A perfect location right on the coast with cozy fireplaces to take in the view of the beautiful west coast sunset. Check in was easy, The hot tub and pool were perfect for a late afternoon dip and relax. The gift upon arrival for our 30th wedding anniversary celebration was also a nice surprise. Also surprised by the local Space X launch which was pretty cool to see

We arrived extremely early on the day we were booked in, as we had just disembarked from a cruise boat. We asked if the hotel could store our bags for us, until we were able to check in, later that day. The very nice and helpful lady on reception said she would check, and if a room was ready, we could book in immediately. She found a suitable room, and let us book in at approximately 9.30am, for which we were extremely grateful. Our only negative comment is that the room was not serviced at all in the 2 days we were there. We thought that perhaps the towels would be replaced? The hotel has a great location, within easy walking distance of the Little Italy area.

The location is perfect for Venice Beach and short walk from Santa Monica. Bike and scooter rental on the doors step as well as bars restaurants and coffee shops. The staff here are super helpful and the rooms are clean. Great shared space to chill over looking the beach. Tea and coffee facilities 24hr with use of kitchen. Bagels and porridge oats available for breakfast. Shower rooms and toilets spotless with great water pressure.

Cute hotel right by the beach and boardwalk. Room is clean and as described. Nice pool area with direct view and access to the beach. The reception could not give me more details about the late checkout offer that I had received via email so it looks like there is some disconnect between the online operation vs the service staff at the hotel. Otherwise everything was good and I would be happy to stay here again.
