Very impressive experiences in Altantis Sanya Very nice room and scenry Fahad, the assistant during my stay is nice and helpful. From the first day for assisting my checkin and to the last day for assisting my checkout he is professional, patient and always with timely response to my requests Typhoon is striking Sanya these days, Fahad provided us with the information regarding the typhoon which was very helpful Room clean was nicely done and my daughters like the towel rabbits very much thanks for the fruit platter and goodbye gift water world and aquarium are good we all enjoy our times there C秀 不看完全沒有損失 像我一樣 看了就是時間金錢雙重損失了

Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service! I had an amazing stay at MGM Sanya Resort! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. A special thank you to Jelly from the Guest Relation Office, who went above and beyond to assist me throughout my stay. She was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with any request. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful ocean views, fantastic facilities, and delicious dining options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I will definitely be back!

The hotel is conveniently located not far from Dadonghai, and Yalong Bay is just a 30-minute drive away, making it very convenient for exploring Sanya. The room was incredibly spacious with a large bed, and I particularly appreciated the well-designed bathroom with separate wet and dry areas. The oversized bathtub on the balcony was a lovely touch. Downstairs, the hotel also features an outdoor swimming pool and a fish spa. A special mention for the large desk and desk lamp in the room – this was incredibly helpful for families with school-aged children, ensuring homework could be done without any hassle. We stayed for three nights, and a complimentary dinner was included, though the dishes offered were quite similar to the breakfast buffet. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Special thanks go to Wei Xiuli, the breakfast attendant, and the cleaning staff on the fifth floor – both deserve high praise. Upon returning home, I learned that Hainan offers tourism subsidies. I called the hotel to inquire about the invoice needed for the application, and the staff member was very patient and helpful. I hope to successfully apply for the subsidy. There were many Russian guests at the hotel, which indicates it's also well-regarded by international visitors. Sanya is beautiful, the hotel is excellent, and we will definitely return!

We spent 3 unforgettable nights at the Sanya Yalong Bay Palace Resort, and our experience was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The rooms were impeccably clean and matched the photos exactly. The view from our room was simply breathtaking – definitely a highlight of our stay. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special thanks to Pan Pan (潘潘) for her outstanding care and attention to detail throughout our stay. The small surprise gifts were such a sweet and personal touch that we truly appreciated. The breakfast offered a great variety and was delicious. We also had dinner once at the Ocean Restaurant – the food was incredibly tasty! The resort's location is fantastic: it’s very close to the beach and right across from restaurants and shopping areas, making it very convenient to explore nearby. Although the pools were unfortunately unavailable due to typhoon damage before our arrival, the hotel handled the situation gracefully and offered a thoughtful alternative solution for guests. Overall, the resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a wonderful atmosphere. We highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future! Our stay at the Westin Hotel was wonderful, special thanks especially to Lila, our room assistant. She promptly responded to all my inquiries and provided excellent recommendations for places to visit in Sanya. I’d also like to extend my gratitude to Calvin Han. He is super friendly and helpful, answered all my questions and even gave us suggestions on where to go with children. Definitely went above and beyond his role, providing exceptional service! Cuiye Yuan, our housekeeper, kept our room spotless every day & greeted us every morning. The entire staff was incredibly helpful. We will definitely return to the Westin Hotel in the near future. Thank you again for the yummy coconuts and fruit platters!

Good hotel with direct access to the beach. The hotel specializes for family with children, there are a lot of entertainments. Big area, many swimming pool with view to the sea. The breakfast food is variable and taste. We are trying hot pot dinner, there are a lot is different ingredients and unlimited beer 😄 the beautiful gym area see on the picture.

The resort is really beautiful, and because the compound is big, you don’t feel like there’s a lot of people. One drawback is if you’re flying to Sanya airport you need to take a 1.5 hour taxi ride to the resort. What’s worse is the route going from hotel back to airport is blocked because of roadworks which means we had to find alternative transportation otherwise it would take double the time. I wish the hotel had mentioned this when we booked, it really inconvenience us a lot as we were travelling with family. I only realised this the day before leaving the hotel and only then I decided to change to high speed rail. Overall if I ever come back to Sanya, I would come back to this resort, but maybe without kids the next time!

Third time here and we had a fantastic family holiday again! Location, beach, swimming pools and gardens are gorgeous and really well kept. We love the different pool options and the room with direct pool access is so convenient with kids. I agree with other reviews that rooms could use renovation, especially if they used to be smoking rooms, but daily cleaning is impeccable. The open air breakfast spot is lovely and breakfast choice is excellent, Chinese restaurant is also very good and provided such nice support to celebrate kid’s birthday. Derrick Liu was so helpful to address any concerns, everyone on staff is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Can wholeheartedly recommend!

Came late for check-in but was room was spacious and clean! They gave me a free upgrade too. Parcel and food delivery was send up to me, making it very convenient. Thanks to 管家小林 for advice and assistance!

We had a fabulous Easter holiday at Wyndham Sanya Bay, and it’s truly a fantastic destination for families with young children. Here’s why we loved it: -Perfect for Kids: The kids club was the highlight for our little ones, offering daily activities that kept them entertained for hours. -Fantastic Pool Experience: The swimming pool was a big hit, with plenty of floaties and tons of toys to play with—our kids couldn’t get enough! -Amazing Outdoor Play Gym: The outdoor play gym was another great addition, providing endless fun and a safe place for active play. -Spacious and Clean Rooms: Our room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and perfect for a family stay. -Wonderful WeChat Concierge Service: The WeChat concierge was incredibly efficient and helpful, quickly accommodating all of our requests with ease. - An OK Breakfast: The breakfast spread was generous and had something for everyone. Language Barrier Handled Well: While most staff didn’t speak English, they did their absolute best using translation apps, and their friendliness and effort made up for any challenges. Hotel is very close to the airport but somewhat further away from other locations. Nothing to be worried about if you're looking for a ”mainly-resort-type” of getaway. Didi's are easy to call to the hotel if you do want to venture out. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations and provided a relaxing, fun-filled holiday for our family. We highly recommend it to families with young children looking for a kid-friendly getaway.
