The hostel is amazing. The best I’ve stayed so far in Asia. Price is bit higher than usual but it’s expected by the quality of everything. The rooftop is amazing, and it has an amazing swimming pool. Restaurant and bar prices is not expensive and due the live music can be noisy for some sensitive clients, but it depends on your room location. As my room was in the first floor and on the opposite side I was ok. Breakfast was good. Toilets and showers very very clean! Location is also very good close to everything. Don’t think twice if you want to have a great stay!
Really lovely staff that were helpful from check-in. Spacious room, which was clean and equipped with water, TV and aircon. We also got some breakfast and coffee in the morning which was nice. Okay location, bit far out from centre but can get a tuktuk easily or rent a bike from across the road which is what we did. We also got our coffee from a stall acorss the road, we loved the lady that worked there. Good value for money overall and enjoyed our stay.
Everything was excellent about the accommodation. The dorm room bed was spacious (1.2m wide) and extremely comfortable.
The pool table and pool table are nice to socialise.
The staff is extremely helpful and the tours offered by the hostel are cheaper than the offers online!
It exceeded my expectations in several key areas. Firstly, the location is unbeatable. Situated in a prime area, it offers easy access to local attractions, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.
The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were attentive, friendly, and always willing to assist with any requests, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
The rooms and the hotel itself are beautifully designed and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. I appreciated the attention to detail in the decor and amenities.
Additionally, the breakfast offered was delicious and varied, catering to different tastes and preferences. It was a great way to start each day of my stay.
Overall, I highly recommend VPlus Hotel for anyone looking for a top-notch experience. I look forward to returning in the future!
**Pros:**
It was incredibly helpful and a great relief to have staff who could speak Japanese.
The room itself was very spacious and comfortable, allowing us to truly unwind.
**Cons:**
One minor issue is that if the bathroom door is left open, unpleasant smells can sometimes waft up from the drain, so it's best to keep it closed.
Also, if you return late at night, the main entrance gate might be shut. (Fortunately, it wasn't locked, so we were able to open and close it ourselves.)
Since this was low season, I got to stay alone in a 4 bed female room. These private rooms are in the opposite side of the actual hostel so you have to cross the road for the pool, bar and reception amenities. The WiFi does not reach to the other building so I ended up having to bring my laptop and work in the main building under the heat. Also, this is a party hostel so just be aware of the constant loud music from the bar.
Comfortable hotel, spacious room. However the hotel is quite far from the center, you can do it on foot but in the heat it is complicated. On the positive side I was able to do my laundry for free.
Nicely located in city center, it is convenient to every tourist spot, friendly staff, nice breakfast. Although there is no an elevator, the stairs are wide and easy to walk up
Totally excellent! Very clean, All of staff are kindly, also location is perfect to go to anker watt and pub street. Especially staffs suggestions are so great. I didn't have specific plan to go to anker watt. Of course I didn't have ticket that time, The staff understood my situation and arranged for me. So I could go anker watt very smoothly. I have appreciate the great staffs.
The Dungeon- white with rendered unpainted cement walls.
Cambodians are known for their hospitality and smiles, the staff was otherwise untrained. There was a huge crack in the door, toilet paper was used to stuff the crack. The room had bare walls, half was unpainted and finished in unpainted dark rendered cement, all the lights were spot and wholely insufficient lumens, these may be intentional designs but I need to be able to see. There is no kill switch at the bed so triping over after the lights were turned off was a nightly hazard. Bed was stiff and covers looked and felt old- perhaps this is an eco-friendly place, not wanting to use bleach. Exactly 1 pillow and 1 towel was provide, I had to ask for a second pillow two times, no bath mat etc ... Room was not cleaned daily, maybe I'm missing the inhouse signal system. Old flooring. No outlets no hairdryer in the bathroom which was bare concrete.
The ac was barely sufficient to keep the room tolerable. Location was very slight closer to Anchor Wat than the market area in exchange for little food places etc ..., the positive being being local prices and local cuisine (may be good or bad)
The pool was lovely though.
I wasn't sure if I needed to come through the side gate meant for cleaners and maids, 🤣🤔

KKarthik DEVADOSSVery decent hotel for stay low price but city centre you can access all places pub street, night market and food street
HHelenLenThe hotel is same as in the pictures. It’s very pretty and authentic inside, the pool is clean, the rooms are spacious, the water is hot.
They expect to leave shoes outside or take them to the room when walking in socks
They clean the rooms only if you ask to clean
In the mornings it’s a bit noisy because of the neighbours and the cleaning staff talking loudly in the halls
The rest is great

GGuest UserLocation is pretty convenient, 15min walk to the Pub street, there’s 7/11 and laundry service right around the corner. Hosts are lovely and sweet;
I booked the place via trip.com and the room they provided was different from the photos; i booked a nice looking white room as they showed on my reservation but I ended up in a different room which was dark and not as fresh looking as I was expecting. Bathroom is a bit tricky, water usually spills all across the floor, and takes time to drain.
Room has both AC and a ceiling fan, they provide toothbrush and small soaps, as well as towels; no flip-flops.
Room and bathroom were both quite spacious, although it was rather dark inside since lightbulbs don’t actually light up much. The bedding appears clean but it isn’t the most fresh and you can see some stains but it is in an acceptable condition, although the mat in front of the bathroom door was quite old and filthy looking. There isn’t a mini fridge or blow dryer in the room and also no sockets in the bathroom which was actually quite inconvenient.
They have a nice small pool in the yard.
Guest house doesn’t provide house keeping unless you ask; same with drinking water - you have to ask and they will give bottles.
There was a child on the premises that often screamed, which was rather unpleasant during the waking hours tbh.
Overall, it was a normal place considering the price; i would stay there again assuming that they provide the room I book and not something else.

EERICK DANNIEL TAMBONGCOGreat place to stay! It was affordable and clean. The employees there are very nice and welcoming. It is walking distance from pub street and the night market. I think the location is great. It’s near the fun but also a quiet area if you need sleep. The workers helped me hire a driver for a trip to Kulen, which is around a 1.5 hour drive. I had a problem with mosquitos in my room. I suggest getting mosquito repellent. Great value, good location, and nice staff.

GGuest UserThis accommodation was really homely and I felt at home during my stay. The staff were very kind and always attended to my needs from check-in to check-out. Their warm hospitality was especially memorable. Security was also good and I felt safe during my stay. I would definitely like to stay here again on my next trip.
