Hotel is located slightly off the busy area which I like cos it’s quiet. Very near to Family Mart and supermarket Overall stay was pleasant with the room rate. Note: - Located slightly away from the busy buzz yet near to 24hr Family Mart and MaxValue. - If you need constant attention and with room cleaning, bed making service daily, this will not suit you. - Hotel staff only work on certain hours and do not speak much English. Super helpful when I asked for help eg:calling a taxi. - Fresh towels are provided daily and they placed on the door handle. - Room is spacious with big sea facing windows. - Will be great if there are more hooks on the spacious walls or toilet. - Enjoyed also the public bath esp after a day out of walking! - Free breakfast was sufficient.

It's a bit of a walk from the remote island terminal, but it's within walking distance to the center. There are many restaurants nearby, and free airport shuttle service is available by the evening of the previous day. Toshikoshi soba noodles and toso sake are also prepared for free, which was a nice touch from the hotel! Although it's only available for a limited time, there are free drinks and ice cream, and while there is a unit bath, I was also happy that there is a large public bath!

It's very convenient, close to the remote island terminal, bus center, and downtown. The facilities are old, but the rooms were well-cleaned and clean. The bathroom was spacious and there was no inconvenience. The most annoying thing about this hotel is the poor light blocking ability of the rooms. There are no blackout curtains, so your sleep is disturbed at dawn in the morning. The next annoying thing was checking in. The hotel was unmanned, so you were forced to check in by yourself by entering your details into the machine, but for some reason, even if you entered your reservation number as instructed on the screen, or the phone number you used when making the reservation, it was not accepted at all, and I ended up protesting by phone, and was finally able to check in. Incidentally, there was no information on the reservation review screen in advance that the hotel was unmanned. If I had known from the beginning that it was unmanned, I would not have chosen this hotel. I hope that the operators of this reservation site will improve this lack of important information in the future. The third annoying thing was the low temperature of the water for the shower and bathtub in the bathroom. I looked everywhere for the water temperature control device but couldn't find it, and gave up on the first day because I was late taking a bath. I called again the next day to protest, and was told that the temperature control device was located next to the guest room entrance, far away from the bathroom. If it's in such a ridiculous location, why don't they give some kind of information to the customer? In the first place, why do they have to set such a low temperature as the default in the first place? The guest rooms are relatively spacious, have facilities such as a range and a water heater, and are right in front of the bus stop, so it's a shame that the basic points of a lodging facility as mentioned above are not provided, even though there are many good points.

The room is very small, the facilities are very old, the front desk lady is good in English, giving advice on various trips and attractions. The location is very good, go out to eat, go for five minutes is the drug store. Going to the dock is also very close, about 5 minutes. Very suitable for backpackers or self-driving, there is still a distance from the attractions. Recommended Chuanping, the beach is particularly beautiful, you can make an appointment to go diving or snorkeling in advance, there should be high visibility.

The front desk felt a bit strange on the 5 floor. It was a night stay, but it is a beautiful room. It feels a little narrow. I used coin laundry. Thank you for the detergent, but The dryer is not dry at all and cannot be used. Bath towels, face towels, garbage bags are new every morning. I was saved by leaving it in front of the door. the coffee machine is free to the front desk. I used coffee several times, but I was in the room I wanted you to leave a drip coffee. It's very easy because it's right next to Euglena Mall. Location is good enough to see the city from the smoking balcony on the 5 floor I think the location is different if it is not from the 5 floor or more. But it's convenient, so I might want to use it again.

It was cleaner than I thought. I was able to spend it with peace of mind.

The rooms were clean and the cleaning staff came every day to change towels etc. which was very helpful. It's more expensive than a regular hotel, but it's great to be able to live like at home! I recommend it as it's well-cleaned and the staff are generally nice.
