CChuqiuyangguangWhat truly sets Banyan Tree Sanya apart is its unparalleled privacy. Each standalone villa is enveloped by lush greenery, creating a natural barrier, and features its own private pool and courtyard plunge pool, offering an exclusive and tranquil space. We had a dedicated 24-hour butler, Zheng Delin, who was incredibly responsive to all our needs. For our anniversary, he even arranged a complimentary room setup, which was a lovely touch and added to the special occasion. The resort boasts a secluded private bay, with hardly any outside visitors. The sunsets over the ocean in the evening were romantic and therapeutic, and the happy hour at the beach bar created a fantastic atmosphere. Every room is equipped with Banyan Tree's signature aromatherapy toiletries, and upon check-in, we received a special welcome gift and fresh fruit. The floating afternoon tea experience was exceptional. The resort's buggies are available for pick-up and drop-off at any time, ensuring a smooth and uncrowded experience. It's truly a luxurious choice for couples on their honeymoon or anyone looking for a relaxing escape, far from the hustle and bustle of crowds.

GGuest UserHighly recommended! The service was attentive and thorough, and my friends really enjoyed the rainforest environment. The famous infinity pool is fantastic for photos, and honestly, every spot here offers a beautiful view. The golf carts make getting around super convenient. The hotel provides 24-hour room service and even gave us a welcome gift, showing how much they care about our stay. I really appreciate their thoughtful and consistent service from start to finish. We'll definitely come back if we get the chance. The surroundings are lovely! Because of the great environment, guests are all very friendly with each other, and it's particularly convenient for self-driving tours. The hotel's rainforest setting is truly unique. The outdoor hot springs are very comfortable and clean, and the breakfast is health-focused. A special shout-out to the hotel's wide array of activities. The air quality, needless to say, was so good it felt 'intoxicating' – the natural environment is just outstanding. The hotel's service, in particular, was warm and attentive, leaving us with wonderful memories of our vacation! The natural environment is truly exceptional. All in all, a very pleasant holiday experience, highly recommended!

TTiantianTo celebrate Children's Day, I brought my family to Mission Hills again, but this stay was a mixed bag. I rarely write reviews, but this time I really want to give a detailed one. First, let's talk about the good parts: 1. Upon check-in, the lobby service was very friendly, especially Steven from the lobby staff. Before our car even stopped, we heard a warm welcome. He helped with luggage, guided us through check-in, and introduced family activities, etc. He left a deep impression on me and instantly brightened my holiday mood. Check-in at the front desk was surprisingly fast, no waiting at all, which is rare. 2. The lobby bar staff was very enthusiastic. From entering the lobby bar to sitting down, they thoroughly explained the afternoon tea options and thoughtfully informed us about available discounts. Absolutely fantastic! I apologize for not remembering the name of this excellent staff member. 3. The recreational activities were plentiful. At Squirrel Land, there seemed to be many staff members, but no one proactively asked us what we wanted to play. After we inquired, we paid for the chargeable activities. While my child was enjoying an activity, a young lady came over and enthusiastically introduced the Children's Day activities available tomorrow. This definitely deserves praise. Now, I need to talk about the disappointing aspect: the buffet dinner!!!!!!!! Looking forward to Mission Hills' buffet dinner, I booked a package that included it. I also invited two relatives to join us for the buffet. I spent over 400 RMB on ** (platform name omitted, assuming it's a booking platform), and for 4 adults and 1 child, I estimated the total buffet cost should be at least 800+ RMB. What kind of terrible dining experience did I end up having? 1. On May 30th, I called the restaurant in advance to make a reservation, but was rejected. I was told to come early to secure a table because there was a group booking. At exactly 6:00 PM, I arrived at the restaurant. It was incredibly crowded, and many food items weren't being replenished. A waiter suggested I come back after 7:30 PM. Okay, I accepted. I called my family members and told them to come after 7 PM. 2. At 7:10 PM, we went back to the restaurant and finally got a table. Then, something even worse happened: there was nothing to eat. Plates were empty. We were given four lobster coupons, but we couldn't find any lobsters anywhere??????? In the end, we didn't get any. The plates were empty, the grill was empty. Okay, we waited, until almost 9 PM. We mainly ate noodles, fruit, and air, and felt full. We didn't want to make a scene and spoil our mood further. The table next to us was complaining. So, I advise anyone planning to have the Mission Hills buffet dinner soon: don't choose it. You'd be better off going to Mission Hills New Town for other dining options. 4. Regarding breakfast, has the quality declined? What happened to Mission Hills' standards? Besides the rooms and hotel facilities, which are still familiar, the F&B is simply a disaster. I apologize, but I'm still angry thinking about it now. I suggest checking out the Sanzhengyue buffet dinner. It's similarly priced at over 200 RMB per person, also full, but the food quality is consistently good. Finally, on the check-out day, I met a short-haired female manager in the lobby and couldn't help but voice my complaints. I'm grateful that someone listened. So, ultimately, I'm giving a 5-star rating, which is for the hotel staff, the excellent service staff. They definitely deserve praise. Oh, and the late-night sweet soup was fantastic.

GGuest UserThe villa offers excellent privacy and a beautiful environment, perfect for a vacation. Our butler, Xiao Zhao, was warm, attentive, and provided meticulous service. The room was spotlessly clean, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I will definitely prioritize booking here again for future trips. The pool attendant, Zhou Ping, also provided excellent service and kept the pool very clean. GGuest UserI've never written a review before, so this is my first time writing one for St. Regis (completely unprompted). When we were in Zhuhai, we also stayed at St. Regis with the kids. It's right across from Macau with a great view, so we decided to stay at St. Regis Sanya this time too. Before coming, I saw a lot of negative posts on Xiaohongshu, so we were a bit nervous checking in. Upon arrival, the concierge smoothly took our luggage and directed us to check-in, assuring us our bags would be brought to our room. After a smooth check-in, our butler, Seven, immediately met us at the front desk. Learning we hadn't had lunch, he promptly took us to the Chinese restaurant. He didn't just walk us there; he introduced things along the way. His service awareness was much better than at the Zhuhai St. Regis. The staff at the Chinese restaurant were also very enthusiastic. The food wasn't as bad as some online reviews claimed; I thought it was quite good (or maybe we were just too hungry? 😅😅). (They even gave us a little bear bun for checking in, which my daughter loved!) After lunch, Butler Seven met us at the restaurant and took us back to our room. Our luggage was already there. Since we booked a pool room, it was already equipped with arm floats for the kids and sand toys, which was very thoughtful. The welcome fruit probably wasn't arranged on time due to a large number of guests. After messaging the butler on WeChat, it was delivered immediately (less than a minute) — the kids absolutely loved the room's pool and wanted to swim all the time. Dinner was moved to the Banqueting Seafood Restaurant due to heavy rain. The food was good, but service was slow, probably because there were so many people. In the end, the staff proactively offered a large plate of fruit to apologize. Overall, I'd give the service a high score. Of course, every hotel has its imperfections, but you really have to experience it yourself.

GGuest UserFirst time visiting Sanya and all I wanted was a hotel where I could just relax. I did a lot of research and read countless hotel reviews before my trip, so I actually didn't have high expectations, but this place genuinely exceeded them! The only issues I could think of were having to cross a road to get to the beach, spotting a gecko in the room, an outdated hairdryer, the 'afternoon tea for dad' included in the package was a bit simple, and breakfast wasn't particularly outstanding. Also, the air conditioning wasn't very powerful, and the fridge wasn't very cold. But besides all that, everything else was excellent! The staff were very responsive, the bed was huge, the hotel was beautiful, the room was clean, and the pool was also quite clean. The room offered great privacy, and you could hear birds chirping (not too loudly), making time feel like it slowed down. I will definitely be back to stay here again! On a final note, don't listen to Trip.com's promotions; **[hotel name/website]** allows for room upgrades, but Trip.com doesn't. Giving a negative review to Trip.com, I won't be booking through them again.

JjnetkenThe biggest perk of staying at Coral Hotel is that guests get VIP fast-track access to the island, saving you from long queues. Once the large crowds of day-trippers leave, the entire island becomes your private sanctuary. Strolling along the beach at dusk, accompanied by the sound of waves – that feeling of escaping the crowds and having the whole ocean and sky to yourself is simply fantastic. The hotel breakfast also offers a wide variety of choices. Plus, there's a dedicated butler service to assist you. If you're driving, you can park for free at the private pier's parking lot, which is incredibly convenient. The strict age restrictions on water activities were the only downside of this vacation.

SScarlettLee919The villa is beautiful and the pool water is very clean. The hotel is right next to the beach, so you can walk over and dip your toes in the water. The rooms are large and plentiful, and I got a bit disoriented when I first checked in. Unlike other standalone villa hotels I've stayed at, this one doesn't have a butler service; you need to call the front desk for any requests. It also felt like the hotel was understaffed. We checked in during peak hours, and the front desk staff looked very tired and overwhelmed. They didn't even guide guests queuing up in an orderly fashion. The experience in this regard was quite poor compared to the Hilton we stayed at two days ago. If you're staying in a villa, you'll need to bring your own mosquito repellent. Because the rooms are so large and there's a lot of greenery, even electric mosquito coils were largely ineffective. I didn't see any mosquito traps or similar facilities outside either. We were almost carried away by Sanya's mosquitoes!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is nestled at the foot of Qixianling Mountain, boasting a superb environment. The main building is ideal for wheelchair users, and the receptionist was very helpful, upgrading my room. The room even had its own hot spring, which was very convenient and comfortable. The restaurant manager was very welcoming and greeted us proactively; the food was also of good quality. A truly wonderful trip, I would definitely stay here again.

AAnonymous UserThe standalone villa was spacious, featuring a private pool and hot tub, offering excellent privacy. The room facilities were well-maintained, and daily housekeeping was clean and meticulous. The hotel even helped me dry my clothes for free, saving me from checking out with wet items – truly thoughtful and attentive service. The resort grounds are quiet, and the exclusive beach is uncrowded and peaceful, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation.
