I loved the cleanliness of the place; it's incredibly spacious for a capsule hotel, which really impressed me. The shower area is clean and stocked with shampoo, soap, and conditioner. I received bread and coffee for breakfast. The only downside was that I wasn't aware there was no parking, so I had difficulty getting there and had to park in nearby paid lots. The location is excellent; there are convenience stores, a market, and the hotel is situated within a building that houses restaurants and cafes.
New, clean, tidy, large room, 7.11, supermarket, drugstore, McDonald's, sukiya... nearby, very convenient. There is also a Japanese confectionery shop opposite, which is great for buying souvenirs or gifts.
The large bathhouse is clean, but the water temperature is just average, not hot enough.
The water pressure in the room was adequate and hot enough.
The hotel parking lot is large enough and free parking is available.
There are many comics in the hotel, and you can read them enough.
I enjoyed staying in this ryokan but we got unlucky with our maid.
Description of the situation which disappointed me during my stay:
I ordered chef’s dinner and during check-in procedure I selected an option of having dinner at 6:30 pm. But our maid brought dinner much earlier - at 5:40 pm when my partner was still having time in onsen. The maid approved that she had messed with time, so I thought she had also messed with the room and she would bring us our dinner later. But what was my surprise was when at designated time (6:30 pm) she served us that exact dinner… of course most of the dishes were cold. This kind of ruined my experience...
Still, I must mark out some positive points. The owner of Yokikan welcomed us at the check-in and guided us through his ryokan by himself. We really enjoyed his tour. Also he drove us back to the railway station next day. I’m grateful for the excellent service he provides to guests.
Also I really enjoyed staying at the open-air bath at the top floor.
All in all, I would still recommend staying in this ryokan while in Ito. I was just unlucky with the service provided by the maid at my floor
Wi-Fi was not connected in the room, but the front desk responded quickly. The facilities such as the room are never new, but it was clean and clean, so I was able to use it with peace of mind.
I think breakfast is a menu with a wide variety and nutritional balance.
I will use it again next time.
Great cost performance!
Of course the toilet and sink are clean, but the towels, pajamas, and slippers are clean!
The service throughout the hotel is also good!
There is a natural hot spring on the 13th floor and a sauna.
The fatigue of driving under the scorching sun will be completely blown away once you enter this sauna.
This high quality business hotel is highly recommended.
At night, you can see the night view of Kakegawa Castle lit up from the bathtub on the 13th floor.
There is a free ice lolly service after taking a bath.
After taking a bath in the morning, there was a free Yakult (or maybe not?) free service.
Furthermore, there was free mango pudding and mineral water in the refrigerator in the room.
I think I found a good hotel.
I would definitely like to use it when I go again.
Decent hotel that is most advantageous for it's location - it is immediately next to the train station and bus station, providing great convenience for any trip in the area. It is near to many restaurants, cafes, a mall, and the Fuji World Heritage Center which is a very well thought-out museum.
A few problems concern cleanliness and it's amenities. We found a few bugs across the hotel and the bathroom sometimes produced an odor (not of our own making, mind you). The amenities are mostly in good working order but are are limited in some annoying ways. Food quality and variety in the breakfast could be a little better - no coffee is available even though there is a coffee machine for instance. Laundry machines are only available when the baths are open for a few hours in the morning and evening.
One other issue concerns the notion that although the hotel has stated on signs that they would be unable to access our room without the key, they were able to do so anyway when we requested to change the bedding with the bug in it. This left us a little perplexed.
Otherwise, other aspects of the hotel were up to snuff. Friendly staff. Efficient service. Willing to store luggage. The welcome drink (pour your own alcoholic drink) was a nice touch.
The front desk service is good and they speak English well. The room is big, it's a newly opened hotel, and the stay is very comfortable. It is also very convenient to find food nearby at night. The only thing is that there is no breakfast available so I need to run to a convenience store. There is no restaurant nearby that provides breakfast.

RRenshengmoruoxianYou can book the pick-up in advance, the dinner booked is good, and the price is very high. Very suitable for self-driving choice. Taiwan intern Xiao Yang is very helpful to solve the problem. There is also a small soup that can solve the fatigue of the day.
GGuest UserI was going to a live show so I was looking for a hotel close to the station and found this one.
They were able to leave my carry-on baggage even before check-in and I was able to rest in chairs in the lobby, which was a very helpful service for a live show on a rainy day.
I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.
CCHIHLINGThis hotel is around 40 mins driving time to Mt Fuji. It has a natural hot spring and free and unlimited ramen supper provided from 21:30-23:00 every night. Besides free ramen, there are soft drinks and ice cream bars also provide for free.
SserselIt’s a nice budget hotel near Shin-Fuji Station, and overall, it was a pleasant experience for me.
The hotel is very close to the trains, yet surprisingly quiet. It’s small but very clean, with everything necessary provided in the room. Though the room isn’t spacious, it is cozy, and I enjoyed a nice view of Mount Fuji from my window, even if the grids on the window made it tricky to capture good photos.
The breakfast is simple but adequate to start your day, and I noticed the menu changes daily (I stayed for two nights and had different options each morning). The staff, while not fluent in English, were incredibly kind and helpful. They really made my stay more comfortable.
The hotel provides a few shuttle buses to the nearby train station, which was very convenient. They also offer free shuttles to Fujikawaguchiko, but only on national holidays and weekends, so I didn’t get the chance to try that. If you’re heading to the Shin-Fuji Station, there’s a tourist center with English-speaking staff who are very helpful. You can even rent bicycles there to explore the area and enjoy stunning views of Mount Fuji.
For the price, it’s a great option, especially if you’re on a budget and looking for a quiet, clean place to stay with some handy amenities.

PPanda6 “Coffee”There is a free shuttle from Kawana Station, which was very helpful. Reservations are required. It is about a 12-minute drive from the station, and it is in the mountains.
The atmosphere inside the building was very nice and relaxing.
The staff were also very kind.
At dinner, we had an hour of all-you-can-drink and the Shizuoka beer was delicious. All the food was also delicious.
It was a very enjoyable trip.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

11509Awesome ! One of our best stay in this trip. There is an onsen to relax after a long day walking, free drinks & hot soup after 3pm at the restaurant. The front desk staffs speak Japanese, English & Mandarin, we were well-briefed on the hotel information and even received an invite to show us the hotel facilities. Highly recommend to stay here even if it is slightly further walk from Shizuoka station.
YYuanzhongwuyingbuxierenI want to praise this hotel!
I was a little nervous when booking, because there were not many reviews on kkr, and it was not as popular as other hotels, but I fell in love with it the moment I walked in!
First of all, the service was really enthusiastic. From the cold Tokyo to Atami, every waiter was like the sunshine in Hawaii. The uncle at the front desk checkin introduced the precautions in detail in the best English speaking of this trip, and also recommended hot springs and Kaiseki. We had a good chat. The waiters for breakfast and dinner were also very considerate. If you want to take pictures, they will come to help. The hotel bus to the station runs twice a day, and every time the whole hotel comes out to see you off. The atmosphere is really good.
Secondly, the geographical location is within walking distance from the station. Go downhill in the direction of Yujuku Ichiban and pass the short tunnel. The main entrance of the hotel is on the second floor. Every room faces the sea, with a super large sea view balcony. If you don’t want to go out, you can sit on the balcony to watch the sea view sunrise and sunset. I must recommend the Japanese-style room. Tatami is really more comfortable than the bed. Don’t doubt it. The area is also very large. The room has a hot water machine and an ice machine. Huge entrance and three-part bathroom, all towels, bathrobes, socks and toiletries bags for hot springs are free
The second is hot springs. Who doesn't come to Atami for hot springs? The hotel's main attraction is the starry sky hot spring. The hot spring space on the top floor of the 7th floor is huge. From the lounge to the locker room to the hot spring pool, you can see the sea view. The starry sky theme of the outdoor women's hot spring can quietly watch the sunrise slowly rising over the sea in the morning, and the fishing boats go out to sea. At night, you can watch the sunset and the stars. The artistic conception is very good. It is perfect for thinking about life or emptying your mind. There are not many people, and you can often enjoy it alone. The hot spring water in Izu is also top-grade
Finally, the hotel has unlimited vegetables and fruits for breakfast, which is too precious. The kaiseki dinner has the seasonal specialty golden eye snapper, which is delicious. There are also specialties from Shizuoka and Izu for sale in the lobby. It's not expensive. The hotel also sends some specialties to the room to try
Izu Peninsula, a place I should come again next time!
ZZuihoudeheziThe scenery is very good. It is very close to JR, but JR is so small that there is no small station for staff. It is about a turn away from the hotel.
To climb a small staircase, if you arrive at night in the mountains, the road will be a bit dark and not easy to find, one person will be scared to death lol
I checked in at 21 o'clock in checkin, so I contacted the merchant through the platform. The boss was very good and left the door for me. After arriving at the station, I found that the locals who were out of the station all turned a corner and drove. The road was dark at night, and there were almost no tourists or people walking. It feels like the local life is sunrise and daily life.
Arrived at about 21:30, or disturbed the store lady, the store owner sister came out very warmly to receive me, it is a very warm little house.
In the morning, I was amazed by the beauty outside the window. The night before, I couldn't see anything in the dark. I felt scared at night, but the scenery after the sun rose was really beautiful.
The boss also prepares a warm breakfast. When I was eating, I found that there were a lot of three families here, suitable for family vacations ⛱️
Very different experience, I like it very much.
