Driving to Riyue Bay, staying at this hotel was super hassle-free. They have a parking lot and a shuttle service that takes you right to your room's building. It's only a few hundred meters from all the major surf clubs, which is really convenient after a surf session. Plus, there's a water park and a horse riding stable nearby, so there are plenty of options for activities and entertainment.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The front desk staff were friendly, efficient, and patient during check-in. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the facilities were complete. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel environment was quiet. The location is convenient for getting around, and it offers excellent value for money. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit, I highly recommend it!

The hotel is located by Qishui Bay, about a 10-minute walk to the beach. The indoor pool is around 22 meters long with a depth of 1 meter. Some rooms have balconies with views of the launch site, while others overlook Qishui Bay. Since the exact launch time couldn't be known in advance, I missed seeing it from my room, but the hotel does offer a paid viewing service. The concierge staff member was very enthusiastic and provided great emotional support. Chen from the front desk was also very proactive in helping me with various issues. The first obvious drawback is that the facilities are old. The furnishings are several years old, and the surfaces of the furniture and appliances are mottled and rusted. The TV is also too small. The second drawback: after swimming, I left my beach shoes and swimsuit to dry on the balcony. I collected my swimsuit the next day but forgot the beach shoes. I didn't remember them after checking out, and only realized the next day that they were missing. Chen from the front desk actively contacted housekeeping, but was told they weren't found, and no new guests had checked into the room yet. Fearing I might have forgotten, I checked my luggage at home and still couldn't find them. It's highly likely the shoes were treated as abandoned items by the cleaning staff on the balcony. Such a shame!

Coming to Sanya again this year, I once again chose the Siji Haiting Hotel, where I had a pleasant stay before. I found that the hotel's service level has improved even further. As soon as the front desk attendant, KK, saw us enter from a distance, she immediately stood up and greeted us with a smile, then enthusiastically helped us with the check-in process. The hotel seems to have been renovated again, becoming even more beautiful. The dining area now has a large screen where you can watch movies while eating in the evening. The breakfast is still as delicious as ever, highly commendable!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The overall style is simple yet sophisticated. As soon as I entered the room, I was drawn to the spacious and tidy layout, with the white color scheme making it look exceptionally elegant. The room amenities were thoughtfully chosen; the smart toilet added a lot of comfort, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a truly restful sleep. I arrived in the morning and had a really comfortable and deep sleep on the bed. Staying here was both comfortable and stylish. Downstairs is the sea, and in the evening there are many beach music bars. The one closest to this guesthouse was particularly fun and had a great atmosphere. The service was also very attentive. I will definitely choose this place again next time I visit. Highly recommend it to everyone!

It's hard to put into words, I went to experience the beautiful Ocean Flower Island with endless imagination, but only after I arrived did I realize it was far from satisfactory. Dining: If you don't want to eat at the hotel, you have to walk more than ten minutes to the food court. But when you're exhausted from a day of playing and arrive at the hotel at 7 PM, you just want to go straight to a restaurant to eat your fill and recharge. However, as soon as you reach the hotel entrance, the sea breeze was so strong it blew us, who are sensitive to cold, back to the hotel. Taking a taxi to Island 2 didn't help either, as there was no large shopping complex that could provide shelter from the wind and rain. We just made do. Even more frustrating, if you don't use the hotel breakfast, the earliest external delivery the hotel allows is 9 AM, and you receive it at 9:15 AM. So many inconveniences. It was a loss for someone like me who only stayed one night to check it out. I didn't enjoy any perks and left the island. Not even a complimentary electric cart tour. Even if they didn't offer other things, a free electric cart from the hotel entrance to the food court would have been great. Alas, I shouldn't be so impulsive next time.

The room was incredibly spacious, and the bathroom design was particularly comfortable. I requested a high floor and a quiet room, and the hotel kindly placed me on the executive floor. The lounge offers expansive views, making it the perfect spot for photos, and you can also enjoy breakfast there. While the breakfast selection is limited, more of a light meal, the low crowd, beautiful scenery, and pleasant ambiance make up for it. The breakfast on the ground floor (G level) is much more varied and well-managed, with staff guiding guests to their tables, which prevents people from scrambling for seats. The service was excellent; when a bedside outlet stopped working, I called the front desk, and a staff member came to fix it late in the evening. I also received a follow-up call to ensure everything was satisfactory. This was by far the best hotel of my entire Hainan trip. My only minor complaint is that the room lighting was a bit dim, which might be an issue for older guests.

Facilities: I found the facilities to be quite new. Although it's not a newly opened hotel, it's incredibly well-maintained. Cleanliness: Excellent cleanliness! Both the rooms and public areas were spotless. Environment: The environment goes without saying – a fantastic location directly across from Coconut Dream Corridor. This is my third trip to Sanya and my second stay at Pullman. It's also very close to the airport, and you can get great photos whether it's sunset or morning, right from the hotel. Service: The service truly impressed me this time. As a returning guest, I already had a positive impression, but I didn't expect the service to be even better than last time. A big thank you to our butler, Kevin, and Libby, the welcome ambassador I met during check-out. Butler Kevin proactively contacted me before I even arrived in Hainan to ask about my room preferences and note down any requests. Upon landing, he again proactively contacted me to confirm my check-in time and upgraded my room. He also sent useful hotel information like breakfast times and locations, and other important notes. While I've stayed in hotels before, saving the time of calling to confirm details really showed their attentiveness. I've been abroad and stayed in so-called 'butler service' hotels in Thailand that cost thousands, but comparing them, I now truly understand what real butler service is. Libby provided a pleasant surprise during check-out. I had left my phone and needed a new room card. Libby specially took the time to accompany me back up to retrieve my phone and then escorted me back down. She proactively asked about my onward travel plans, and upon learning I was heading to MGM for another stay, she offered to contact that hotel to facilitate my check-in process, which was a great service enhancement. Finally, I was informed through the butler that my room had been upgraded again and fruit was prepared. This service greatly enhanced my overall travel experience, especially during peak season when crowds can often impact the experience. Perhaps in an era where Sanya is often associated with rip-offs and 'avoid at all costs' posts on mobile networks, this kind of service gives me a reason to return to Sanya a fourth and fifth time. In the evening, it's a short walk to see the light show or visit the wedding manor. Everything you need for eating, shopping, and entertainment is right here, no need to venture far at all.
