As it was my first time visiting Guangzhou, I was unfamiliar with the area and processes. 潘潘 went above and beyond in assisting me throughout my check-in, patiently helping me verify and confirm all my bookings, and even arranging a spacious car that could comfortably accommodate my entire family and all our luggage. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and warm hospitality greatly enhanced my overall experience in Guangzhou. I am traveling with two young children and two elderly family members, so room size, comfort, and location are especially important to us. Thanks to her thoughtful support, we felt well taken care of from the moment we arrived. The hotel’s extremely convenient location in the heart of a busy shopping district further added to the enjoyment of our stay. This is my 2nd times here. Price is expensive than Aug due high season now but I willing to pay it due I'm really satisfied Gionee Hotel especially the hotel receptions. Nini & zoey are helpful and friendly girl. The location is very excellent. Metro just 200m and beijing road just infont mcd.Room is very comfortable and clean. It's valuable to stay at Gionee. Sure ~ I’m come back again

A fantastic stay with its unbeatable location right in the heart of Dongmen. It’s just a short walk to the metro station (Laojie Station Exit F), making travel around the city incredibly convenient. The surrounding area is vibrant with endless local shopping options, food streets, and night markets, perfect for exploring authentic Shenzhen culture. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained. Rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The property also features a well-equipped gym and a cozy reading corner, which adds a nice touch for those wanting to unwind. Ideal for both short and long stays.

We checked in around 2am and have to contact the receptionist as he happened to step away. Check in was swift, given side by side rooms for my friends. Room was spacious and toilet are clean, toiletries are well equipped. Hotel is very advanced, request for amenities such as plastic bag and beer opener and was delivered through AI robot within minutes. Room has noise isolation, nearby has convenience stores and good room. Location is friendly and easy to locate. Counter staff Xiaoyu done our check out and made coffee for us, smiley and courteous staff. Please continue to keep up the good job!

As usual the staff especially the concierge was great. Had many courier packages and the concierge here are the best. The cleaners and frontdesk was all good. Last time i stay at end room and i made request that i do not want it and of course they meet my requirement. The only disappointment is the gym there used to 5 treadmills but then 4 and now there is another 2 broken which doesn’t seem to getting fix at all and the elliptical has been broken for over 2 months and see that there are many guests in the morning using it, so for sure not enough equipment, this is one of a drawback. Please no towels for guests to used. Am are exercise person so this is really a disappointment and not to high standards of a hotel at all.

Room cleanliness was mid. AC was not on when I checked in and it was alr got so checking into a humid room was not the best feeling. The room also didn't smell the best maybe because of the humidity. toilet was filled with the little insects and had mold around the silicone area. The hair dryer had a layer of dust and even the clothes in the cupboard as well was not looking the cleanest. They also made a mistake when they gavw me my card it didn't work the first time so I couldn't go up and had to make my way with my luggages to the front desk again to get it fixed when I was already sweating so much from the heat and they were taking quite a long time at the front desk. I guess the good park is the free coffee that they give a voucher for and also the free laundry where they provided colour catchers as well. Staffs were nice.

Nice service ! And very thoughtful of the front desk. They also offer free dessert at night, and coffee in the morning. Everyone on staff is polite and professional. Price is reasonable, and the location is very convenient. 小楊 ‘s service excellent and very thoughtful as well as remind us there is some service and welcome us to come back anytime !

The room is clean and big and new. There are a lot of nice food around the hotel and the shui wei night market is just right below. The drinks in the fridge are comolimentary. What i like is their laundry servide which is free of charge. The front desk staff are very helpful guiding me how to order food delivery to hotel. The only improvement is when i got the room there is smoking smell but the hotel staff very quickly work on to remove the smell. The hotel breakfast also kinda good spread. The best deal is there is supper every night and is also complimentary.

Excellent location. Took metro line 11 at the airport and you can reach metro station that is just a few mins walk to the hotel. Very convenient to either call didi or by metro. The must visit 'eyes of shenzhen' is just 2 stations away. The sky garden and the laundry service are plus points. The only drawback is that the noise from the outside road can be annoying during sleep time at night.

I recently stayed at the Country Inn by Radisson near Xiaobei Station in Guangzhou and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is newly renovated, which gives the rooms and common areas a clean, fresh look. The facilities are modern, and the comfort level is quite good for the price range. One of the biggest advantages for Indian travelers is the location—it’s situated right in front of an Indian restaurant, making it very convenient for daily meals. The hotel is also just a short walk from Xiaobei Metro Station, which makes getting around the city easy and efficient. The area does have a significant African presence, which gives it a multicultural vibe, though it may feel a bit unfamiliar to some. However, I found the neighborhood to be lively and well-connected. Overall, a good choice for Indian travelers looking for a comfortable and conveniently located stay in Guangzhou.
