The only problem is that the room is not cleaned if you stay for a few days. Otherwise, it's perfect. The location is good. There are kitchen utensils. Carrefour supermarket is not far away. You can buy ingredients and cook by yourself.

Lovely receptionist checked me in at 22 50 h , great seemed oh humour at that late hour and going off shift in 10 mins . Room really modern and clean . Marble shower , rainfall and normal shower head . Bed super and linens crisp . 24 hr front desk . Would stay again !!

Good value hotel. Convenient location as it’s walkable from the main train station where there is the airport shuttle bus. Very good services and friendly staff. Breakfast was quite good too for this price.

We were unable to honor this reservation because the management kicked us out. And no longer wants us in the establishment. Reporting facts produced 3 months ago without any real tangible evidence. And insinuating that during our stay from Wednesday 3 to Friday 5 September we made the room unrentable. Which is not true. But it is words against words. However, during the day on Thursday the staff who take care of the rooms were not there and no one entered the room. We were absent on Thursday from 12:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Knowing that during the night of Wednesday there was no more evacuation in the bathroom And odors came up. We wanted to report it to the housekeepers. Those who were there told us (we do not take care of rooms). And Friday morning the management treated us like s... We don't give the benefit of the doubt. Nor possible discussions. By accusing us as if we were less than nothing. And my father who is a fragile sick person (suffering from several pathologies including a long illness), came out very hurt by this story and these exchanges. He had several fainting spells including a stay in the emergency room. The accusations of the Director are unfounded. When there are really smells it can be felt. And that was not the case. We demand an apology from the director. And ask them to reverse their decision to ban us from their establishment. This is a shame because it is a hotel that we appreciated. 10 minutes from the Eleclerc center. Close to the tram. The reception and bar staff are friendly. During our previous reservations, the staff made our stays very pleasant. We want to be able to come back and stay at this hotel. Have a calm and relaxed discussion, put things back on track and be able to start again on a good basis.

The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding and decoration are relatively new. I booked a family room, which is not too crowded. But the bathroom is terrible, the facilities are very poor, very small, the toiletries are also very poor, the shower room is small, the shower head cannot be adjusted, and you have to hold it with one hand. The sewage pipe of the toilet is an open pipe, which looks very uncomfortable. The location is close to the train station, and it takes a few minutes to walk here with the luggage. There is a Vietnamese restaurant downstairs, McDonald's around the corner, and a large supermarket near the train station. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the old town, or you can take the light rail L1, which is about two or three stops. The wifi signal is not good.

The hotel is located within walking distance from the train station and a minute's walk from the tram stop. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is good and the staff is friendly.

Close to the beach and the bus stop to the airport. I used the tram from the airport but probably better using a bus. Lots of restaurants around. There were supermarkets and a pharmacy nearby, which was very convenient as I got unwell during my stay. The shower room was a bit small so some people may not have much space to move around. But all in all I was happy and I would definitely consider staying at this hotel on my next visit to Nice.

The hotel was nice and clean. In summer or hot days, it can be quite challenging there, as the ventilation and cooling system is super bad. If we open the windows, its hard to sleep as the airport is close by, and its quite loud outside in the night. The staff was helpful and everything was okay. The hotel is easily reachable with public transport/tram.

The hotel is good for its position and the rooms are pretty comfortable. Two bedrooms and a living room with equipment for kitchen are good if you stay with family and children. Two details I didn’t like. 1. Our sink in a bathroom was tapped and water didn’t go down. I called to reception to fix it, they answered that they don’t have anyone to come and fix it. The lady told me she will call me back to help me somehow but she never did it. We had 3 children and 3 adults and it was almost impossible to use a sink which is not nice at all. 2. The receptionist couldn’t give me an invoice for a company and avoid any responsibility of it. It’s not professional and nice as well.

The location is within a 10-minute walk from the old town. There are many supermarkets around, which is quite convenient. It is an old building but partially renovated. However, the shower room is still very small and lacks a shelf to put your own toiletries. Quiet, the bed is a bit hard but comfortable. The front desk provides a lot of information, which is very useful.

During this trip, I was fortunate enough to choose this hotel as my resting place, and it certainly gave me an unforgettable stay. First of all, the check-in process is extremely convenient. I arrived at the hotel a full two hours ahead of the expected check-in time, but the front desk staff did not the slightest inconvenience or evasion, but in a very warm attitude for me to check in quickly. Secondly, the room itself is large and comfortable to live in, and offers a wide variety of kitchenware and cutlery. All in all, convenient check-in, warm service, comfortable room, a perfect experience beyond expectations!

The location is not far from the center, and it was good because it had a variety of kitchen utensils. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was also spacious. The balcony had a factory view in front, but I also saw trees and it was nice because it was wide open. It was within 10 minutes by Bolt taxi to the airport limousine bus terminal, which cost less than 10 euros, so I was able to safely catch an early morning flight.

It’s really great. I like it very much. The hotel lady is also very confident. She provides meticulous service and help. I especially like it. I am very touched and unforgettable.
