I recently had the pleasure of staying at Haitian hotel , and I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service and hospitality I received during my stay. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and efficient check-in process. The staff were friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the extra touches. The hotel's facilities, including [the gym, pool, restaurant], were excellent, and I appreciated the attention to detail and commitment to quality. What truly made my stay stand out, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Self-driving from Yangzhou back to Beijing at night passing by Linyi thinking about finding a hotel to stay for one night and then rushing. I didn’t expect such a cheap price to book a five-star hotel with the idea of trying to stay at the store. I was shocked. The beauty at the front desk of the hotel also upgraded us to the executive room. I saw the surrounding environment of the hotel the next morning. It is built next to the lake. It is definitely good to come to the summer vacation. I can climb Yimeng Mountain. I really recommend it to my friends.

A slightly older hotel with a lot of luxury charm. The service at the Pullman is second to none, with attentive care by the room cleaning team, the door people and lobby attendants helping with luggage. The amenities are plentiful, with an adequate gym stocked with barbells, smith machine, a number of muscle specific machines, along with a nice pool.

A particularly good stay was when I came here to participate in the Yantai Marathon. When I checked in, the front desk prepared hot pear soup. Yantai was particularly cold that day and the temperature suddenly dropped. The hot pear soup they prepared was particularly good👍 Special praise for Xiao Fei at the front desk. He was very attentive when checking in and introduced the hotel's early breakfast time specifically for the marathon. He added my WeChat considerately and asked if I needed a cup of hot milk at night. It was a very good stay experience. I will still choose this hotel when I come to Yantai next time👍

The location of the hotel is amazing, right by the sea. Just a few steps from the east gate of the hotel, you can reach the seaside park. You can walk along the long walking trail after dinner, listen to the sound of the high tide hitting the shore, and breathe the breath of the ocean. There are often groups of urban walking groups here, fortunately they don't occupy the lane. The rooms are spacious and bright, clean and tidy, with reasonable furniture configuration. The sea view room can really enjoy the beautiful sea view. The service is satisfactory, the towels do not have a bad smell, there are welcome fruit snacks and drinks, and the breakfast variety is quite good.

It snowed heavily in Weihai, and the security uncle at the door of the hotel (Lao Yu! Lao Wang!) was very considerate! Special thanks 🙏! He helped us carry the box and supported us, fearing that we would slip, and wiped the snow off the car for us. The southern little potato couldn't stand these warm receptions, so moved that I cried! ! Surrounding facilities: There is a large shopping mall opposite the hotel, which is very convenient! It was so cold that I went to buy cotton sweaters and cotton trousers overnight 🥲

This was my first stay at the hotel, and I have to say that overall the hotel was great! The location is very convenient to many tourist attractions. There is a subway right next to the hotel. It’s just 11 minutes by the subway to get to the Qingdao railway station. The hotel is clean, all the towels are disinfected. The breakfast had a big assortment of dishes both from western and Chinese cuisine. And every evening the hotel treated with snacks such as cookies, fruits or yogurt. There is also free coffee in the lobby. Highly recommended!

The special room I booked was very cost-effective. It was upgraded to a zero-pressure room when it was not the peak season. It was very comfortable and the service was good. The location of the hotel is really close to the beach. The parking lot is also large and free. There is a laundry room on the fifth floor and a restaurant on the first floor. The facilities are very complete. In the morning, the morning market is on the right hand side of the lobby, which is very convenient for buying fruits and seafood. I sincerely recommend friends who travel to choose this place!

This is my fourth time here. Every time I come here, I feel different. This winter, I feel that the business atmosphere is heavier than in previous years, and there are more people. Many service attitudes need to be improved, but everything else is OK.

Had an enjoyable stay in this hotel which is located very near to Weihai Station. We would like to express our heartfelt thanks & big compliments to Li Miao for her passionate service & prompt help with our requests during night hours after we were back visiting Weihai attractions. The concierge & guard are very helpful, taking initiative to load up our luggages. Will definitely choose this hotel next time back in Weihai, lovely services.
