional, and the stay experience is perfect. I will choose this place again on my next trip!
The Starry Sky RV we stayed in had plenty of space and was very clean. There was plenty of hot water for washing, and it also had a smart toilet. Although there are not many programs on TV, the mobile phone signal is still very good and there is no problem surfing the Internet. There were only two problems. One was that the motor of the starry sky ceiling curtain was broken and could only be pushed and pulled by hand. The other was that the air conditioner would automatically shut down after heating for a period of time, resulting in a low temperature inside the RV. Fortunately, there is an electric blanket, so heating is basically no problem.
The camp staff are enthusiastic and solve problems in a timely manner. We ordered beef hotpot and dry pot cauliflower for dinner at the restaurant. The price was a bit high, but the taste was okay, and there was a lot of beef.
The bonfire and fireworks were nice. There is a fee for outdoor stargazing during the peak season, but I didn't participate due to bad weather.
It was fun to have unlimited sandboarding. You didn’t need to bring your own sandboard, and you could pick up sand-digging tools in the camp, all of which were very clean.
Overall, it's a good campsite. It was just too windy during the May Day holiday.

Food: Breakfast is semi-buffet, and the staple food needs to be determined one night in advance. Freshly squeezed juice, pastries, fruits, etc. will be available for self-service. Although there are not many breakfast varieties, the taste is very good. The B&B also provides meals, but it needs to be booked one day in advance. The portion is full and the taste is also very good.
Service: The butler will add you to WeChat early and answer questions online throughout the whole process. There is also a butler group, which provides a one-to-one saturated service, and most needs can be solved in time. Inform the butler of the arrival time, and the butler will drive the shuttle bus to the door of the winery to receive you.
Room: Free upgrade to the starry sky duplex king bed room A, while retaining the viewing balcony, it is also equipped with a loft directly connected to the rooftop terrace, which is a good place for night stargazing. The room has comfortable bedding, and is equipped with a relatively hard buckwheat pillow and a softer latex pillow. The mini bar is free, and the tea room is equipped with local eight-treasure tea bags.
Building: It is both a B&B and a winery. There is a large vineyard between the welcoming gate and the accommodation area. It is summer, and the low grape vines are beginning to sprout and bloom. The -1F of the main building is the wine cellar and brewing workshop of the Chateau de Chadolan. You can contact the housekeeper to make an appointment in advance, and the tour is free. Thanks to Master Zhou of the winery, the explanation is very detailed, and many of the explanations are refreshing. I also tasted the original wine directly from the fermentation tank, which is a rare and special experience. I heard that the B&B will open an outdoor swimming pool in summer, which must be good for watching movies. Unfortunately, the schedule is relatively tight and I didn’t have time to visit it properly.
Location: At the foot of the Helan Mountains, close to Manpu Town and Zhenbeibao Western Film City, both of which are 15 minutes away by car. There are many wineries around, including Liushi Winery, Walfeng, Xiamu, Turandot and other wineries, all within a 30-minute drive. Go north to the Helan Rock Painting Scenic Area, which takes about 30 minutes.
This desert hotel is close to sand dunes and Crescent Lake, with superb views, perfect for watching the stars and the sunrise. The staff is warm and thoughtful, the housekeeper service is considerate, the pick-up and drop-off are timely, and the activity arrangements are super rich. In terms of facilities, the tents and cabins are clean and tidy, with electric blankets and disposable items. Some rooms have private bathrooms, and the sanitary conditions exceed expectations. The entertainment projects are great, with unlimited sand sliding, desert off-road vehicles, camel riding, sand digging, etc., which are all very fun, especially off-road vehicles, which are exciting and interesting, and are deeply loved by family guests. The children have a lot of fun. The camp also has catering services such as barbecue and buffet. In the evening, there are bonfire parties, fireworks shows, star viewing and other activities. The atmosphere is warm and the overall experience is superb. It's just that the time I came was too short and the activity arrangements have not been perfected to make the experience more perfect. I really want to stay a few more days

RRuiyiwangThe room was very clean and the waiter was very sincere. Because my car had some problems, they helped me contact them. In addition, I booked an extra day because I was waiting for the car to be repaired. Later, the car was repaired. I checked out this morning and refunded the money. The waiter was very good. Thank you very much, little sister. You are welcome to contact me when you come to Taiyuan.
GGuest UserI absolutely loved this place! I’m writing this as a foreigner who went with 4 other foreigners for a special birthday weekend. First, the service. We have good Chinese proficiency, but those with limited to none will be fine. Most of the communication and coordination is handled via WeChat - which can auto translate. 东 “Dong” was our main contact. He rocked and gave us a real experience. He shuttled us in the sand jeep, gifted me a cake for my birthday, and was just an overall cool guy. Thanks! Second, the location and accommodations. If you stay near Desert Star, there’s a lot of people and campsites - that area seems like a bit of a tourist funnel. This area is located in the REAL sand dunes area. Further North, you actually cross into Inner Mongolia. The separation and distance is worth it. Makes for brighter stars and a more authentic experience. Third, the food. They were able to coordinate a whole lamb to be roasted for my birthday. It was absolutely extraordinary. The sides for it were some of the best I had on the entire trip - they have some skilled chefs there. This place has great reviews, and it’s worth it. I do recommend this to foreigners, and I hope I can return one day.
GGuest UserIt's worthy of being called Xipo. The service and the room are so good.
Taking advantage of the off-peak season, I came alone to experience the Yellow River Homestay. Each homestay has a different decoration style. I chose Xipo on the recommendation of my friend and was very satisfied. The facilities and services corresponding to this price are really worth it. The price of two nights in the off-season is equivalent to the price of a normal night. The hair dryer is Dyson, and the toiletries are all from the laboratory. There are also beer + drinks in the mini bar, freshly ground coffee, and freshly made bread (forgot to take a picture). The sea salt rolls are super delicious, and the scones are also good, not sweet at all, which suits my taste.
The whole homestay is very quiet, close to the Yellow River, and there are trails. If there are many people at night, you can drink, eat barbecue and watch the stars by the Yellow River.
The service of private butler Xiaoying is really excellent. She will contact the guests about three days before you check in and help arrange some matters, such as car pick-up, introduction of food, drink and entertainment nearby, food, drink and entertainment in Zhongwei, and travel photography needs. She will also recommend it. After check-in, she will also take meticulous care of the guests. She deserves 100 points. Such a niche place is highly recommended for family and couple travel. If you go to Zhongwei, you must stay at Huanghe Suji to experience the local traditional customs.
WWitidaWe came to Yinchuan to visit Helan Rock painting mountain an Xixia tomb so we didn't see downtown that much. The hotel is in the center of the district, near the drum tower, surrounded by stores and restaurants, easily to find everything you need. The staff of the hotel didn't speak English but they're polite and kind. On the day we checked out there's a misunderstanding: they said we had to pay them while we had already prepaid via TRIP.com. We showed them the receipt in Chinese but they couldn't find it in their system. After 15 mins they let us go. We confusedly contacted TRIP customer service and were informed clearly there's no problem at all with our payment. TRIP dealt with the hotel themselves. I wouldn't complain the hotel about this since such thing could happen but I suggest you to always keep the receipt in Chinese and contact TRIP customer service suddenly and let them deal with the hotel, especially if your train is about to leave the station :)

shortcoming:
1. During the peak summer season, we only booked one or two days in advance, and there were no twin beds in the same price range, so we had to separate and book the ordinary and more expensive high floors. I went to the front desk hoping not to change rooms, so I stayed in a low-priced room for two days. After so many years of free room upgrades, it was the first time I encountered a paid room downgrade, and I didn’t say anything. My emotional intelligence was not very high.
2. When I entered the room, there were biscuit crumbs. I called, but no one came. I went out and asked the aunt who was cleaning the room next door to come and clean it. I asked for an extra quilt. I checked in at 3pm, but it was not delivered. I went out for dinner and told the front desk again. Later, I called to inquire about the check-in status and told the front desk again. I finally saw the quilt when I went back in the evening. This is the first time I encountered someone who gave me quilts for a few hours.
3. For self-driving check-in, you cannot go directly to the parking lot from the elevator. You have to go to the front desk to scan the QR code to exit, and repeat this two or three times a day. You cannot enter the license plate or take a photo of the QR code. If you are worried about using parking spaces in nearby residential buildings, why not just update the QR code every week? To put it bluntly, you are lazy. Rather than inconvenience yourself, it is better to make the guests in trouble.
4. Please contact Ctrip and click on ”dinner included” in the room type when booking. When asked, the porridge and salad pancakes from 20:00 to 22:00 have nothing to do with the half cent for dinner.
5. There is a sofa bar. I see that there are not many yoga fanatics staying here, and they even pick up tour groups. The positioning of Eheng is quite embarrassing. If you want to save money, you will go to Express. If you want to be more comfortable, you will go to K, M, or S.

GGuest UserThe hotel rooms are clean and sanitary, the cleaning lady has a good service attitude, and it is located in the center of Yinchuan, so it is very convenient to go shopping... Recommended to stay!
MmarkCertainly lives up to its billing as a 4 star hotel, with all the bells and whistles. Big room, super comfortable bed, ample cupboard and bench space, a coffee table and sofa chair. Bedside light switches and electric sockets. Shower enclosure, toilet and wash basin all separated. Terrific view of the Yinchuan cityscape from the 18th floor. Stayed on Chinese New Year, so unimpeded view of fireworks (and associated noise). Free breakfast as well as first night 'late night snack' brought to the door vua room service. Railway station can be seen from the hotel, 10 minutes walk.

MMaomidelvtuThe bed and quilt were more comfortable than I thought. The air conditioner provided cooling during the day and adjustable heating at night, allowing us to maintain a suitable body sensation. The water heater heated up quickly, allowing the whole family to take a shower without delay. Most importantly, Brother Wang's service was so good. He was always available, enthusiastic and proactive, and never impatient. The ladies in the restaurant were very quick in taking orders and serving the food. There was sand right outside the door, and the children were rolling around on the ground with joy. It was also not far from the Shapotou Scenic Area, only about 20-30 minutes' drive away. The only problem is the sealing of the house. On the first day, there was a big sandstorm, and sand was blown in through the door and window gaps. When I used curtains to block it, I could see a line of sand on the edge of the window. Fortunately, the curtains prevented it. Except for the window, there was no sand in the house. In the next few days, the wind was weaker and there was no such situation. As long as there is no big sandstorm, there should be no problem. In short, the children are very satisfied with their stay!
