The room was okay and matched the price, although the bed was quite hard. The water pressure in the bathroom was slow, making it less enjoyable to shower. However, considering the affordable price, it was still worth it.

We stayed on the 3rd floor, and the room was spacious and comfortable overall. The main downside was the lack of a lift, which made access a bit challenging. Additionally, it was quite a walk to Lee Garden from the property. Despite these points, our stay was pleasant and restful.
Very cheap hotel for stay. Staff can speak malay very well. Easy to get maxim go to anywhere. Its little bit hard to find for food and money changer. But its very comfortable hotel to stay.
The room is spacious, though it’s a bit hard to find food nearby. If you don’t mind that the hotel is a bit old, it’s fine—parking is convenient and the price is reasonable. There’s a restaurant underneath the hotel, and if you have a car, it’s easy to get around.

Stayed at *Get Guesthouse 2* – a small but well-equipped hotel that’s perfect for budget travelers. The room had all the basics: hair dryer, water heater, clean bed and toilet. There's no scenic view, but it's not a big deal. Toothbrush needs to be requested at the front desk. They provide 2 bottles of water, and there’s a water dispenser downstairs for refills. There are also free snacks and drinks like coffee and cocoa available for guests in the lobby – a nice touch!
Location is great – walking distance to Lee Garden, Kim Yong Market, and Oden. It’s a bit of a longer walk to Robinson Mall, but still manageable. The hotel is tucked away in a side street, and there are two 7-Elevens nearby. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant stay for the price!
The room was clean. The staff provided complete and fast information. Too bad we went during the time when the technician was fixing the TV system, so we couldn't watch Netflix, but we could play YouTube. We will definitely come back to stay again.
Good sized room and bathroom. Small balcony. Plenty of storage space. Kettle, fridge and microwave in room. Good aircon and Wi-Fi. Very nice staff, very helpful. Plenty of restaurants and street stalls close by. About a 15 minute walk to old town. Close to minibus station for Hat Yai and Nakhon.
Easy access location .... Very near to Muslim restaurant and mosque....walking distance...in 5 min..very neat to Songhkla Gates.. The room quite big and okay.... The staff very good.... Loved this recommended even though it's an old hotel.....

No toilet paper roll, no hair dryer, and no dustbin in the room, but only in toilet. But overall, the room is very clean and look very new. Bed very comfortable and blanket very warm. And have car park available 😊😊

AAnonymous UserMalaysian to visits Hatyai, I'm suggesting you to stay here. The hotel is located at calm area (besides, there is Bangkok hospital nearby, but the ambulance siren is rarely hear). The room is biggest with balcony, fridge, wardrobe, tv, table, mirror and etc. Comfort bed, freezing aircooler. The staffs are friendly. Walking distance to nomjeen na Halal restaurant, amazon cafe, the biggest 7e in hatyai also big C extra supermarket. I really2 satisfied with this hotel staycation. Do book here.
Llaosnewhorizons** A Simple Stay**
Nestled in the heart of the city, the Hotel offers a modest retreat for travelers seeking basic accommodations without the frills. During my recent stay, I found the hotel to be adequate but lacking any notable extravagance.
Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were courteous, albeit not overly attentive. The lobby exuded a functional charm, with minimalistic decor and seating areas that served their purpose without much flair.
As I made my way to the room, I noticed the corridors were clean but somewhat dated, reflecting the hotel's unassuming character. The room itself was spacious enough for a comfortable stay, albeit with furnishings showing signs of wear and tear. The bed, while not luxurious, provided a decent night's sleep, and the linens were clean.
One of the notable aspects of the hotel was its cleanliness; the housekeeping staff did a commendable job of maintaining tidiness throughout my stay. However, the absence of complimentary meals or even a breakfast option was disappointing, especially for travelers looking for convenience.
In terms of amenities, the hotel offered the essentials: Wi-Fi, a television, and a functional bathroom with soap. While these amenities sufficed for my short stay, they may fall short for guests expecting more modern conveniences or recreational facilities.
Overall, the Hotel is a budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a no-frills accommodation option in a convenient location. While it may not dazzle with luxury or amenities, it provides a decent, albeit unremarkable, place to rest one's head after a day of exploring the city.
MM_FaizalRooms are big and clean. A bit far from town but a good place to stay if you bring your own vehicles. Just unfortunate that one of our rooms was smelly. Room 218 to be exact. They should have realised this before we checked in.
TTianshidechibang29Hotel 🏨 George Town Old City, the store arranged room 105 for me, which is right at the staircase. It is very noisy and the sound insulation is very poor 👎 If you choose to stay here, 101-103 is the best. 104-105 is not recommended at the staircase. Bus 🚌 is very convenient to Kek Lok Si Temple. The bus stop is 200 meters away and it is near the bar street.

SsherbearStayed in Hat Yai for an overnight stay.
Last minute booking.
The place was near the Central Mall. Not walking distance near but probably near by car/grab.
The place is within like a small village so it might be tricky going in and out of the place. It's a small space but it's clean. The bed was very hard. If you have back problems, better book the deluxe rooms. Totally wouldn't recommend the standard room if you are after comfort. It is cheap and clean and near so probably is good for long term backpack stay. The staff at least the receptionist speaks very good English. The other staff were very friendly and is always smiling. The lift is old but serviceable. And since it is located within a small urban village, the security is to be desired for. Easily anyone can literally scratch your car as they don't have proper parking space. You'd have leave your car unattended in front of the hotel.
Biggest upside is probably location, cleanliness and staff friendliness.
Biggest downside is car parking security and bed on the standard room.
VVasinee__The building was good , the room was OK in standard. But reception wasn't nice and not friendly at all. I asked for one extra towel and I had to paid money for it. Reception was not in the mood to service. Very lazy. She took my ID card to register my stay and didn't return it to me. Till 2 hours later when I came down to the lobby. At least she should have informed to return it to me. And security was also lazy to service at the carpark. When I drove the car in he didn't even move to check the car who's in or out.
AAnonymous UserQuality is suitable for the price.
The bathroom is very spacious, but the accommodation is a bit scary.
The location is close to the transportation. Call Grab, easy to travel.
