Our recent stay at this hotel was fantastic! I have to give a special shout-out to Ginny at the front desk – her warm smile and proactive offer of assistance during check-in immediately made us feel welcome.
After getting to the room, it felt a bit stuffy, and I noticed the window wasn't opening smoothly when I tried to air it out. I contacted the front desk to explain, and Ginny responded instantly. She promptly coordinated with the engineering team to come and inspect it, and she followed up continuously until the issue was completely resolved. Throughout the process, her attitude was incredibly patient and enthusiastic, with no hint of perfunctoriness; you could truly feel that she genuinely cared about the guests.
This kind of detailed and proactive service really puts your mind at ease. If all hotel staff were as attentive as Ginny, the guest experience would be so much better. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in the area, and I highly recommend it to everyone! 👍

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at the Regent Coast Hotel; the entire experience was incredibly comfortable, and their standards for cleanliness and service were truly exemplary!
The hotel's environment immediately caught my eye. The lobby design was simple yet stylish, with warm and soft lighting. The public areas featured perfectly placed greenery, and not a speck of dust could be seen in any corner. The floors were gleaming, and even the elevator buttons felt regularly sanitized. The guest room was an even bigger surprise – spacious and bright, with a modern yet cozy decor. The three-part bathroom design was super practical, ensuring the floor stayed dry. The room cleaning was thorough and left no corner untouched. The bedding was soft, skin-friendly, and odorless, with sheets and pillowcases sparkling white. The toilet and sink in the bathroom were free of limescale and stains, and the shower had ample and stable hot water. The overall air felt fresh, with no dampness, making for a truly reassuring stay.
The service was impeccably thoughtful. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making the check-in process efficient and quick. They patiently explained the hotel facilities and local attractions and even proactively offered convenient items like emergency charging cables and umbrellas. Any requests during my stay were met with a quick response. Housekeeping avoided my resting times, gently knocking before entering to confirm, demonstrating their professionalism in every detail. From the lobby to the guest room, every staff member greeted me with a genuine smile, making me feel truly at home.
From the strict control over environmental hygiene to the meticulous attention to service, the Regent Coast Hotel truly excels. Its convenient location and comprehensive facilities mean I will undoubtedly choose it again on my next visit. I highly recommend it to all travelers!

The room is very spacious and clean. I was a bit worried about the facilities being outdated since it opened in 2018, but they actually seem very well-maintained. Every corner is spotless, and everything looks new and in great condition, with no signs of age. The breakfast is rich and delicious, offering a wide array of Chinese and Western dishes, specialty noodles, desserts, and cold cuts. The service is also excellent; there's always someone at the entrance to help with luggage from the trunk and open car doors. Plus, from the sea-view room, you can sit on the sofa and watch the waves rolling in – it's a fantastic feeling. Going downstairs, you just walk through a small garden and you're right on the beach, which is super convenient. It's about a 10-minute walk to Tianma Pier, perfect for a stroll along the soft sand by the sea. This hotel offers incredible value for money in Yantai!

The hotel room has a direct sea view, and you can hear the sound of the waves by opening the terrace door. There's an elevator that goes straight to the beach. The wontons and noodles in the morning were also delicious. They even gave us a fridge magnet when we checked out. Super great!

The best decision I made on my trip to Weihai was choosing this hotel right by the sea! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Torch Eight Street. It's just a few minutes' walk to all the famous street views, and you just cross the road to reach the beach and the ocean. It's incredibly convenient for sightseeing and exploring.

I originally had high hopes for the Tsingtao Beer Time Coast Resort. The environment is indeed pleasant, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel even offers complimentary beer in the lobby during certain hours, which should have been a bonus.
However, to my great disappointment, all that goodwill was completely ruined by severely negligent management and indifferent service.
I booked a 'Dream Sea View Room,' but the actual room wasn't directly facing the sea; it only offered a 45-degree angled sea view. This was already a significant discrepancy from the advertisement. What's worse, the room was directly above the courtyard.
The real nightmare began at 11 PM.
Guests in the courtyard room below were loudly chatting, laughing, and constantly clapping until 1:30 AM. I called the front desk three times to complain, and the customer service's response was shocking:
They repeatedly stated, 'We've already reminded them, but there's nothing we can do if the guests don't listen,' and even, in turn, asked if *we* wanted to switch rooms.
What kind of logic is that?
Why should the affected guests bear the consequences because of unruly guests? If someone needs to be moved, shouldn't it be the ones making the noise?
We barely slept all night, constantly being woken up by the disturbance. This wasn't just a 'bad experience'; it seriously impacted our fundamental right to rest.
Even more disappointing, the next day, the hotel made no proactive effort whatsoever: no apology, no explanation, no compensation, or even a gesture of concern, as if nothing had happened.
Such great facilities, paired with this kind of management and service attitude, can only be described as terrible and utterly irresponsible.

Coming to Yantai, I saw this newly opened Indigo and decisively chose it. The scenery is beautiful, and the room is very spacious. Zoe from Guest Relations contacted us even before we arrived and had our room ready. During our stay, she would periodically check if we needed water, without being intrusive. The only minor drawback was that the water wasn't very hot when I showered on the last night. The hotel really needs to look into that – it was so cold these past two days, and all I wanted after coming back was a hot shower. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the quality is consistently InterContinental standard, which is quite reliable. Overall, it was a good experience.

I stayed at a hotel right by the sea. Even though the weather was cold and the wind was howling, the sea view was stunning, with the ocean displaying a deep, profound blue. The hotel itself is quite grand; you can feel its impressive scale the moment you walk in. The staff were warm and attentive, always ready to help with anything, which made me feel very welcome. The only minor point is that the hotel is a bit old, but that didn't detract from the overall experience. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance.

The room was nice, and the location was good. The lobby also looked grand upon entering. However, the service was just average. The hotel lobby is decorated so lavishly, yet there's no room service robot? Because I was with my child in the room, it was inconvenient to go down and get food, so I ordered two deliveries. I asked the front desk to deliver the first one, and they did. The second delivery arrived at a different time, so I had to ask the front desk again. The second time, their attitude was noticeably poor; they seemed very impatient. If I could have gone down myself, I wouldn't have asked you to deliver, right? Why be so impatient? Either they need more training or they should consider adding delivery robots, don't you think?

GGuest UserI was very happy to know that I got a free upgrade. They chose a very quiet room with a nice view for us. Although the facilities in the hotel are a bit old, it has everything that should be there. It was quite comfortable to stay. I was a light sleeper and didn't wake up once in the middle of the night. I didn't even remember if I had a dream or not. It was magical. The welcome gift was very unique. There was fruit yogurt to drink every day. Xiao Du, Xiao Wang, Xiao Zhang, Xiao Jiao and Xiao Gao were very enthusiastic. On the first day, when I took out my ID card, I accidentally left my phone at the front desk. When I entered the room, I received a call from the front desk guy. Thank you very much for sending the phone up. When I left, I also gave him a pendant gift, which was very heartwarming (I forgot to take pictures, I only took a picture of the view outside the window in p1)

Just returned from a stay at Qingdao Yilan Xinsu Hotel—a solid choice near Shilaoren Bathing Beach and the International Convention and Exhibition Center 🤩. With an impressive overall Trip.com rating of 8.8/10, guests rave about its service, cleanliness, and convenience .
The location scores about 8.9/10—it’s roughly a ten-minute walk to the sandy beach and sits just 8.5 km from Qingdao’s downtown core and 14 km from Qingdao North Railway Station. Not ideal if you need a car—there’s no on-site parking (). Amenities and service both come in around 8.6–8.9/10, with friendly staff and smooth check‑in/out process (). Cleanliness is top notch with a clean rating of 9.0/10 .
🌞 What stood out:
• Rooms are spacious and bright, featuring big windows and modern décor in a sleek New‑Chinese style. Everything felt new and well-kept .
• The beds are comfy (2.2 × 2.2 m, pure cotton linens), showers felt luxurious, and the soundproofing was excellent. Also enjoy convenient rapid check‑out service with personal touches .
• The breakfast buffet gets solid praise—tasty and well-rounded start to the day ().
💤 Stay comfort: 9.0/10
• Clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed rooms made for a relaxing and bright stay.
📍 Location: 8.9/10
• Close to beach access and the expo center, plus shopping and transit nearby—but no parking if you’re driving.
🤝 Service: 8.9/10
• Staff are described as friendly and helpful; check-in and check-out are seamless.
🛎️ Amenities: 8.6/10
• Offers the basics—Wi-Fi, in-house restaurant (light meals available), and cozy space—but lacks a gym or pool .
⸻
✅ Quick tips:
• Ask for a seaview or beach‑side room—light is great, and views are peaceful 🌊🌅.
• It’s walkable to the sand and just a short ride from Qingdao International Convention Centre.
• No parking, so if you’re self-driving, plan to park nearby or use public transport 🚉.
• No fitness center or pool, but hey—you’re steps from the beach 🏖.
⸻
Final verdict: With modern rooms, sparkling clean spaces, strong service, and a primo location near Shilaoren Beach and the convention center, Qingdao Yilan Xinsu Hotel scores a solid 9/10. Great pick for business travelers or chill beach escapes alike! 😌✨

PPutaobeichidiaoleWe chose this hotel for New Year's Eve and it was truly excellent! The staff member, Vivi, provided fantastic service – she was very responsive and quickly resolved any issues we had. The room was thoroughly cleaned, and any requests for items were promptly delivered. Considering the dry weather, when we extended our stay, the staff thoughtfully left us a note and even put 8 bottles of water in our room! That was incredibly considerate! Plus, the location is right in the city center, making it super convenient for getting around. MixC shopping mall is right downstairs, and it's well-connected with easy access to the subway. There were also many staff members guiding us in the downstairs parking lot, which was really helpful. This hotel is definitely worth staying at!

MMaberaeA Truly Memorable Stay – Can’t Wait to Return!
Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. Tucked away in a peaceful and quiet area, it was the perfect escape from the usual hustle and bustle of everyday life. The surroundings were simply breathtaking — the views alone made the trip unforgettable!
The room and amenities were impeccably maintained, offering both comfort and convenience. Dining was a highlight — both the Japanese restaurant and the buffet served absolutely exquisite meals that we’re still talking about.
What truly made our stay special, though, was the incredible hospitality. A heartfelt thank you to Nancy, Kitty, and Aria for going above and beyond to make our experience the best ever. You made us feel truly welcome and cared for.
My family and I are already planning our return — this time for a longer stay, and we hope to try out the water sports as well. Can’t recommend this place enough!

GGuest UserA truly satisfying stay! I arrived quite early, around 10 AM, and was initially concerned about not being able to check in. However, the friendly lady at the front desk immediately processed my check-in, so I didn't have to wait until the afternoon. She even kindly upgraded my room! The room itself was incredibly spacious and decorated in my favorite style, making it feel just like home. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to all the main tourist attractions. Getting around by subway was super convenient, with the subway entrance only about 20 meters from the hotel. I did a lot of research before booking and ultimately chose the Crowne Plaza Qingdao as it offered the best value for money. They also gave me a significant discount for extending my stay by two nights. I'm genuinely thrilled with my choice, thank you so much!

GGuest UserThe hotel was poorly prepared for the festival season. I arrived at 4 p.m., an hour after my scheduled check-in time, only to be told that my room was not ready and that I would need to wait another 50 minutes. I waited in the lobby for about an hour, but the room was still not available. The staff asked for my phone number so they could call me once it was ready, as I had to leave to meet a friend. They eventually called around 6:30 p.m. to let me know the room was prepared.
When I returned to the hotel after dinner, I discovered there was no drinking water in the room. At first, I assumed this might be part of an ESG initiative, but I later had to go out late at night to buy water. On the second day, the staff gave me half a dozen bottles, and I realized they had simply forgotten. That was not the only oversight—they also forgot to close the balcony door. As a result, the room was extremely humid despite the air conditioning running at full power. I initially assumed the humidity was due to being near the sea, but on the second day I noticed the balcony door behind the curtain had been left partially open.
Overall, the hotel seemed overwhelmed by the large number of visitors attending the beer festival. The location is convenient for the beach, though public transportation, such as the metro station, is a bit farther away. The facilities are somewhat dated and lack modern features such as fancy toilet seats, but the rooms are fairly spacious, likely because the hotel is not in the city center.

YYouki01Our stay was excellent and truly exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, and parking was incredibly convenient. A special mention goes to Elaine for her wonderfully enthusiastic and top-notch service – highly recommended! We also caught the circus performance, which was great. The hotel itself is quite large; despite being an older property, it's clear the original decor was impressive and it has been diligently maintained. You can walk from the hotel's backyard directly to the beach, and our room balcony even offered lovely sea views, perfect for watching the sunrise.
However, there were a few areas for improvement. The breakfast restaurant felt excessively large, and its various sections weren't clearly signposted, leading to a lot of wandering around. Moreover, the trolleys used for clearing tables often obstructed the aisles, which negatively impacted the dining experience. Additionally, the beverage selection was quite limited, and to our surprise, there was no coffee machine – something quite unexpected and frankly below the standards one anticipates from a Crowne Plaza. I'd strongly suggest adding at least two fresh coffee machines, perhaps one near the bread station and another by the drink counter. This small investment would significantly enhance the guest experience without a high cost.
On a positive note, the small restaurant next to the circus had absolutely delicious and affordable food. It's definitely worth a visit after the show!

MM368386****Our room was great – really spacious, and we even got welcome fruit, American coffee, and some snacks. All the toiletries and towels were individually wrapped, which made them feel super clean and hygienic. The location is excellent; it's just a short walk to the subway station and there's a large mall right across the street. My parents booked a sea-view room and loved how beautiful it was. They also mentioned the breakfast was good, so it's a solid choice for anyone looking for convenience! The front desk staff were very patient and even gave us some cookies when we checked out at 4 AM for our flight – so thoughtful!
