security is good attitude n receiptionist so humble, room have some water is good enough and room so far so good very clean.

Location strategic. Room is on smaller side and they don't provide babycrib. Cleanliness needs to be improved. But their breakfast was superb. Pool and kid playground also small. The highlight was only the breakfast

This is my 2nd stay. I like Batiqa's ambience so I booked again. Pros : + super good breakfast options. Main courses, local dishes (pempek/model), porridge, soup, cereal, noodle bar, egg bar, waffle, bread & cakes, salad bar, jamu & variety of drinks + mini gym with some good equipments for working out + sofa on the room + comfy beds with large pillows Cons : - the room is not soundproofed. Outside noises can be heard - when I entered the room, there is a certain smell which I don't know where it comes from

Room was clean, staff were all really friendly! Most of the staff can speak English & the service was always good & prompt except for the times when certain staff didn't know English & it was harder to request certain services I needed. Lots of food options nearby, both local cuisine & some international cuisine! Theres a really nice bakery connected to the lobby of the hotel as well, so even though I didn't get the hotel breakfast, I had lots of options for all my meals!

Location superb, close to main road, close to many malls and markets. Downside only room not really big compare to other hotels in palembang area. If you travel with kids can be quite hassle

check booking before give room , smooking or non smoking , room aircond not very cold and noisy , room need upgrade maintaince .

Good hotel. Close to mini markets, Restos, malls. With Various Breakfast menu.

Recommendations for those who want to stay here with family, there is a playground, swimming pool, breakfast is also complete and delicious, really satisfied staying here ❤️

The hotel is in the city center, but when we arrived there was no restaurant for breakfast... and the room was different from the one in the photo... but fortunately the room was clean.
