I had an absolutely perfect holiday at Banyan Tree Sanya during the Mid-Autumn Festival. A special mention goes to the hotel for thoughtfully preparing a birthday cake for my companion on our first day, which was a wonderful surprise for everyone. On our departure day, knowing we had a late flight, the front desk proactively extended our check-out time to 1:30 PM, allowing us to relax and refresh without the rush and pressure of catching our flight. The entire trip was peaceful and comfortable, with exceptionally meticulous service that truly showed Banyan Tree Sanya's dedication. I'd like to extend a special thank you to Sun, a staff member at Banyan Tree Sanya. During our stay, Sun was enthusiastic, thoughtful, and responsive. From the birthday decorations to coordinating our check-out, everything was handled perfectly, making us feel incredibly well cared for. It's because of excellent staff like Sun that our Mid-Autumn trip was so fulfilling and memorable. The next time I visit Sanya, I will definitely choose Banyan Tree Sanya again and highly recommend it to my friends and family!

A Hidden Gem in the Mountains – Huge Thanks to Lan Tingting! Our stay at Narada Resort & Spa Qixian Mount was absolutely fantastic. The location is stunning – right in the rainforest with breathtaking mountain views and the sound of nature all around. The highlights: · Exceptional Staff – A huge shoutout to Lan Tingting, who was an absolute lifesaver. She was available via WeChat around the clock and helped us with every single question and request we had. What made it even better was that she spoke excellent Russian, which made communication so easy and personal. · Private hot spring villas – soaking in natural hot spring water on our own terrace was pure bliss. · Great food – the breakfast buffet was divine, with an incredible variety to suit all tastes. The combination of stunning nature, comfortable rooms, and outstanding service made our trip truly memorable. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and unique escape!🌿

Today is our second day here, and we chose a package with breakfast and hot springs. We even got mooncakes! We played golf during the day and relaxed in the hot springs at night – it was so peaceful and quiet. The breakfast spread was also excellent. Maybe it's the off-season since school just started, but there weren't many guests. After playing golf, the front desk lady recognized us right away, which was a wonderful feeling. Haha, it felt just like coming home. We'll definitely be back to stay and play golf here again.

Traveling to Sanya with a 9-month-old baby, choosing a hotel was a dilemma. Everyone recommended Tianyu in Yalong Bay, but I felt my child was too young to enjoy many of the facilities, so it wouldn't be worth it. I searched on Ctrip and found this family-themed room. It was very spacious for three people, and the hotel facilities were excellent, with a playground, an infinity pool, and paddleboarding. It truly exceeded our expectations when we arrived. There's also live entertainment, and ordering takeout is very convenient. It's a bit of a walk to the beach; for young children, I'd recommend bringing a stroller and a hip seat. The evenings in September were cool and breezy. If it weren't for another hotel's non-refundable policy, I would have loved to extend our stay for another night. Special thanks to our butlers, Xiao Zhao and Xiao Han, and Yali.

This villa hotel is exceptionally good. The complex is quite large, so you need to take a shuttle. I was pleasantly surprised that after I just called the front desk, they arrived at our door almost immediately to pick us up. Cleaning, disinfection, and pool maintenance are all handled by dedicated staff, indicating very organized hotel management. Every employee we encountered was knowledgeable about their job and provided service with a smile. A special thanks to the housekeeper who even helped us fold clothes and brought us fruit. I didn't catch her name at the time, but I remember she was a female housekeeper. Thank you!

When I came to Sanya this time, I looked at several hotels and finally chose The St. Regis. It's an established international brand with a sense of quality, good aesthetics, and excellent butler service. What surprised me most was our butler, David. He's handsome and kind, striking the perfect balance. He was very responsive, and everything he arranged was just right. He upgraded us to a Deluxe Ocean View room, sent fresh coconuts and mini-bar cold drinks, and even prepared a little fish necklace, a St. Regis bear, and a hat for the baby. These were small gestures, but they made all the difference. The high-floor direct ocean view, the infinity pool, and the spaciousness of the hotel room were all very comfortable. With a baby, there's no need to rush around; just slowly enjoying the hotel was a wonderful vacation. This time, we missed the champagne sabering ritual, as we took the kids straight to the beach to relax and dig in the sand. I definitely want to experience it next time. The hotel offers snorkeling, fishing, and scuba diving experiences, all quite good. If you want to go, just let the butler know in advance to make a reservation; it's pretty fun. Anyway, thank you, David, for adding some memorable details to this stay. It was the happiest part of our Hainan trip. The St. Regis is a brand with history, cultural heritage, a lifestyle, attention to detail, and a conscious spirit. Next time I come to Sanya, I'll still choose The St. Regis, and it has to be David.

Staying at Coral Hotel is definitely worth it when visiting Wuzhizhou Island. The room was spacious, the facilities were brand new and very convenient. There was even a bathtub on the balcony! The hotel kindly upgraded us to a 180-degree sea view room, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. Sunbathing downstairs offered a completely different experience. Plus, the hotel provides a free VIP channel to the island and full shuttle service, which was very convenient. The only downside was that the outer ring road of Wuzhizhou Island was under construction during our visit, causing some noticeable vibrations. I'd love to go back again next time!

Luhuitou Sanya Resort (in our experience) is a tranquil, quiet place (I believe this may be to do with it being slightly off-peak season). It has a beautiful pool, is an easy 2 minute walk to the beach (bring your water shoes, the entrance to the water is full of rocks/coral) and isn’t too far from town (8 minute Didi). The rooms are large & the couch is big enough for our toddler to nap on. We enjoyed the breakfast on offer (one of the better breakfasts we’ve had) and ate at the Thai restaurant once for dinner. For us, this hotel / resort has the perfect balance of rest, relaxation & amenities! From the fact the room came with international power adapters, a surprise cake for my husbands birthday (which was totally unexpected) and a room upgrade provided by Emmy on reception. It’s the small details the sometimes make the most impact & they don’t go unnoticed ♥️

The hotel is nestled at the foot of Qixianling Mountain, boasting a superb environment. The main building is ideal for wheelchair users, and the receptionist was very helpful, upgrading my room. The room even had its own hot spring, which was very convenient and comfortable. The restaurant manager was very welcoming and greeted us proactively; the food was also of good quality. A truly wonderful trip, I would definitely stay here again.

At the Narada Resort & Spa Perfume Bay Lingshui, I truly found that sense of relaxation, a perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The moment you step into the hotel, it feels like you've stumbled into a Southeast Asian rainforest, surrounded by coconut groves, streams, and thatched-roof huts. Even the air you breathe carries the sweet freshness of negative oxygen ions. All the accommodations here are private pool villas, offering incredible seclusion! Open the balcony door and you're greeted by the soothing sound of flowing water, with bougainvillea and traveler's palms planted right next to the loungers. In the evening, soaking in your private pool while watching the sunset paint the sky in molten gold, and then looking up to a sky full of stars – it truly elevates the vacation experience. The hotel's own infinity pool faces the South China Sea, with water as blue as a jewel. There's also a 770-meter private beach that's never crowded and incredibly scenic. Every photo you take here feels like a 'deserted island' masterpiece, brimming with ambiance. The service is also incredibly thoughtful. Electric golf carts are available on demand, and the staff even proactively reminds you about the weather. If you're looking for a place to completely unwind and 'lie flat,' this is definitely the top choice!
