The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, food joints, and 7-11 that you can grab foods and drinks. The location is near the city centre, the train station, and the M6 Motorway that you can go to Khao Yai, northern and southern Isan provinces, Cambodia, and Laos. The room allows 3 people to stay in this twin bed room. The amenities are ready for disposal. The service, however, you need to rely on LINE when requesting a wifi and inquiries from; their response is swift, nevertheless.
The hotel is quite popular with tourists as it is located very near the Pavilion Save One Night Market. The hotel room is very large with a separate shower and toilet. Shared parking area with Grand Residence Hotel.
Pros: Colorful & modern design, good value, friendly staff, convenient location near malls. Offers pool & fitness center.
Cons: Limited on-site dining, some rooms a bit dated, basic breakfast.
Overall: A decent, budget-friendly option with a vibrant atmosphere and great location for shopping.
It is best not to book a fan room, it is really hot🤣 After entering, I found it too hot, so I went downstairs and paid 100 baht to upgrade to an air-conditioned room, which was much better. There is no need to save that little money and wrong yourself🤣 Then the address and environment are generally good, and the name is also very interesting. The pillow in the room is too high, and I can only sleep well if I take the pillow away. Others are generally good, the bathroom is clean, the water heater for bathing is stable, and it will not suddenly get cold or hot, but you still need to bring your own toiletries, and only shower gel is provided.

While it lacks a pool, it’s ideal for budget-conscious travelers, offering good access to city attractions
Arrived at around 1am, the front desk was open, the staff were friendly, the room was clean, newly renovated, beautiful, comfortable to sleep in at a reasonable price.
Nice hotel to stay in if coming to Korat. Great location very close to the city centre with plenty of things nearby. It was very clean and comfortable. The room I booked said it had a safety deposit box in the room but there wasn’t.

Amazing
AAi YingPeaceful location, love the quietness in the morning when you wake up, and you can hear the birds chirping. At night we can see the clear sky with stars.
However the shower area in the room was leaking, and the water took awhile to drain away at the shower area so will need to stop the water for awhile or it will build up a mini flood in the shower area.
The drive in at night is quite dark down a dirt road without much lights. However there are signage along the way to guide you and when we reach the glamping area we were welcomed by arches of lights.
The area can be quite cold at night we went in Dec so we had mookata for dinner and it was good. Saw some people having grilled meat too. The check in area is actually at the restaurant. The service is good but the staff do not really speak English but we got by with Google translate.
There is an outdoor playground for kids and also and indoor play area but the indoor play area mat was stained so we just wore shoes in and there wasn't anyone tending that area. The whole area is big with Man made waterfall and a bridge further away but we did not walk up to the area, nice places for photo taking.
NNur LiyanaTitle: Exceptional Hospitality at Baan Kampu
Baan Kampu is an oasis of tranquility nestled in the heart of khaoyai and my recent stay there was nothing short of extraordinary, largely thanks to the impeccable hosting provided by the host. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, He went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was flawless.
The warmth and genuine hospitality extended by the were unparalleled. Every detail, from the personalized welcome to the thoughtful gestures throughout my stay, showcased a level of care and attention that is rare to find. He made me feel like a valued guest, attending to my needs with grace and efficiency.
The accommodations at Baan Kampu are equally impressive. The room was big offering a blend of modern comforts and country charm. The serene ambiance of the property, combined with the lush greenery surrounding it, provided a peaceful retreat from the bustling city life.
The location also very to 7e . So it was so easy to find food even at night
YyuyudaI recently had the pleasure of staying at Wantanee Villa, and it was an exceptional experience. The villa is tucked away in a peaceful, serene location, making it the ideal spot for anyone looking to unwind. The property is beautifully maintained, with spacious rooms that are both comfortable and tastefully decorated. The private pool and lush gardens added to the sense of tranquility.
The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met without being intrusive. I also appreciated the attention to detail in terms of amenities and the overall cleanliness of the villa.
While the villa is a bit remote, it’s perfect for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It’s well worth the peaceful seclusion if you're looking for a restful, private getaway. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, quiet, and a touch of luxury!
SSurachatThe location is quiet and nice. The room is big and looks good. The water flows slowly, so you can't use the bathtub to soak in hot water. The number on the regulation sign is not available when you call. The TV remote's battery is dead. The housekeeper doesn't come to clean because there may not be a sign to hang up.
GGuest UserI recently had the pleasure of staying at The Piano Resort, and it was a truly delightful experience. The property has undergone a recent renovation, resulting in a modern and inviting atmosphere. The accommodations were beautifully appointed and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing space to unwind.
The highlight of my stay was the stunning scenery during the rainy season. The combination of fog and humidity created a magical ambiance, perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The large swimming pool was a welcome addition, offering a refreshing escape on hot days.
For those who need to stay productive while traveling, the on-site cafe was a convenient and comfortable place to work. Overall, The Piano Resort is a fantastic choice for anyone seeking a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.

NNttmngOverall the accommodation looks nice, clean, modern and cheap. However, this accommodation does not have an elevator. But at this price, overall it looks very good. Lovely staff But there aren't many amenities. The bed is not soft, rather hard.
GGuest UserThe hotel was excellent value for money- Our room was clean and spacious with a very good selection of TV channels. A very good sized bed although maybe the mattress might be a little firm for some guests. Good storage space for clothes and a good sized bathroom- A very good breakfast choice to complete a very enjoyable relaxing stay. All supported by friendly and professional staff. ...มีเวลาว่างจะแวะไปนอนค้างอีกค่ะ..
AAnonymous UserGood atmosphere, big room, clean, beautiful view (room S01) is on the 3rd floor, no elevator. The service is good, the staff are friendly and helpful.
But on the day I stayed, there was a problem with the bathroom, starting from the ventilation window, there was no insect screen, allowing mosquitoes and other insects to enter the room. The water heater didn't work (electric leakage), and the worst thing was when I turned on the faucet, the electricity shocked me, my hand was numb, I had to go take a shower in another room instead.
As for the stairs to the room, there was no shade from the sun and rain. I went when it was raining heavily, it was hard to leave the room, I got soaked all over...
I would like the accommodation to improve the bad parts in the future.
