It was a new hotel, a refrigerator and a great breakfast. I took it because it seemed difficult to drive to Milan from Dolomitis, but it was a really right choice!!!
My husband said he had to take a stronghold in Trentino later because of this hotel.

Abbiamo soggiornato diversi giorni in questo hotel e siamo rimasti molto contenti dell'accoglienza ricevuta, il personale è giovane e molto gentile. Nota di merito é la presenza nel parcheggio delle colonnine di ricarica elettrica, servizio che ormai dovebbere essere messo in evidenza nelle app di prenotazione.
Le stanze sono insonorizzate e i letti comodissimi. Ottima la colazione, il ristorante invece dovrebbe variare il.menu e aumentare le porzioni.

Near the Trento train station, the train station passes through the station square and is just a short walk to the right. The hotel is clean and the waiters are very welcoming. The room does not provide tea bags and coffee. Since the city of Trento is not big, you can visit several attractions on foot, so it is convenient to stay here.

Nice hotel , everything new and modern , super comfortable and large bed , very beautiful bathroom , abundant and excellent breakfast , very close to the museum that I suggest to visit , and at less than 1 km walk you reach the center , I advise you this beautiful hotel for who wants to stay in Trento

很滿意，雖然住的是舊的房間，但是面積和基本的衞生都很滿意，頂樓的泡池下午五點前我看估計就是獨享，住這我看也不比住ortisei差，反正就隔了十幾分鍾巴士。包晚餐這個簡直性價比太高了，下次來多洛米蒂可能還是會選擇這家。餐廳有一位小姐姐雖然看起來有點兇，但其實交流起來後發現她人其實很好，服務意識也很到位，讓人感覺舒服。

AAnonymous UserHotel Greif is a charming 4-star hotel with an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from the train station. However, do note that the road leading to the hotel is a stone-paved street, which makes pulling luggage a bit challenging.
The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and we were pleasantly surprised when the reception allowed us to check in early at around 12 PM. However, we decided to leave our luggage and head out to explore the city first.
The room was very spacious and beautifully designed with artistic elements. After reading the hotel’s introduction, I discovered that each room was uniquely designed by a different artist, which made our stay feel even more special. The bathtub was a great addition, adding extra comfort to our stay.
Breakfast was impressive, offering a wide variety of high-quality options. A kind and attentive staff member also served hot food on demand, which enhanced the dining experience.
One downside was the shared sauna, which was open to all genders and not private, so we decided not to use it.
Additionally, there was only one USB port in the room, which made charging our devices a bit inconvenient, especially since we accidentally left our universal adapter at our previous hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel did not have any chargers available to borrow.
Overall, our stay at Hotel Greif was very enjoyable. Despite a few minor inconveniences, the excellent location, spacious rooms, and great service made it a memorable experience. We would definitely consider returning in the future.

GGuest UserAs already highlighted by other tourists, the structure is dated, they could invest in modernization. But for our needs it could be overlooked, the thing that instead finds all our disapproval, is the fact that, despite paying a surcharge of 21 euros because we had the dog .... There is no space dedicated to those who have an animal, a space for breakfast (included in the reservation) .... Not to mention the lack of preparation on the subject of guests with dogs, quite numerous nowadays .... Even just the way of saying, no! The dog cannot enter the room (which is absolutely understandable) but not having the foresight to offer an alternative .... Simply a: If you want you can sit at the tables outside or in a dedicated corner .... 🤷. My wife suggested it and we sat outside with my wife going back and forth with the tray .... And in the end to hear them say: are you happy now? No! We were not. And when it came to the bill ... under the heading 21 euros for the dog's stay .... I asked what he was referring to… the “gentleman” at the reception was totally unprepared… Let's put it this way…. In all the other rentals in the following days, we never encountered any problems, indeed they were very welcoming and available to solve (rather than create) problems or difficulties that arose.

AAnonymous UserIt should be a relatively old four-star hotel in the area, a 5-minute walk from the train station. The bus station ticket office is 200 meters away from the train station. The whole town is not big, and there are delicious German restaurants and ice cream shops in the central city. There is a swimming pool downstairs in the hotel, and the hotel restaurant has a large courtyard. Many people eat at night. There are many breakfast options, and I drink delicious cappuccino.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is particularly convenient, just next to the bus station, there is a supermarket 50 meters downhill. The interior decoration of the all-wood Nordic style, the bathroom is super clean. The whole hotel is very clean. The breakfast is very white, the only hot thing is coffee 🤣. The photo was taken on the first day of breakfast. The next day, there were a lot of people staying at the hotel. The breakfast type was obviously richer. The only thing that remained unchanged was that there was no hot food.

GGuest UserThis hotel is nothing short of amazing. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The location has mountain views and is less than 5 mins walk to Orrido di Ponte Alto. Staff even told me to visit the Orrido di Ponte Alto and coffee on the house after I return from it and made good the offer. The room is huge and decadent with classy furniture and drapes. Did not expect this. Waiters are super attentive. If only all hotels are like this!

AAnonymous UserVery courteous and helpful staff, wide choice for breakfast and the buffet constantly replenished, room suited to our needs, we stayed for 3 nights, for a trip out of town, during the day we were out and in the evening we returned to the hotel, a little The heating temperature is high, well cleaned.
