Great value for money! The room was nice and it was half the price of staying on Geonbok-gil. It's super close to Dongmun Market, within walking distance, and the location right by the sea is lovely. Breakfast was decent, quite a good spread, and the abalone porridge was definitely a highlight.

Our flight back from Jeju Island was early in the morning, so I booked the Lotte City Hotel near the airport. It's about a five or six-minute drive, and a taxi only cost around 20-25 RMB. Getting a taxi even at 5 AM was very convenient. The front desk staff were all very friendly. Downstairs, there's a Lotte Duty Free shop, though it doesn't have a huge selection. If you go out and turn right at the small intersection, there's an Olive Young, which is handy for restocking. The Shilla Duty Free is only about a ten-minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants along the way.

It was my second time in Bridge Hotel. I really like this place for convenient location: beach, waterfalls and other near here. The most I love is the window view! For that time when I checked-in in room, I hear an unpleasant smell mb by cleanser. Also CVS on two steps after hotel, Lee Jeon Seop street and Olle Marker in walking distance.

Great stay overall. The hotel is in a quiet and convenient location, which made it very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, including the carpark staff. The room was well-maintained, though the carpet could have been cleaner. 2 minor issue was that the toilet light would occasionally switch off unexpectedly and window mesh are not sealed properly that caused the mosquito to fly in. Other than that, we had a pleasant experience.

The hotel's location is excellent. I much prefer staying near Chilseong-ro over Baojian-ro because it's by the sea. Right across from the hotel is a fantastic running track, and jogging along the coast offers a truly comfortable and pleasant exercise experience! The room was clean and tidied daily. While the hotel isn't new, the overall facilities and cleanliness are quite good. There's a bakery and supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient. Within 50 meters, you'll find several outdoor sports brand stores, the OY Cosmetics Supermarket, and bars. Chilseong-ro is just a 10-minute walk away, as is the Black Pork Street. It's also very easy to walk to Dongmun Market. Highly recommended, I'd consider staying here again next time.

The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from the airport. There's a bus stop right outside, and the 202 bus makes it easy to explore the west side of the city at a leisurely pace. Upon check-in, we received two complimentary coffees. I absolutely loved the hotel's coffee shop and the walking path outside by the pool – the endless glass-like sea views were incredibly therapeutic! I'll definitely be back if I get the chance.

Conveniently located: A 3-minute walk to Black Pork Street, 5 minutes to Chilseong-ro, and 10 minutes to Dongmun Market. Only 3.2km from the airport, a taxi ride takes about 10 minutes. Plenty of convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, making dining and entertainment incredibly easy. Ocean View: High-floor rooms directly overlook the azure sea. Open the window and you'll see the lighthouse and breakwater, with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Attentive Service: The staff are warm and friendly, happy to help arrange taxis and offer free luggage storage. Their attention to detail is exceptional. The rooms are simple yet modern, with spacious interiors (approx. 26-29㎡), soft bedding, and separate wet/dry areas in the bathroom, all exceptionally clean. There's also a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. Location, ocean view, and great value for money – a triple threat! Step out and you're by the sea, turn around and you're surrounded by delicious food. This is an excellent choice for your stay in downtown Jeju City.

The hotel is quite close to the airport, but it's not in the city center. If you plan to rely on public transportation, I'd recommend staying downtown. We basically took taxis everywhere. Our room faced the ocean, and the view was great on a clear day. There's also a CU convenience store about 200-300 meters away, which was handy! We arrived around 11 PM by plane and self-checked in at the guesthouse; there's a self-service machine at the front desk that dispenses room cards. Overall, the hygiene was decent, clean and tidy!

I didn't have many expectations when I booked, thinking it would be a small guesthouse by the sea. It's less than 3km walk from Aewol-eup. It's a very quiet beach, and the hotel is right on the beachfront. **Facilities:** Pretty good, the interior is very cozy. Clean and tidy. **Hygiene:** They only change bed linen and duvet covers if you stay for more than two days, but that didn't really bother me. **Service:** Quite enthusiastic, but the check-in time is a bit late, after 4 PM. Check-out at 11 AM felt a little inconvenient. The room with a sea view is nice, very quiet, and has a balcony.

GGuest UserThe Shilla Hotel is great! 👍 The hotel's overall decor feels quite new, despite what I'd heard online about it being a 10-20 year old establishment. The actual environment is really good. Getting around from the hotel is super convenient. The 600 bus stops right outside the hotel for both pick-up and drop-off, running every 50 minutes. In the afternoon, the 2:20 PM bus goes from the hotel to the airport and takes about an hour. You can buy and top up a public transport card at any convenience store. My child absolutely loved the hotel pool. The hotel boasts three restaurants: a buffet, a Japanese restaurant, and a pool restaurant. We had breakfast and lunch at the buffet. For kids, it was RMB 154 on the first day and RMB 177 on the second. At the pool restaurant, we ordered abalone udon noodles. One bowl of noodles came with two small bowls of rice, which was more than enough for two people. The fried chicken was very greasy and a huge portion; I only managed to eat two pieces before giving up. However, the fries in the burger set were delicious! You can access the beach directly from the hotel. Even though it was raining, the sea was still beautifully blue.

GGuest UserOld hotel, needs renovating however we enjoyed our stay. Relatively close to the beach. We stayed here for 5 nights. Overall we enjoyed our stay but there are some issues we faced. Firstly they began to tell us they couldn’t accept my Korean issued ID and needed to take a 200,000 won damage deposit (this sign was written in English and showed to us at check in). Once they realised I was using my Korean ID card and bank card they suddenly didn’t need to do this which we found this confusing and wondered if the policy is only applied to some guests. We were also given an information sheet that said we had to “use the room cleanly or we will be charged” meaning we were always conscious leaving in the morning due to thinking we will be charged so we couldn’t fully relax. The room is big but old. The floor wasn’t hoovered for 2 days so sand was still on the floor. The room overall wasn’t well cleaned…we found spiders on the head board and we couldn’t walk on the terrace due to the board lifting. On our final evening, we found sand from night one still on the shower floor. Every night there was so much noise from the room above making it hard to sleep. However there are some positives. The staff are friendly and answered our questions in a polite manner, it’s a great location close to the beach and the room is a good size. Overall, we enjoyed our stay despite there being some things that need to be improved. For the price we paid, it was an okay stay, however we won’t be staying here again and if we paid more than we did we would be disappointed.

GGuest UserHotel was modern and clean. Beds are comfortable. It is by the sea which is beautiful but not ideal if you are looking for places to eat or shop around the area. Although the hotel will help you get a cab to the town area about 10-15 mins away. Sunset from our room facing the mountains. Nice stroll by the sea outside hotel

GGuest UserFantastic experience! Definitely worth the price. The room I booked, despite not being advertised as having a balcony with a sea view, came with a private terrace. From there, I had a perfect view of the hotel pool, the windmill, and the distant sea. Even though the hotel is over twenty years old, the room facilities are very well-maintained. The bathtub was especially comfortable, and the TV even had screen casting capabilities. The hotel's public areas are incredibly comfortable, and they even had many amenities to ward off mosquitoes at night, which was a thoughtful touch. The public areas also connect directly to the sea bathing area. While it does involve climbing a few stairs, it's quite convenient. The hotel is well-served by public transport, with buses going directly to the airport and to the Olle Market. There are also several convenience stores nearby and restaurants in the scenic area, which are handy for quick meals. Overall, I'd definitely want to come back again; it was very relaxing!

CConstancecwkWe checked in very late at night at about 11pm and we had to change room twice before we finally got our room and settled down. First room, the bin was not cleared and there were used men underwear in the bin. It was not a very good experience especially for two girls. Made us feel like the room wasnt cleaned. We then went down to have our room changed. The receptionist who is so nice (in service) gave us a new room and new key. We went up and the key wasnt working. At this point we were already very exhausted. We went down again and informed her. She then gave us another room which we walked passed and coincidentally notice that it was DND before. She assisted us all the way up to the new room and opened the door for us. It seems fine but it was late so we quickly accepted it and checked in. Once we are settled we realized that the main door could not be locked from the inside. We settled in anyway because we didnt want to go through all the trouble and spoil our vacation. But on a lighter note, the receptionist is very nice and promot is trying to fix our issue. This place can do better.

CcnphoebeWe are a little disappointed by our stay, particularly given the price tag. Everyone was very friendly and the hotel looked beautiful, but we weren’t too happy with our room. We had booked an ondol room with 3 futons and we were given 1 double futon and 1 not prepared. Staff were very quick to address our request, though it did take a couple of attempts for the room staff to understand what we meant (they then unrolled the mattress but still prepare a double). Finally when they gave us the correct configuration as in the app (3 separate futons), these were sloppily unrolled and thrown on the floor. We had a lovely stay otherwise but our initial welcome didn’t really feel fitting of a 5 star hotel where we had paid 150 USD for a room. I mentioned this to the staff at check out but they didn’t seem too bothered.

GGuest UserIn Jeju's most peaceful village, with the majestic Baksugijeong Pavilion to your side and a peaceful harbor ahead, and the most beautiful coastline on the Olle Trail, especially in the mornings, dolphins occasionally show up to delight you. This is a small gem of a place nestled in a truly lovely village. I often travel to business hotels, but it's rare to find a place that offers such a relaxing and restful stay. The cozy room has everything you need, is extremely clean, and the bedding is firm and cozy. The lovely garden and the ocean beyond the window overlook the desk. The tranquility of a book is endless, and the warmth of those who have passed through the house makes the room even warmer. The loving owners, with their refined hospitality, and the owner's homemade bread and the owner's marmalade are worth the all-night chat. I plan to visit again when I visit Jeju for business or pleasure. I had a wonderful rest.

GGuest UserThe environment here is beautiful, with palm trees and shadows everywhere. Step outside and you're right on the coast. There's also an 'Olle' trail behind the hotel; if you walk along it, you'll find a charming Honeymoon House where you can enjoy a coffee – very pleasant! The large lawn is starting to turn green, making it perfect for photos. Although the hotel is a bit older and shows some age, it makes up for it with its cleanliness, especially the spotless bedding! My only minor complaint is that the hotel assigned me a lower floor, so I couldn't enjoy a panoramic view. For transportation, you can take bus 600 directly from the airport, which goes from the first stop to the last, taking over an hour and a half. If you want to use other transport, you'll need to walk 15-20 minutes to find it. This hotel is really more suitable for those who are driving or taking taxis, and it seems popular with Korean locals looking for a relaxing, laid-back getaway. Overall, for a beachfront hotel, it offers excellent value for money. I absolutely love the garden design and the swimming pool, though it appeared to be closed during my visit.
