The La Belle Beach Hotel is unfortunately separated from the beach/sea by a very well-travelled street. The sea section is not suitable for bathing. The structure was old, paint on the walls coming off, sheets with stains, the balcony was full of dust and dirty, we found multiple cockroaches at the bathroom, the shower was horrible to keep the flow of water and keep it warm, the buffet was okish, not the best or remarkable but at least you won't be starving. The service at the weekend is a nightmare, during breakfast, lunch and dinner, there was no plates, cups, enough food.... I believe the hotel is still trying to be back to the great days, but need to improve a lot to be considered one of the best of Natal. Oh, it's tough to get uber at the hotel, be prepared for at least 15min wait to get someone.

Hotel is more family oriented and economic friendly. The staff is 10/10 and had many options to eat (all inclusive bf, lunch and dinner). The only issue was that the rooms could have been upgraded. For the price we paid, it is a real bargain. But I can see how people can not give it 5 stars. Kids running around, outdated bathroom and loud music until 10pm are not for everyone but they were fine for us. Gym could be a lot better. It was in a 10x15 room with outdated machines.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, na rua principal de Pipa. A estrutura da área de piscina é muito boa, com bar molhado. O jardim é muito bonito e bem cuidado. O deslocamento, a depender do quarto, é bastante longo. Há, ainda, um bar ”esportivo” onde passam jogos na TV. Estacionamento gratuito. Cuide ao selecionar o quarto. Há várias categorias. FUJA, com todas as forças, dos quartos do 1° andar, selecione quarto térreo. Os quartos do 1° andar possuem acesso por escada estreita, sem nenhuma sacada ou área externa. Além disso, ao escolher o térreo, cuide, pois uma das categorias não possuem sequer janela. Selecionamos uma suíte Júnior térrea e estava ótima (peça com vista oara o jardim, pois há opçõesviradas para o estacionamento). Tamanho bom, varanda com mesinha, rede, ar condicionado funcionando bem. Acrescentei fotos dos vários tipos de quartos, pois a diferença é significativa. O hotel possui um convênio com o restaurante Tamariz ao lado, onde é o café da manhã. Além disso, há desconto de 15% nas demais refeições. Só fomos uma vez, pois há opções melhores em Pipa. Café da manhã é muito bom, com tapioca e omeletes feitos na hora. Achei a equipe da recepção bem pouco simpática. Chegamos 14h no hotel, depois de uma viagem, e nos foi negado acesso, pois o check in somente pode ser feito às 15h. Solicitamos novamente às 14h30 e, mais uma vez, foi negado. Trata-se de uma mesquinharia tão grande esse tipo de atitude, pois é óbvio que a equipe de limpeza não está finalizando a limpeza de TODOS os quartos de forma concomitante nos 30min finais. Posteriormente tivemos um.problema na descarga do apartamento e solicitamos a troca, por não acreditarem na informação, mandaram uma pessoa verificar a veracidade do que estava sendo dito em atitude de total desconfiança, como se fosse muito confortável para alguém ficar trocando de quarto e mexendo as malas... enfim... atitude rude e desnecessária. Por fim, seria muito útil uma academia de verdade e não apenas um aparelho antigo no meio de um espaço
