The front desk was very helpful.
Parking is free.
There are a variety of great amenities.
The rooms are separated and no soiling allowed, which is nice, but I was concerned about the dirt under the bed and the bathroom ventilation fans.
Other than the thin walls and the fact that you could hear noises from next door, the hotel was in a good location.
When I stayed at a nearby business hotel, I was disappointed because it lacked a sense of cleanliness, but this hotel was clean and I felt safe staying there, and the breakfast buffet was delicious.
I want to use it again.
It was really in front of Kido station, and there was a beauty machine for eye care for women? It was good that there was something like that or the movie was free on TV
This was definitely one of my best experiences in a hotel. Really really helpful and friendly staff! You have enough space in your room, new towels everyday and an onsen to perfectly relax in the evening. You can also sim race or hang out in the lobby with different activities to do. I can only recommend this place and will always stay here if I come to Ebisu Circuit again.
When I called without knowing the parking lot, the receptionist was very polite.
The room was cleaned well.
The pillow was very good and I could sleep.
The bath tub also felt wider than other business hotels.
I was sorry that there was no cotton swab.
I thought there was a safe instead of a refrigerator? I opened it and it was a refrigerator.
It was still good if there was a freezer.
It was only a night stay, but I was satisfied enough.
There are seven and coin laundry next door, and it is a good location.
I left at 3 o'clock in the middle of the night, but the receptionist was also good.
If you have another chance, it is a hotel that you want to stay.
thank you for your help.
The Wi-Fi is very fast, the service attitude of the staff is also very good, it is very clean, the bed and pillows are good for sleeping, I asked the staff where I can book a bus ticket, and he also helped me call the bus company to check, the only fly in the ointment is A bit far from the station
Excellent location 3 min from Soma Station. Front office staff allowed check in before official 3pm. Provided umbrellas when needed. Hotel seems rather new and modern business. Rooms were spacious and clean, with full amenities, and true to pictures. Free coffee at lobby, with laundry & dryer machines reasonably priced. Lovely cosy local eateries within easy walking distance.

RRitabbb LeeThe overall evaluation is very good! The only thing I feel is that the hot spring temperature of the mixed bath is not high enough, maybe the bath is too big! The service is very good, when checking-in, because the other party and my own English are not very good, but it is still very kind and polite to communicate with us very hard, really great 🎊 food is also delicious, it is creative and foreign food, loan cut hot springs are also great 😍😍😍 I have the opportunity to go again.

GGuest UserThe hotel was clean and good. I like the concept of taking of the shoes at the front desk to switch to slippers throughout the hotel. Just to note the 20 min walk from the station to the hotel (but is an easy walk down a straight road) and actually from the hotel is also only 20 mins walk to the tsurago castle so super convenient if you are visiting the castle as well.
GGuest UserThe location is near Pig Miaodai Lake and Gangti Mountain. It is a very convenient place for travelers who want to go to these two places by car. Arrived at about 9 pm that day, the owner of the hotel was still very enthusiastic to lead me to the parking place. There are vending machines and small public bathrooms in the homestay. There is an electric heater in the Japanese-style room that is not afraid of cold.
GGuest UserHuge rooms, great heating system, and an amazing shower. The toilet was separate from the shower area where a gigantic tub and shower were available for use. The water pressure and heating were amazing as well. We had a wonderful stay there. We drove and parked our car right in front of the reception, so the somewhat remote location was not much of a problem for us.
BBarry VernonCharming, new and super clean, very good breakfast, Japanese Hotel with attention to detail, excellent service and a garage for our bikes. Loved that they honour their culture by implementing Japanese standards in ways like no shoes in hotel. Lockers are provided at check in. Onsite Onsen was a bonus. Highly recommended.
AAnonymous UserWonderful cozy stay at Hana Kirin. Proprietor is very warm, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area
Ceiling is low so might be a problem if you're too tall, I'm 163cm and kept bumping my head on the light
