Overall a good 4 night stay! Stayed in a club room which was fine for us. Room nice enough but a bit dated! Areas in bathroom a bit mouldy.shower head over bath about falling off. Cleaners came daily changed towels and made beds. Didn't look like much else done daily If honest but fine for us. Never tried spa so can't comment on that. Pool area was fine, plenty loungers available. Could hire towels but we used our own. Hubby used pool but to cold for me even with temperature being late 20's. We were all inclusive and food was fine, always found something to eat. Brekkie particularly nice. Drinks fine but limited with cocktails when all inclusive. White Wine fine with lemonade but tried without and didn't like at all. Husband enjoyed the beer. Staff were in the most lovely! Animation team nice. Thought all inclusive drinks ending at 12mn too early! And on check out day which is 12pm bands cut off straight away. No late check out available. I would return here for a short stay but not any longer.
AC Hotel Alicante

We stayed 2 nights in the hotel and had a very pleasant stay. The rooms were a good size and had a fridge, tea kettle and the usual bathroom amenities. They were clean and quiet. The staff at the hotel were pleasant and helpful. We had dinner there one evening and it was quite good. The buffet breakfast was fine and had a good variety of food. The hotel is not near the area where much of the restaurants, shops and beaches are so we needed to take taxis but it wasn’t too expensive to get there. We did use the parking garage. I have to say that the garages in hotels in Europe are challenging at times. We were driving an SUV and there are some tight spaces to get around. But the parking wasn’t too expensive and there were always spaces available.

Let me tell you that you are the service of TRIP.COM. You have charged me the fee for closing the hotel reservation. I have received the confirmation from TRIP.COM via email, reservation number, room, etc. Of course, you also charge me I got there for work reasons. I was surprised that the hotel was closed during the pandemic. It’s not a coincidence. No, you seem to be unprofessional. I sent you an email condemning it. On this matter, you know what you told me is that there are a lot of emails in the queue. If you provide deceptive services and deceive me, I plan to condemn people who you don’t enter as soon as possible. This won’t surprise me. , Because this situation is not developing well, so I plan to publish it on all networks as soon as possible, and even plan to do so for a group of people who have the same experience as me. In the photo, you can see my confirmation. Since the hotel has no problem, I gave the highest score. On the contrary, I have been chatting with them, very friendly.
B&B HOTEL Alicante

Well located hotel. The room was functional without more... the sheets and towels were clean, however the cleanliness of the rest was limited... a lot of stains and splashes on the wall... a very very noisy air conditioning that prevents you from sleeping... . catering rating good value for money but the cleanliness is still limited .. the sticky tables and yet two waitresses for ten people at the table .... taking 5 minutes to clean the tables. Would not have been luxury ....

This is the 2nd time at the Venus for a group of 10 ladies of various ages. We stayed for 4 nights. The location is excellent and the breakfast is fantastic, a great selection too. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels. Rooms a bit small & not keen on bathroom door (we hang a long dress on the door) but didn’t stop us going back as the service is great, from reception staff to bar staff. Lovely pool area & great cocktails! Top tip - take an extension lead as lack of plug sockets without unplugging TV & no kettle so take your own. I’m sure we’ll be back.

Booked this as a cheap base to stay while house hunting in the area. Our flight wasn't till 8.30 pm so by the time we had landed, got through passport control, got our cases and car and driven the 45 minute drive we were arriving early hours of the next day. They had given our self catering apartment away as we were a ”no show”. Offered us a room with two single beds but the guy saw the look on my face and gave us a double. We were so tired we took it so we could get some sleep and the next day we would take it up with reception. In the morning looking around the room the was no tea/coffee facilities, the laminate flooring was lifting, there was someone else's dirty razor holding the bathroom window shut and to get in the shower (the bathroom was so small) your legs rubbed along to side of the toilet getting in and out. Mmmm lovely. We went to reception who then offered us a self catering apartment we were meant to have but looking that was no better and it had one window in the whole apartment making it the most dark and dingy space. I was ready to find an air bnb in the area but they then gave us a 3 bed apartment in another complex. Huge improvement on what they had offered us, would benefit from some paint and basics were missing like a toaster and furniture for the balcony, tiles missing in the shower area and the shower doors didn't close properly meaning the bathroom got a bit flooded, but it was an improvement. Just to top it off my partner had just got out of the shower one afternoon and had literally just walked through to get dressed when someone opened our door and came in. The reception had given keys to another guest. We had iPhones, AirPods, money, passports in the apartment meaning someone could've just stolen what they want. I phoned through to reception and turned out they should've been given the keys to next door but didn't even give as much as an apology. Avoid!!!

We had a great weekend at this hotel and of course Benidorm. Although we already knew him, he never ceases to amaze us. The hotel is very good, although we would have liked to have stayed on a higher floor with a better view. Let's see if we make it next time because I want to come back. The breakfast buffet looked very rich and varied. In short, everything is as expected and more.

Very nice hotel and room but no welcome water in room / no kettle or access to making hot drinks in room / no mini fridge in room , we could here people in other rooms have bed fun so sound proof is not good , I would book again on my second Choice but would not book on first choice. Hotel is near the beach We are at reception if they had complimentary water and they pointed me to a vending machine. This was 11 o’clock at night next door and purchase water, vending machine prices. All round a hood 2 - 3 star hotel

Nice little hotel front beach, lovely staff from receptionists to the all staff bar restaurant, nice clean room with amazing see view comfortable bed , cattle for coffee or tea in The room with complimentary water and the bathroom have all we need for our stay, air conditioner work perfect, just a little down on the space front bar not enough for all guest to take a drink and try to seat somewhere was a challenge both room was ready for the night dinner on the 24 of December so all was on top of each other, we decide to step outside but was very cold night so we decide to return inside ad all guest was all around try to found a space where put down the drinks, luck of atmosphere for a Xmas period just few decorations around, dinner wise was ok just for my test the combinations of some of it was a little to far, as a chef my self I don’t think the octopus go well with onions just don’t much for me and punch the fish and change his natural flavour, garlic extra virgin olive oil and a splash of lemon is all you need for it, maybe can play with a bed of herbs of mash potatoes or or mix little creamy potatoes to make it posh the main course was not enough hot and very very small portion again with out any complimentary vegetable or potatoes, the 3 way color and food on the plate always work on the eye and on the taste of any dish, but we speck with the Ladies waiters about, they apologise for it but was not necessary for us is just the way we think about food but we really appreciate it was a nice gesture from all restaurant staff, breakfast ok just I don’t get way there is a Nespresso coffee machine but not a hot milk machine to have a nice fluffy cappuccino just a cattle with hot milk inside. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we definitely will return when back in Guardamar, thanks to all from us Nino and Flavio room 405 ciaooooo
