Pullman’s location is super. It is connected to Fuhuali, which is a bustling shopping district. The rooms are also clean and spacious. The receptionist, Brown, is very understanding and helpful. He helped to arrange a late checkout (subject to availability, of course) when we needed it. The breakfast spread was also good.

We love the idea that this hotel is connected to a huge indoor park, hence we booked the biggest room 1774 for parents and kids, which was said to be 70sqm. However, when entering the room, we found the room is too small, looks more like a 35-40sqm. Then we walked to the balcony and that's explained, the balcony was quite big, surrounding the whole area; however, it's completely filthy & moldy, covered with thick layer of dust, seems like nobody ever vacuum or mop it. I dropped something on the floor and it rolled under the electric sofa, guess what I found? 2 big pieces of food on a stained carpet. There's something looked so disgusting 🤢 on the drainage in the bathroom that I didn't dare to take a close photo. The toilet seat is crooked. Overall, the staff are friendly and helpful, good location. Plus point: can watch fireworks to the fullest from the balcony. Honestly speaking, we did have good time despite the unhygienic room. Hopefully this poor hygiene was just due to overwhelming peak season.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel — the rooms are spacious, and the hot spring facilities are well maintained. We had a great time renting a boat and playing tennis. A special thank you to 任之琛 (Eleven) for making our weekend truly memorable. He was incredibly helpful and considerate with all our requests, and he definitely elevated our experience.

Our stay at Chimelong Hengqin was excellent. The package we booked includes breakfast buffet, unlimited access to the Ocean Kingdom for two days, 1 night with 1-way yacht ride to or from the hotel. It also includes Chimelong show ticket for two. We booked this hotel for my birthday and it was a really great stay. We booked the Starlight room for us to see the fireworks display at night from our room. It was wonderful and the fireworkds display lasted for fifteen minutes. We had an excellent time. The only downside was that the frontdesk can’t speak English really well so she weren’t able to answer our questions regarding ocean kingdom passes, show schedule, etc. She didn’t give us an Ocean Kingdom map together with the tickets so we wasted a lot of time finding out the show schedule on our own. The assigned reception lady failed to direct us to go to the hotel lounge where our complimentary refreshments await. We learned about it only after we checked out by staying there while waiting for our car pick-up. There are two wings in the hotel: Seahorse and Dolphin. For the breakfast, we were informed to go to seahorse wing but our buffet is called “Dolphin Buffet”. We had to go back to the main lobby to ask where to go exactly.🤣🤣 Travel tips for foreigners visiting this hotel: Always have your translator app ready. Do your research and read other reviews thoroughly to know how to get around. The hotel itself is so huge. Going from one place to another takes some time. From 9-10am, the buffet area is packed and sometimes you are to be on queue for noodles, changfan, waffles and some others. Have breakfast early.😇

Excellent services and great facilities. Front desk manager Ms. Yan did a fabulous job to meet our needs by having an engineer to solve the voltage conversion problem, she recommended room change for the best view, and offered us various dining options with great deal. Our first stay for about a week. The guest relationship offered us a free upgrade for our second stay (for about two weeks), which made us very happy and feeling warm. The concierge and the restaurant personnels are very professional and polite, the food is super delicious! We are truly very satisfied with our stay in white swan hotel. Definitely we will recommend it to all friends and will stay again in white swan hotel in near future.

We stayed for one night (sun/mon) at zhuhai grand bay hotel. It was a wonderful experience. It is near the bridge so arriving from HK was fast and easy. SunnyKI was helping us to check in. We got a upgrade to a seaview which was great. She also spotted we would stay during the birthday of one of us and asked if we would like a cake. That was a very nice gesture and really above my expectation. She gave us her wechat contact and asked us in the evening when we would like the cake. At exactly the right minute another colleague brought the cake.. thank you Sunny and Team! Besides that the hotel location is very good, (before booking we were considering a few other international hotels but they seemed more in the city itself), and it turned out to be the case. room temperature and wifi and airquality is good, breakfast was good although not superb. They arranged a car to bring us back to the border. Overal a very nice stay with special thanks to staff and SunnykI

The bed is very comfortable ! Staffs are friendly . And it is such a great deal including two theme park tickets for two . Good to dinner next to the cute penguin 🐧. Wish it is cleaner , but understand it is for email with toddler so lot of food stains at most seats and rugs . Next time would like to try the newer spaceship hotel?

We live in NYC and my two daughters would visit this hotel once a year since they love their man made beach and the waterpark. I always booked the club room since the general service is not so good, this time they tried to offer me a room which is cheaper than the room I originally paid, I went back to the Conceriege and Toby there sorted it out immediately and brought a bell boy to move our bags to the right room. I do think it’s necessary to book the room with the club service since the general service is not so good and you do need that extra help. Via and Nico have always been helpful there and the girls had a good time. The breakfast buffet was a good selection or it’s always easy to get a taxi to dine outside. The rooms aged a bit and the hygiene level of the room needs to be improve, I could feel bed bugs during the night…and the stinky smell from the toilet….

I had a truly pleasurable stay at Sheraton Shantou. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, ensuring every need was met with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a stunning city view. Dining options were delicious and diverse. Overall, the experience was relaxing and luxurious—definitely a place I’d return to for comfort and quality service. The gym though stage of the art, has quite a lot of mosquitoes. They can improve on this aspect!

We know what to expect with this hotel and it didn't dissapoint. Excellent customer service. Location is perfect. Outlets nearby for shopping. The beach is really well maintained. Food, pool, and gym are all fantastic. Looking forward to returning for a weekend break.
