From the moment we booked, we felt warmly welcomed. The staff reached out to us via WeChat before our arrival and kindly arranged a complimentary pick-up service from the train station — a thoughtful touch that set the tone for our stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted at the entrance and guided through a smooth, hassle-free check-in process. The room was exactly as advertised: clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We especially appreciated the addition of the smart toilet — a small detail that made a big difference in comfort. But the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the stunning view from our room, overlooking the beautiful Erhai Lake. Waking up to that view every morning was simply unforgettable. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dali.

This apartment has a large room, 2 bathrooms are very convenient, and the built-in hot water pool is especially popular with children. There is a sea view when you go out, and you can enjoy fireworks in the hotel during the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day. The moon cakes given by the hotel are more delicious than those given by other hotels, and the housekeeper also feeds different drinks every day. The housekeeper Mike is very good and responsive. The breakfast in the hotel is also very delicious. Give the hotel some suggestions. The bed can be changed to 2 meters, and the child's bed can be changed to 1.5 meters, which is more cost-effective. I also give a suggestion to Ideal Country. In the future, there will be a planned and organized increase in some parent-child service projects and space venues, such as making handmade flower cakes, tie-dyeing, horseback riding, picking, and continuously increasing the sense of stay, instead of just taking pictures and punching in. Finally, don't go to the sea piano to punch in (not this hotel, but other popular punch-in spots in Ideal Country). The experience is very, very, very bad. A small place charges 58 yuan per person, and a cup of tea doesn't even taste like tea, perfunctory.

Small hotel with a stunning view of the lake. A good 30-minute taxi ride from the old town. The room was very modern and stylishly furnished. The room with a skylight was great, allowing us to wake up to natural light (the curtains only closed completely – at least with the switches). There was also voice control, but our Chinese wasn't up to the task. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Thanks again! And the Chinese breakfast was also very good. We would definitely recommend the room. However, you have to know each other well, because the toilet/shower isn't really screened off. But it was great for us!

The facilities are smart and well-equipped. The place was spotlessly clean and felt very comfortable. The owner was charming and gentle, and even chatted with us. It was such a joy to be accompanied by many adorable, affectionate pets who would actively seek us out to play. The environment offered a wonderful, picturesque ambiance. While spending time here, playing with the animals, daydreaming, and watching the clouds, time truly seemed to slow down. We absolutely didn't want to leave.

Fortunately, I heard and blocked it in time. I believe it was not intentional and I hope it can be improved.

I've been so busy with work lately, and I really wanted to find a place to relax and unwind, so I decided to go on a solo trip to Dali. After comparing several B&Bs, I settled on this one. It felt like a dream trip back to the south of France. The hotel's white hues are predominantly white, with plenty of greenery inside. My room had a direct ocean view and a small balcony. The weather was perfect, so I sat on the balcony and enjoyed the hotel's thoughtful afternoon tea, which was incredibly relaxing. In the afternoon, I walked from the hotel to Erhai Lake. When I returned late that night, the housekeeper thoughtfully left the door open. The next day, they prepared a hearty breakfast tailored to my taste. Even though I was traveling alone, it gave me a strong sense of belonging. I'd definitely choose this hotel again if I had the chance. 💕

The hotel service is very good. In order to facilitate entry and exit and enhance the experience, a shuttle bus is specially arranged to pick up and carry luggage to reduce the fatigue of guests. It is very humane. It can also help plan the itinerary and respond to needs in time to solve problems. It is also very considerate to give souvenirs before leaving. The cafe downstairs is good. Drinking afternoon tea and enjoying the scenery of Erhai Lake is a great experience. Thumbs up for the hotel staff👍

The room was spotless and featured a smart toilet. The rooftop offered a wonderful view. Our host was incredibly helpful, even giving us some tea upon checkout. They also assisted us in arranging a shared shuttle service from Dali to Lijiang, which was very convenient as it picked us up directly from our Dali guesthouse and dropped us off at our Lijiang guesthouse.

This is genuinely a spacious, single-floor apartment with a prime river view. The only minor drawback is the slightly higher price during peak season. However, since the entire unit can accommodate up to 6 people, it offers excellent value for group trips. I would absolutely choose to stay here again if the opportunity arises.
