Stay here few days still can considered ok.tv got few channel but i think they just on the extra channel from friday to weekends only.because in weekday only got 3-4 local channel only.toiletries include toothbrush set is provided.water flow is good but for water heater early in the morning is not hot.aircond function.bathroom exhaust fan also working and this is important thing for bathroom.because most of hotel this thing are not function.for praying you need to bring your own sejadah.but the room i stay got carpet.iron can request at the counter.hair dryer provided in the room.the towel is clean.bed sheet and blankets also clean.as usual only 2 pillow provided.maybe management should improve on the room door.because it is so loud, because you cannot close it on normal way.this hotel don't have their own cafe.but around hotel got a lot of restaurant but mostly chinese food.but if you own a car that should be no problem.if not grab also easy to get.laundry shop got 2 near the hotel.all room have window but my room cannot open the window.not sure why you need to screw the window.sometimes we need some fresh air too, thats why we choose room with window.i notice bathroom wall actually can see through from bedroom but they already put wallpaper.but still the light from the bathroom can go through the wallpaper.for those that can sleep with light maybe no problem.for bathroom maybe can improve the cleanliness, especially the wall.this is the common problem for some hotel.
My recent stay at Puteri Bay Hotel Melaka was an absolute dream, leaving me with lasting memories and a sincere appreciation for the art of hospitality. From the outset, the hotel radiated an air of sophistication and charm, setting the stage for what turned out to be an extraordinary experience.
The check-in process was swift, and the staff displayed a perfect blend of professionalism and friendliness. It was evident that guest satisfaction was a top priority. The lobby, a tasteful blend of modern design and classic elegance, provided a welcoming introduction to the hotel's aesthetic.
Upon entering my room, I was immediately struck by the meticulous attention to detail. The décor was a harmonious mix of contemporary style and comfort, creating a serene retreat within the bustling city. The bed, with its high-quality linens and an assortment of pillows, offered a cocoon of relaxation that was hard to leave each morning.
The hotel's amenities were a highlight of my stay. The fitness center featured top-of-the-line equipment, and the spa offered a range of indulgent treatments that provided a welcome escape. However, the pièce de résistance was the rooftop pool – a serene oasis with panoramic views, making it the perfect spot to unwind and take in the cityscape.
Dining was a culinary journey. The hotel's restaurant boasted a diverse menu, showcasing culinary expertise with a focus on fresh, local ingredients. Each meal was a delightful experience, and the breakfast spread was a particular standout, offering an array of choices to satisfy every palate.
What truly set apart was the exceptional service. The staff anticipated every need, and their genuine warmth made me feel not just like a guest, but like an honored friend. From concierge recommendations to housekeeping's meticulous attention to detail, the commitment to providing a flawless experience was evident at every turn.
Nestled in a prime location, offered easy access to the city's attractions, ensuring that my explorations were both convenient and enjoyable. Whether I was venturing out for cultural excursions or simply strolling through nearby parks, the hotel's central location proved to be a valuable asset.
In conclusion, my stay was a symphony of luxury, comfort, and impeccable service. It's a rare gem that effortlessly blends modern elegance with genuine hospitality. I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking an unforgettable retreat. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to return and relive the magic of this remarkable hotel.
Had a good and comfortable stay here. The place was clean, easily seen and traffic was not heavy even though it was just across from the beach. Microwave, fridge, plates, frying pan, cutlery provided and a clear signage Halal food only, no pork alcohol allowed.Kudos to Minso!

I was getting ready to go to bed when I noticed the air conditioner in the room was literally leaking, not even dripping. Technician came to check up after a complaint was made to the receptionist. The technician asked if I was willing to change room as it would take quite a while to fix the leaking issue. As it was, I moved room from level 27 to level 21 in bathrobe and hotel slippers together with all my stuff. There was only a nice chap from the hotel reception that came to assist with moving of my belongings. All these happened at 23:06 (11:06pm). Just a horrible experience to go through. However, breakfast buffet spread was very good and the staff are generally very approachable and helpful except the lady who was manning the reception that night (night of 8/4/2025) who just seemed very impatient over the phone.
That being said, they moved me to a bigger room that night. The photos shown here are referring to the room that suffered the air conditioner leaking issue. I give them poor rating for the amenities based on the lack of servicing of the air conditioning unit in the room.

My partner high recommended this hotel cause she stayed here before.
And My personal experience I find the service were good from the reception, security guard, housekeeping and a guy at gym v friendly , Chef, F&B team very energetic v welcoming u to bfast. Person who delivered meal to our room also v friendly.
However, some awful experienced at first room assigned room 2002 AC not cold and v bad sewage the moment you open the entrance door. We asked for room move then to 2703 the moment we entered overpowering of air freshener was sprayed follow by we saw the sofa have a big round stained and a debris on the floor so I immediately told the bellman unacceptable but it was too late we decided to stay.
On Sat 2nd night at wee hour of 12 midnight, my room was on Do Not Disturb sign on and staff still knocking on my door for few times to deliver something for we have not asked for. We got a shocked of our life from the Big Bang knocked and call the operator…. And he said sorry… worse experience ever. My partner got very scared and got migraines after. Do not invade or ignore people privacy sign.
Overall our stay was a OK even though with few incidents happened.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience, mainly due to the very friendly and welcoming staff. However, I would rate my stay 6/10, as there are several areas that need improvement.
Swimming Pool Experience: While we respected the rule of wearing swimming caps, the caps provided were reused, still wet, and had an unpleasant smell. This was quite unhygienic and should be addressed.
Towel Policy: We were required to register when entering the pool, which was fine. However, the restriction on bringing the towel back to the hotel room was inconvenient, as we had to return it while still wet.
Facility Access Issues: The Kids' Room and Gym were inaccessible as our access card did not work, no hotel staff inside as well. This was frustrating since we were unable to use these amenities.
Renovation Disturbance: The hotel was surrounded by renovation noises, which made it difficult to fully relax during our stay.
Location quite far from town. But ok breezy air.
Host ok. Easy to communicate by ws. Got office maple home at G floor. Clean airbnb. New n clean. My room 15-19 master bedroom n living room quite hot. Ac not that good. Middle room so cold. Toilet clean. Love all the ambience. Guard helpful. Deposit rm150 required. Refunded right after checkout.
