The room was exactly as show on the photos; spacious clean and bright. I could order breakfast to my room which was great. The first day breakfast was 15 minutes late, but luckily I wasn’t heading for the airport or anything. At the time of my stay there were offering 2 choices for breakfast, which were both delicious. The room came fully stocked with snacks as well as al pullover and Jon alcoholic drinks for cheap. Everything was around a dollar to a dollar twenty five. There is no elevator at this hotel. I was on the third floor and only had a carry-on luggage. Staff were pleasant and answered questions patiently.

The location might be slightly TOO good! It’s directly across the Pub Street so it can be loud until late. However besides that it’s a pretty nice hotel. I noticed some things could use some renovation but overall not a bad place. This photo is of the stage that was setup outside (during the new year).

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location... walking distance to central areas for food and markets and short distance by Tuk Tuk to all the temples. Staff are all super friendly and I would definitely stay here again next time

Since this was low season, I got to stay alone in a 4 bed female room. These private rooms are in the opposite side of the actual hostel so you have to cross the road for the pool, bar and reception amenities. The WiFi does not reach to the other building so I ended up having to bring my laptop and work in the main building under the heat. Also, this is a party hostel so just be aware of the constant loud music from the bar.

This hotel is really clean, comfortable, and located peaceful area, its next to an elementary school and very quiet at night. I enjoyed the Angkor Wat tour and free rental bicycle. Both of them are offered by this hotel. Furthermore, the staffs here have a great hospitality. Both men at the reception were so friendly, and spoke good English. It was a memorable moment to talk with them. Thank you for the wonderful time! (^ ^)

Location is pretty convenient, 15min walk to the Pub street, there’s 7/11 and laundry service right around the corner. Hosts are lovely and sweet; I booked the place via trip.com and the room they provided was different from the photos; i booked a nice looking white room as they showed on my reservation but I ended up in a different room which was dark and not as fresh looking as I was expecting. Bathroom is a bit tricky, water usually spills all across the floor, and takes time to drain. Room has both AC and a ceiling fan, they provide toothbrush and small soaps, as well as towels; no flip-flops. Room and bathroom were both quite spacious, although it was rather dark inside since lightbulbs don’t actually light up much. The bedding appears clean but it isn’t the most fresh and you can see some stains but it is in an acceptable condition, although the mat in front of the bathroom door was quite old and filthy looking. There isn’t a mini fridge or blow dryer in the room and also no sockets in the bathroom which was actually quite inconvenient. They have a nice small pool in the yard. Guest house doesn’t provide house keeping unless you ask; same with drinking water - you have to ask and they will give bottles. There was a child on the premises that often screamed, which was rather unpleasant during the waking hours tbh. Overall, it was a normal place considering the price; i would stay there again assuming that they provide the room I book and not something else.

The receptionist efficiently organized all our arrangements. Although we arrived after 9 PM, she successfully coordinated a sunrise tour of Angkor Wat for us and also booked a bus to Battambang, with both tours including hotel pick-up. The accommodation was satisfactory, featuring a kettle in the room. It is an affordable and convenient location. however, if you prefer a more modern and cleaner hotel, you may want to consider spending a bit more for one of the numerous alternatives available.

The hotel looks good in picture, but actual state is shocking as it shows its age and due for a major renovation. Bad Points: (1) Toilet basins, taps, bath tub and toilet seats have worn off so badly they desparetely needed to be replaced. (2) Very weak shower water pressure and water is not hot enough for a relaxing shower after a long day out (3) No shampoo or shower gel and no hair dryer provided in the room (4) No daily room cleaning or towel changing until asked from reception on 2nd day (5) Pathetic small & old 21’’ LCD TV that cannot be turned on (6) Room furnitures are dated and near end of life cycle too (7) Receptionists have poor command in English Good Points (1) Location is good as it is far enough from the noisy & maddening crowd in Pub Street, but yet within 5 mins walking distance to all the night life of Siem Reap city (2) Room is spacious with a bar fridge and aircon works fine (3) Room charges are amongst the lowest in the area costing less than USD 15/night (4) Receptionists are friendly and helpful even though they don’t really understand English My conclusion is this place is not for fussy or demanding guests, who would be better off paying more than USD 25 for a better room at nearby boutique or 3-4 stars hotel. Good for backpackers upgrade though! 😂

I had a great stay at Prana Hotel in Siem Reap! From the warm welcome to the service, everything was perfect. The hotel is beautifully designed, offering a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The included breakfast was great with lots of choices. The hotel's location is ideal, peaceful yet close to major attractions. The staff was very helpful in arranging my day tour to Angkor Wat and providing local tips. The serene pool area and top-notch spa services provided the perfect relaxation after a day of exploring Angkor Wat. Staff arranged for me an in room oil massage that was very relaxing. Prana Hotel exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Siem Reap. I look forward to returning on my next trip to Cambodia!
