For the most part it was a good location and cleaned. But it was darker than I was expecting in the room and they had not parking lots so I got to travel on foot. Even though it was so, I think I will stay at this hotel next time again.
Very clean and neat, location very readily accessible, room is actually not small unless you need to open your umbrella to dry. Only problem is rooms are not good in sound proofing, but ear plugs are free to take

The room is very spacious and has a balcony. The environment is quiet, clean and comfortable. The toilet and bathroom are separated into wet and dry areas, and the air conditioner has heating function.
The location is OK, there are small supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, and there are many bus stops around, which is very convenient, but it is a little far from the MRT station.

Pros: staff is so friendly and kind, it’s a great location on Kokusai-dori (near both monorail and a bus stop), and it really is kept quite clean
Cons: loud and cold. I would have left, but I knew they wouldn’t give me a refund
ZERO soundproofing! There’s all these rules telling us “no calls, keep quiet” but you can hear everyone slamming doors in the hallway and using the hair drier and washing machines at night. There was also so much noise from the street, whether it was parties at night or children screaming during the day. I was up until 3 at night because of people both inside and outside. The walls are also so thin, I could actually hear snoring from the room next to me. Why are there all these rules about sound, yet it’s still so loud?! They tell us, “please keep calls to the common area” but the common area’s window is also right on the street, so I had to take a work call with sirens screaming through the area.
The room was also freezing. It was 17-20 degrees outside most days, and even in the hallway the temperature was fine. But in my room, it felt like it was 12. I had to pay to rent extra pajamas from them because it was so cold at night. And there was constantly a breeze coming from somewhere in my room! But because there’s no individually controlled AC, there was nothing I could do. I could feel myself getting sick here

The interior is new and clean.
The bathroom is spacious, and the rooms are also spacious.
When you open the curtains, you can see right into the apartment building across the street.
I wish they had lace curtains.
The front desk is only there at set times, so it is inconvenient if you ask me.
There are several parking spaces out front, so it's convenient if you make a reservation.
It's close to the airport, and you can just about walk to Kokusai-dori and other areas, so the location is good too.

There was an ant when we arrived the room.
However, hotel staff arranged another room for us after our requested.
I had doubts regarding the staff reminded that they can only room change only once. 🥹🥹🥹😳😳😳

To be honest, when I first entered the lobby I was worried because it was not in the best state, and also the front desk located on the third floor looked really old. However, when I went into my room, it was very clean, smelled nice and comfortable, spacious and had essential amenities. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Also, the hotel is conveniently located literally adjacent to the Asato station which is super convenient. For the price, it was definitely worth it and I could see myself booking here again in the future. I’m a gym guy, so I was happy to know that about a 5 minute walk, there was a gym and so many stores to get snacks like family mart, 7-11 and Lawson and also a variety of restaurants to eat from.

Staff can communicate in English. Walking distance to Monorail station. Near the Family Mart ( great place to shop for desserts and drinks). Coffee and tea bags, combs and sugar, creamer are available for free on the 1st floor for customers to take it anytime they need it. Free to use a microwave oven on the 2nd level in the laundry room. There are a total of 3 washing machines and 3 dryers for customers who want to wash and dry up their clothes. Excellent facilities.
The first time I stayed at an unmanned hotel, I learned that I must get a confirmation letter first after watching the evaluations of major platforms, otherwise it will be difficult to contact; The check-in process and the hotel staff have a good and friendly attitude. Due to the poor language ability, the staff will be given the room number and the password to collect the key.
Operating the key cabinet opposite the tablet can choose the language type, basically no difficulty, enter the password and then you can pick up the key.
The elevator has a set of automatic extension opening, and the judgment should be for the guests with large luggage.
After entering the room, there is a porch, and the very good setting can be taken off the shoes at the place to achieve the concept of indoor and outdoor distinction.
The room facilities are all available, as described below and the environment is clean, the balcony has a good view to watch the plane take off and land.
The environment, equipment and service attitude are very good, but the dust under the bed can be cleaned in time and the compartment is soundproofed, but the sound insulation of the upper and lower floors will be sounded.
1. Enter the hotel: you need to receive the letter before you can get the electronic lock password.
2. Check in: After receiving the confirmation letter, if you complete the basic information key and passport upload, you can only use the tablet and customer service to confirm, you can get the password and room number to collect the key (it is recommended to take pictures).
3, pick up the key: operate the key cabinet opposite the tablet and enter the password to collect the room key.
4. Room facilities (handling): entrance, washing machine (washing essence), toilet separation (toilet, bathtub, drying exhaust fan), standard double bed, cold (warm) air, balcony, TV, single table and chair, trash can, refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, dishwasher, hand sanitizer, sink, Flow table, bath (hairy) towel and simple tooth (paste) brush, comb, cotton swab, range hood, electric cooker, induction cooker, kitchenware set, wardrobe, hanger * 4, dust removal paper and mop, fire extinguisher, discarded indoor mop * 2.
5, access control method: the daily door is closed, go out to turn the electronic lock to open, enter the door has 2 ways (1) enter the electronic lock password (2) use the room key to insert the key hole on the door to open the door.
6, smoking area: located on the first floor of the water tower.
7. Escape facilities: fire extinguishers in the room, escape windows connected to the balcony and the next room, escape ladder outside the room.
8. Parking grid: Please refer to the picture for a total of 5 grids. People who do not choose to configure parking plans need to park in the paid parking lot opposite; the hotel road has a stop-stop corner relatively safe.
Convenience store: walk along the adjacent lane to the first intersection, look left to see LAWSON.
10, other: there are vending machines and rental electric bicycles at the door.
Stay was good. Location was near to Kadena Gate 2 so we parked our car on base and walked. The walk was ok even though you needed to walk pass many clubs to the hotel. Service was none. You checked in on a tablet and you are on your own. Bed was comfortable but pillows were hard. We normally brought our own travel pillows so not a big deal for us. My only recommendation is if they can have a locked entry to the hotel for security purposes. When we checked out early in the morning, we saw a drunk person sleeping on the couch in the lobby!

GGuest UserMr. Kinjo is a perfect getaway for solo travelers when in Okinawa. It has facilitates all over Naha, the main city on the island and it offers everything one needs. The room in Uenokura's Mr. Kinjo was absolutely a great one, it was clean, not so big, but extremely well accommodated. The bed was soft, felt like water bed at times, but it was comfortable and it only added to the overall experience, which was definitely a good one and I would recommend this hotel to anuone.
GGuest UserReview of Japavista Casa De Boss, Okinawa
About me:
I’m a frequent flyer to Japan and a long-time fan of staying at villas and resorts across the country. Like this one in Okinawa, I enjoy discovering different accommodations across Japan. This time, I chose Japavista Cass De Boss for a relaxing group trip.
⸻
👍 What I liked:
• Modern Electronics: The villa was equipped with an impressive array of modern electronics, including a Dyson vacuum, air purifier, dehumidifier, Harman Kardon speaker, LG clothing purifier, SodaStream, and a coffee capsule machine, elevating the stay with high-tech convenience.
• Spacious Layout: The villa was comfortably spacious, perfectly suited for 4 people for a relaxed group stay.
• Clean Environment: The villa was generally very clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout the stay.
• Free Parking: Convenient free parking right at the ground floor made it easy for us to come and go, especially with a rental car.
• Nice View with Balcony: The balcony offered a beautiful view, just as advertised, providing a serene spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.
• Basic Cooking Ingredients: The kitchen included essentials like oil, salt, and pepper, which was a thoughtful touch for preparing simple meals.
• Private and quiet surroundings: Peaceful setting with no disturbance from other guests.
⸻
👎 What could be improved:
• Aging and Dirty Sofa: The sofa looked worn and dirty, to the point where I hesitated to sit on it, which detracted from the overall comfort of the living area.
• Faulty Stove: The stove frequently beeped due to a lack of gas, making cooking frustrating and disrupting the kitchen experience.
• Used Dishwashing Sponge: The dishwashing sponge wasn’t brand new, which felt unhygienic. A fresh sponge should be provided for each new guest to ensure a clean start.
GGuest UserBooked this hotel accidentally due to booking the wrong hotel. A few minutes' drive away there is a hotel with the same name, also called Miyuki Beach Hotel. I have stayed there before and was very satisfied with it. But this time the hotel facilities and decoration are a bit old. I felt bad as soon as I entered the door. The room space was not spacious, but it just felt wrong. The appearance of the room also had a sense of disparity. The bathroom is small and the facilities in the room are old, but the hotel staff are friendly. I booked for four nights but checked out on the first night. There is no way, there is a big gap.
KKaito KidzI think it’s very good hotel in onna cheap price and good service they have many parking and activities

TTravel as life goalIf you are self driving in Okinawa, and will visit the central area, this is indeed a great place to stay, esp if you have a big group of family and friends. Why?
1. Responsive customer service, who gives out staying information timely. They can answer you within a day or hours. Very comprehensive information with cery clear instructions for check in and use of their facilities.
2. Location is easy to be found. Close to the salt factory which is worth visiting. Also close to the seaside road station where you can take a breathe and photos there. Close to beach as well if you like water sports.
3. The photo we took is from the accommodation, we stay on ground floor as there is no lift. We dont wish to carry luggage up a floor. Can see the bridge.
4. There is Bbq facilities, gas is provided and we can use bbq outdoor with no extra costs.
5. Though there is no seasoning in the accommodation, the kitchen utensils target for a large group of people to use. With rice cooker, stove, pans... enough to prepare for a decent meal. But if they can provide a electric stove for shabu shabu, it will be perfect
6. 8 beds, 2 toilets, 2 shower rooms, 2 tables in one apartment. Very spacious. It is the last day before we leave Okinawa. We can pack luggage with ease with such space
7. Reasonable price with such modern furnishings and facilities.you cannot find a similar one nearby.
8. We went to buy food at aeon which is around half hour away.
GGuest UserThe white cottages are lined up in a place that is easily visible from the road, so you can arrive without getting lost. Check-in was thorough, so it took a long time, and I got bitten by a lot of mosquitoes, but I was warmed by the human touch.
The building I stayed in was in the style of an American house from the Showa era. There was a dining table, couch, and chairs, and the ceilings were high and comfortable. The electrical appliances seemed to be a mix of nostalgic and newer items. There were not many places to plug in electrical outlets. Is this because of the place's aging? The bathroom window wouldn't open, and the lock seemed broken, so as a sensitive city dweller, I was worried about security (it was fine, of course). It was a comfortable stay.

YYang MingAlthough the location is in a weathered area, it does not affect safety at all. On the contrary, it is very lively. The room is quite adequate and there is a dryer. The room design is good. You can watch TV while taking a bath. The only thing you should pay attention to is Yes, it is a self-service check-in. There are two tablet computers at the small door after entering the entrance. Please note that they do not have a counter. Don't go to the restaurant at the entrance to ask, they will not be happy.
