The hotel room is spacious, and the hotel offers a complete range of amenities, including a casino and a shopping center. It's especially great for family trips. The breakfast is incredibly rich; the roasted salmon and grilled meat provide a protein boost to start your morning.

The room was clean, the sea view was great, there were no strange odors, and I didn't notice any issues with soundproofing. I'm not sure where the negative online reviews came from; personally, I found everything to be good, and the location was very convenient too.

The hotel was generally clean. However, I can't say for sure if the bathtub in the room was properly cleaned.
There is an ocean-view pool on the rooftop. It is only open from 11:00 to 18:00, so it would be even better if it was open later.

The room is huge for 2a2c. It's actually two rooms that merged into one so we actually have two doors. One side of the room is the bed area and the other side is the living area with sofa and TV. There are two bathrooms as well and one comes with a bathtub. Parking lots are a little limited but no issues with parking our car here at the end of the day. I guess its first come first serve. They are very generous with their in room snacks and its for free. Breakfast could be better I feel and with more varieties. But other than that all is good. Appreciate the steam dryer feature in the room.

Honestly, the standard room was quite small, even smaller than a typical Atour hotel, but it had everything you needed. The toiletries were from L'Occitane's Verbena range, which was a nice touch. The air conditioning was the strongest I've ever experienced in a hotel; it would reach the desired temperature within a minute – incredibly powerful! The hotel's best feature is definitely the heated outdoor pool, which was always full of kids playing from morning till night. Breakfast wasn't extensive, but it was delicious and I was very satisfied. The price was a bit high for the room size, but the environment and service were excellent. It was also super convenient to go for a stroll by the beach every day. Oh, and the hotel's own cafe was fantastic – the coffee was exceptional, and the pastries and bread were also very good.

It was right next to the beach. The staff were all helpful. The interior design was a little outdated, but it was still clean and the rooms/building was in good condition. I loved their mini sink they have in the rooms for washing dishes or washing fruits. There's a Kiosk in the lobby so you can conveniently check in and out without a staff present. For the price, I am happy with my stay. It's like 3 mins walk from the bus stop and there's a direct bus to the airport.

First off, the owner was incredibly kind, which made my trip so enjoyable! They'd answer all my questions with a smile, and even offered help before I even had to ask. It felt like a home away from home throughout my entire stay! I'll definitely be back for my next Jeju trip. Wishing the owner all the best and continued success!

Simple and clean hotel that's around 20 min away from the airport.
Nice ocean view as it's close to the port
Nice staff
I needed to warm up my food and the staff was ok that I used the microwave to do that.
Offered me disposable chopsticks when I asked if they had a fork - silly me forgotten to take it from the convenient store and too lazy to walk out into the cold
There's a lot of local restaurants around but I didn't try .
Didn't see the message to drop off the access card and rang the bell early morning only to find out after I pressed it.
The kind sir that was on duty greeted nicely despite being awaken suddenly and even linger around the counter while I waited for my Uber which was an added customer service instead of going back to rest.
I feel that it's value for my money.
It was January, so it was nice and quiet, not too crowded. There were lots of tourist spots and great restaurants nearby, so I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel seemed a bit old, but it was beautifully and neatly maintained, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was delivered to the room, but it was the same menu every day, which was a bit disappointing. Above all, the ocean view was absolutely stunning! Highly recommended!!!

We stayed in a double plus single bed room facing the airport/ocean. It was a lovely view. Check in and check were both pretty smooth. Room size is okay for small family. Bathroom comes air heated bidet which is appreciative during cold months. The bed were very comfortable and we have a very restful night.
Location is seems to be surrounded by lots of restaurants catered to PRC tourists. Even walking on the street feels like we are in China.
Shops like Innisfree and Olive Young are just steps away from the entrance. It makes a good airport hotel as the drive is only 15mins. Hotel also provides free airport shuttle stating from 7am.

GGuest UserOld hotel, needs renovating however we enjoyed our stay. Relatively close to the beach. We stayed here for 5 nights. Overall we enjoyed our stay but there are some issues we faced. Firstly they began to tell us they couldn’t accept my Korean issued ID and needed to take a 200,000 won damage deposit (this sign was written in English and showed to us at check in). Once they realised I was using my Korean ID card and bank card they suddenly didn’t need to do this which we found this confusing and wondered if the policy is only applied to some guests. We were also given an information sheet that said we had to “use the room cleanly or we will be charged” meaning we were always conscious leaving in the morning due to thinking we will be charged so we couldn’t fully relax. The room is big but old. The floor wasn’t hoovered for 2 days so sand was still on the floor. The room overall wasn’t well cleaned…we found spiders on the head board and we couldn’t walk on the terrace due to the board lifting. On our final evening, we found sand from night one still on the shower floor. Every night there was so much noise from the room above making it hard to sleep. However there are some positives. The staff are friendly and answered our questions in a polite manner, it’s a great location close to the beach and the room is a good size. Overall, we enjoyed our stay despite there being some things that need to be improved. For the price we paid, it was an okay stay, however we won’t be staying here again and if we paid more than we did we would be disappointed.
GGuest UserSpacious and clean room.
Room service cleaning was also great.
On arrival in the afternoon, without us requesting it, the front desk lady immediately offered us early check-in since the room was ready. All of them could communicate in good English.
Toilet was clean and the necessary amenities were provided for.
Bottles minerals were also provided each day.
There was a cafe and a mini-mart in the hotel, but wish the cafe could open early instead of 8 am. Also the 2 staff at the cafe was not well prepared for the opening at 8 am. The pastries were all not ready on the shelves, they were still trying to sort them out. The coffee we ordered were still on hold, have to tell them to start preparing them cos we have to catch the tour bus. The mini-mart store lady was not so friendly.
But will still stay at this hotel again cos it’s the pickup point for the local tours and hotel room and service is really good. Near to Dongmun market. 👍👍
Nice sea view in front of hotel.

Great
GGuest UserWaiting for the year-end, my body and mind relax in the warm water. The breakfast really highlights the natural flavors of the ingredients. The pho, kimchi pork stew, and sea urchin seaweed soup are all superb. Looking out at Beomseom Island makes me reflect on life. The Olle Market, with its many food options, is also conveniently located just 6.7 kilometers away by car.
GGuest UserThis hotel was a very comfortable stay. The room was exceptionally clean, and the outdoor pool was heated, so even on colder days, it wasn't chilly. There was also a hot spring bath at 37-38 degrees Celsius, which left me feeling warm all over. The location was also great, right by the beach. The only downside was that during check-in, they only spoke English, not Chinese, and all the hotel signs were in Korean and English, without any Chinese, which was a bit inconvenient for Chinese guests.
JJoeanne JoeStaying at ShinShin Hotel Jeju Ocean and honestly… location is 💯
Just minutes away from iconic spots like Eodolgae Rock, Cheonjiyeon Waterfall, scenic trails, and the lively Jeju Olle Market—everything is so accessible.
The food? Surprisingly good.
The room? Huge, spotless linens, and a wow factor with a massive smart TV—perfect for Netflix & YouTube nights after long walks.
Comfortable, clean, convenient…
definitely a great base for exploring Jeju 🖤🌊
GGuest UserA great hotel which is really high end. Pools are great though not really great for small kids though was great they had free floatation aids. A shame Customer service sometimes lacked experience, food is great but expensive (even the buffet) and there were some strange limitations like the Italian didn’t serve pasta in the evening and 2 of the restaurants only served set menus. A strange juxtaposition as many of the people staying there seemed to be families. The last thing to mention is the play area is tiny. In the pictures it shows a big room full of toys which it seems is closed now though the website doesn’t mention it

GGuest UserThis was a cozy and pleasant hotel. Furthermore, one of the main reasons we chose Suite Hotel was the kids' library, which had a great selection of Gyowon books. My child absolutely loved it, so we were really satisfied. However, the dining experience was quite disappointing. The breakfast selection was simple and had fewer options compared to other hotels, and dinner at the restaurant was really, really underwhelming. Despite this, our overall satisfaction was still good.
GGuest UserIn Jeju's most peaceful village, with the majestic Baksugijeong Pavilion to your side and a peaceful harbor ahead, and the most beautiful coastline on the Olle Trail, especially in the mornings, dolphins occasionally show up to delight you.
This is a small gem of a place nestled in a truly lovely village. I often travel to business hotels, but it's rare to find a place that offers such a relaxing and restful stay.
The cozy room has everything you need, is extremely clean, and the bedding is firm and cozy. The lovely garden and the ocean beyond the window overlook the desk. The tranquility of a book is endless, and the warmth of those who have passed through the house makes the room even warmer.
The loving owners, with their refined hospitality, and the owner's homemade bread and the owner's marmalade are worth the all-night chat.
I plan to visit again when I visit Jeju for business or pleasure.
I had a wonderful rest.
GGuest UserI stayed at the Shilla Jeju for two days, and honestly, I wasn't entirely satisfied.
On the positive side, the hotel's restaurants are excellent. The food is authentic and delicious; I ate very well during my two-day stay 👍🏽. The oranges at breakfast, in particular, were incredibly tasty!
The hotel's walking trails are also beautifully laid out, offering comfortable sea views from above.
And all the staff I encountered were polite and greeted me kindly.
However, here are the downsides:
The hotel is showing its age. Some of the facilities are a bit old, and while they're well-maintained, the issue of drain odors was quite severe... The toiletries felt like they were from 20 years ago, which was a bit 'emmm...' I guess I was paying for the hotel's brand name, but the actual stay wasn't as great as I'd hoped 😂.
Secondly, the front desk made a mistake with our breakfast reservation time. The date they confirmed during check-in was a day different from the date they actually booked for us. Thankfully, the restaurant was able to amend it, but it still put a dampener on things.
Mminimalist♡It was quite far from Jeju City.
I arrived late, so I couldn't see the scenery at night because I was busy showering and going to sleep.
I fully enjoyed it in the morning.
The bed was bigger and more comfortable than expected, and the room was clean.
It was comfortable.
The shower room was spacious, the water was hot, and the pressure was good, so it was a very satisfying first day of my trip in many ways. ^^ I recommend it.
It was a comfortable place to stay at a good price.
I'll come again~♡
