El hotel es nuevo y el personal se esfuerza por dar un buen servicio. Camas cómodas y habitaciones aisladas. Viajamos con persona en silla de ruedas y el hotel está totalmente adaptado. El hotel está en un polígono y no hay nada cerca. No ofrecen comidas salvo unos bocadillos. Este es un tema en el que deben mejorar. En el baño también deberían poner algo más de luz . En general una estancia agradable para pasar un día de tránsito.

Habitaciones bien decoradas, de manera funcional. Baño impecable. Camas muy cómodas. Personal muy amable, servicial y joven. Los servicios de restauración, hay que pagarlos aparte. Hay minibar, pero vacío. Hay máquina de venta de aperitivos y bebidas, pero funciona, exclusivamente, con billetes de 5 €, devolviendo cambio. Inconveniente: está apartado del pueblo de Barajas, y del Aeropuerto. El taxi, desde la T1-T2-T3, cuesta aproximadamente 20 €. El taxi a la T-4, puede costar 24 € aproximadamente. Una de las ventajas que tiene, es que suele haber taxis parados junto a la puerta del hotel. El hotel queda lejos de las estaciones de metro, pero hay paradas de autobuses cercanas, que conectan con Madrid Canillejas.

It's branded as EasyHotel, so it's no thrill basic offer - and it really is that, you get a bed, a lamp, a bathroom, very basic, but functional and clean - no complaints

Clean hotel. Well located close to Metro - 5 minute walk. Close to food stores; Small fridge available in room. Friendly staff. Cute decor. Rooms are extremely warm at night. No air conditioning in working - centrally monitored by hotel. Had to open window. Rooms are not soundproofed. We turned on fan to muffle sounds from other guest’s rooms. Bathroom door is accordion plastic door, which does not lock and needs repair. Very inconvenient since NO privacy in bathroom. All in all a good value for cleanliness and standard European room with no frills. The bathroom door should be fixed or replaced to give some privacy to guests staying in same room. I would recommend hotel in spite of small conveniences if you’re looking for a clean place to rest.

Ok so after reading reviews on here and on booking website it was mixed reviews I was worried and not I booked the room for £49.52 inc breakfast we was only here for one night we got a taxi from the airport to vertice roomspace it cost around €46 u can get a train however we weren’t sure where the train would stop the taxi driver didn’t know where the hotel was and stopped to ask for directions checked in fine receptionist was lovely and helpful u can pay additional for breakfast at €7 each if u didn’t book b&b the room well what can I say it’s basic I had to laugh literally a bed tv wardrobe and a desk air con didn’t work but it was cold anyway but if u come here in the summer u may wanna make sure it works the bathroom was small and the shower well u couldn’t swing a cat!!! I asked for another blanket as we were cold and they brought us one in madrid city centre isn’t far got the train which was €4.40 for x2 adults one way however cause we didn’t know how to use the ticket machine we ended up with a single so had to buy another to get bck u need the C3 line which takes u to sol which is the city centre bare in mind when u buy a ticket it only accepts card not cash but the main stations accept cash literally a 20-30 min train ride overall the hotel is ok for 1 night anymore than that I would choose something else Breakfast was standard the hot food scrambled egg sausages and bacon didn’t look every warm so didn’t touch that the breakfast was ok continental style I’ve had better breakfast else where in all honestly for 1 night it was fine the bed was comfy only thing is another pillow and another blanket and it would have been good Downstairs there is a little break room with vending machines to get food and also microwaves which I thought was a nice little touch

Breakfast & complementary break room with coffee and snacks downstairs was fantastic. The desk ladies were super helpful & even helped me book a tour as well as helped me sort out the laundry form - bless them for letting me practice my Spanish with them😅😅. Personally, this was the perfect hotel at the perfect time for 2 reasons; 1) there's nothing on the walls, no paintings or pictures which was good for me as a kindergarten teacher on vacation, I appreciated the sensory deprivation 🙂 and 2) there was a lot of floor space to work out in the room since there was no gym. Plenty of room in all directions to do yoga, BJJ drills & floor workouts - I don't know if I just got lucky with the room. 😊

It was a very pleasant stay. It is close to Plenilunio Mall, about 7 minutes walking, also close to the airport. It is located in a quiet area. To be able to cook in the aprtment you need to make a deposit of 20 euros. Overall satisfied with the experience and the price

This was our first stay at the Principe Pio Hotel, we booked a room with a Palace view. On arrival we were upgraded to a top floor suite by very friendly staff on reception. The room was delightful and looked like it had recently been decorated. We had terrific views of the Palace. The room was kept in tip top shape on a daily basis and nothing too much trouble for the staff. One minor gripe was the mattress was a little firm for our tastes. Our first night was inadvertently spent with the windows ajar and it could be noisy as it’s on a main road combined with the peacocks calling from the palace garden. From then on with the windows closed it was absolutely fine, the aircon worked very well and was whisper quiet. Although this is classed as a 3* hotel we had a safe, fridge and tea making facilities to make our stay really comfortable. There is a roof terrace with plenty of seating to enjoy the sunshine too.

It is a newly starred Holiday Inn. Super practical rooms, good bed and couch. Rooms are cozy, without any extra luxury. There is a bar and restaurant. Pool. It is close to the airport about 25-30 Euros in taxi. It is a very close hotel to the airport.

Things to know. The hotel is in a very busy shopping area, however it is not noisy. It was the only hotel we stayed at that had free ice available; for Americans a real positive. There is a ice machine in common area/lounge. They have a very nice common area with free coffee, fresh fruit, and biscuits. The rooms are small but perfectly adequate as we only used the space to shower and sleep. There is a small refrig in the room. Microwave in the common area. Hotel is close to the subway and walking distance to many attractions in central Madrid. Highly recommend it.

Estuvimos una noche ya q fuimos q l warner y l verdad q fue una acertada elección. Habitación muy amplia súper limpia,reformada y súper bonita xa los niños tematizada como un castillo.. les chiflo!!! El baño amplio,limpio y un plato de ducha enorme. El personal súper amable y nos dejamos un juguete del niño y nos le guardaron hasta q pudimos volver a x el. El tema café y cacao gratuito la verdad q un punto a su favor se agradece. Sin duda volveremos y muy recomendable si vas a la Werner ya q está a 10 minutos en coche. Única pega parking completo cuando llegamos xo tb eran las 12 d la noche xo no hubo problema en aparcar cerca.

It was too hot in the room not possible to leave the window open and even if we shut off the air it automatically recover

Pongo 1 estrella por no poner la posibilidad de poner 0. En principio se denominan ellos mismos un 3 estrellas superior, que de superior tiene las escaleras de cristal y la puerta giratoria nada mas. Pongo ésta reseña aquí ya que veo que los propietarios se toman su tiempo en contestar y me gustaría ver su respuesta a mi estancia. Reservo una habitación cuádruple 4 días y 3 noches para mi mujer, mis dos niñas adolescentes, nuestro bebé y yo. En principio todo por las fotos y por las llamadas que realizé a la hora de reservar la estancia parecía genial y escogimos éste hotel por la cercanía a puntos de nuestro interés de nuestras vacaciones. Quiero deciros que nos habéis amargado casi toda la estancia allí. A la hora de entrar por primera vez a la habitación nos encontramos con un olor a cerrado y a humedad insoportable y todo lleno de polvo lleno de suciedad pero a tal extremo de ir a la farmacia a comprar pastillas para la alergia a los ácaros y al polvo. La habitación parece la de una prisión tercermundista, los colchones de unos muelles de los que se hacían hace 40 años que los compras por 10 euros en un rastro. No me podían poner una cuna por la razón de que NO CABÍA!!!!! Imaginaros ya de por sí, si no cabe una minicuna, como pueden vender una habitación denominada CUÁDRUPLE cuando no tienes sitio ni para abrir las maletas???Cuando entramos lo primero que hago como cualquier persona creo yo es encender la climatizacion, solo con tocar un boton se desmonto entero de la pared como podéis apreciar en las fotos adheridas a esta reseña. Lo intento poner bien y logro encajarlo a su sitio, solo te deja bajar hasta 18 grados, pero aunque te lo ponga en la pantalla echa aire a la temperatura que le de la gana al hotel por la rejilla que mas que aire lo que hace es que te llena la habitación de mas polvo del que ya tenia por si. Lo mas gracioso por llamarlo de alguna manera es que quise llamar a recepcion pero el telefono que habia en una mesa llena de mugre tenia el cable cortado pero lo dejan ahi de recuerdo digo yo vamos pero bueno, bajo yo mismo a la recepción a comunicarle que no entendia el funcionamiento de la caja fuerte y la respuesya de la recepcionista es que me mandaba a alguien de mantenimiento a la habitacion para que pudiesen hecharle un vistazo, cuando viene el hombre con cara de molesto por haberlo llamado me dice ami mismo que meta la tarjeta, cosa que vuelvo a hacer y le muestro que no funcionan a lo que me responde que efectivamente estaba rota y el no podia ni sabia arreglarla y sin más se fue y adiós. Ya que no tenia caja de seguridad y no me quedaba tranquilo dejando las cosas en la hacitacion sin seguridad tube que buscar a una limpiadora para pedirle un cartel de no entrar a la hacitacion a ”limpiarla” porque ni eso teniamos en el pomo de la puerya como cualquier otro hotel, y pedir que no entren en los dias que estemos alojados nadie ajeno a nosotros, iendo nosotros mismos a por toallas limpias a la recepción. Muebles rotos,

Hotel de lo más normal. Todo iba dentro de lo esperado hasta que se nos ocurrió sacar una botella de agua de la máquina. Nos trago 1;50. Le comentamos lo ocurrido al borde de la recepción y su contestación fue que el no era responsable de la máquina que era de un vending y que suele pasar. A lo cual le pedimos una solución, nos dijo que llamasemos al teléfono que ponía en la máquina. El tío un tanto chulito. Le dijimos que por lo menos si estaba estropeada la apagase para que no le pasase a más gente, y nos contesta que no es cosa suya. Por lo que entiendo que se llevará el dinero que se queda la máquina Por los malos modales pusimos una hoja de reclamaciones. Las habitaciones son de lo más normal, colchón duro y almohadas blandas.

Es la 2 vez que repetimos yo y mi pareja por que nos gusto el parque warner e ir al centro de Madrid , la verdad que el hotel es muy limpio y la habitación está muy bien , en cuanto al personal ni una queja , entramos , nos vamos , comemos fuera , hola adió y poco más , lo recomiendo está muy bien , el aire acondicionado funciona de maravilla hay smart tv en la habitación con you tube y todo , yo volvería una 3 vez sin duda

On day 1 we asked for the room to be cleaned whilst we were out exploring the area. When leaving our room, our suitcases were left open on the floor with valuable possessions left on the side including perfume, woke laptop/phone jewellery as we expected these items to be safe within our locked room. Upon our return we found our possessions had been rummaged through with our suitcases being emptied and couldn’t locate a perfume bottle (£150 value). The next day we spent the day searching for the missing item which was not located. To our knowledge this is the only item that was taken but have yet to fully go through our suitcases which were tampered with. We reported the item missing to reception after we throughly checked our room to which we were told the staff were aware of the perfume ‘incident’. When questioned they said upon arrival to the room the perfume was already smashed. This was inaccurate as the item was not left on a smashable surface and we would not have reported the item missing had we broken it ourselves. The staff failed to apologise or inform us of the incident, and when questioned all staff were knowledgeable about the ‘incident’. After trying to resolve the situation, they then accused us of having smashed the bottle ourselves instead of offering to rectify the situation or offering a solution. The item was obviously stolen as we didn’t smash it and, had they accidentally smashed the perfume whilst cleaning, the room would have smelled potent given it was a brand new, full bottle of perfume. We asked to speak to the manager who was rude, changed her story multiple times after consulting with back of house, laughed at us and said she couldn’t understand us despite speaking perfect English. We were also told to “f*ck off” and to contact the police if we wanted anything done about the situation. Would not recommend staying here.

We recently stayed at Hampton Alcobendas for three nights (Jun 9-12) while visiting a friend who lived in the area. It’s a 10 min taxi ride from the airport (€20 approx). We Ubered it on the way back which cost €14. Uber arrived at hotel within 5 mins of being ordered. Staff at check in were friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable, the comfy bed was huge and the (included) breakfast was good and filled a gap for most of the day. For some reason the pool wasn’t open until my last day, and it was 36-40 degrees! (My mate seemed to think that was to do with local laws, because all the other pools in the area were also closed. No idea if this was true or not). An elderly American lady was giving one of the reception guys a hard time about the pool being closed when I arrived. Not sure why, it wasn’t like it was his fault. The pool was small (but adequate) it was very “concrete” though and in my opinion could do with some greenery around it to make it more appealing. Bar prices were reasonable for a hotel bar, €3 for a small draft and €6 for a large one. There is a very limited bar menu during the day and a slightly extended one at night, food was ok, nothing special, much better to be had out and about. I was surprised to find it busy returning after 11:30pm on all three nights I was there. Good place for a night cap. The wifi was excellent and since my company has now said we can “work from home anywhere in the world” for a couple of weeks a year (yeah I know, strange!) I’m seriously considering coming back here at some point. All in all this is a comfortable business hotel, close to the airport but with no real Spanish character. I stayed in another Hampton in Berlin a couple of months ago and this looks exactly the same. Not a criticism, it is what it is and did the job for me. Thought the reception staff all spoke great English, were friendly, very helpful and an asset to this hotel. Maybe not ideal for a visit for the centre of Madrid but it was handy for me. There is only one reason I would choose this hotel again – if I am taking care of business in the immediate area. The staff is professional, the facility is nice and clean, Wi-Fi works well, but the location is lacking. If you want to be near the Barajas airport or the industrial facilities nearby and do not plan to leave the hotel, this is a competitive choice; if not, keep looking. The price I paid was slightly lower, but it does not compensate for the dull location. The amount I saved on lodging, I will spend on Uber. Google Maps show “Centro Comercial Carrefour Alcobendas” within walking distance with a choice of restaurants and stores. The problem is that it is on the opposite side of “Carretera de Fuencarral.” There is no pedestrian infrastructure to get there unless you walk on the highway, which is dangerous, and I don’t recommend it. I walked around with my GPS and could not find a way. This is an industrial zone with limited choices to offer a guest. Alleys, dead-ends, warehouses, and automobile manufacturer offices surround the hotel. However, there is a way to walk to a plaza featuring a Toys “R” Us. The only restaurant (Orale Compadre) was closed on Sunday afternoon and supposedly opened on Monday at 8 pm, so it does not help much. A PrimaPrix was closed by 3 pm on Sunday—the rest of the business sells ornaments, miscellaneous, sporting goods, or furniture. Don’t be misled by all the colorful bubbles in Google Maps surrounding the hotel. The hotel only offers breakfast from 7 am – 10 am. Management seems to have a deal with Telepizza for delivery, so I ordered. The food tasted unfrozen, and it was school cafeteria quality at best. A reflection of the lacking food services in the area is evident as the vending machines are missing a significant percentage of snacks. The room does not feature a mini-fridge like other Holiday Inn locations, so bringing drinks and/or snacks that require refrigeration is not an option. The Uber from Barajas airport to Holiday Inn Alcobendas was 14 Euros for a 15-minute ride. An Uber to the Madrid Center area was 27 Euros, which took 25 to 30 minutes. The view from my side of the hotel is uninteresting (warehouse rooftops). I can only imagine it is no different on any other side of the building. The TV is not smart, so you are limited to the channels offered (Sorry, no YouTube or Netflix). I think offering complimentary airport transportation to take advantage of the proximity to Barajas Airport should be considered.
