The hotel is situated in what appears to be the penthouse unit of a residential tower. Each of the rooms offers magnificent views of the Erhai Lake. In addition, you can also head up to the roof-top to soak in the views too. The service at the hotel is very good. We were contacted by the staff several days before to arrange for a pick-up from the high speed rail station and they would attend to every request that we make through them via WeChat, including arranging a driver for us. A Chinese breakfast is included every morning and you can do your laundry there too.

It was a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a beautiful view. All amenities were available, and the building felt extremely safe with secure access and security. The host was very friendly and responsive at all times. The price is excellent compared to others, and the location is great ..close to cafés and a nearby park. Highly recommended! 🌟

This guesthouse was recommended by a friend, and after staying for four days, we loved it so much we decided to extend our stay! The young men and women working there were fantastic, all very warm and helpful. They recommended great places to eat and fun activities, and even helped us avoid tourist traps. We were able to explore Dali in depth without much planning, thanks to them! We love taking photos, so we booked their scenic view room. The views were stunning, and the room itself was comfortable and clean. Housekeeping was very thorough during our stay. The room was well-equipped, especially the smart toilet which was super convenient, and the TV even had VIP access. Among all the places we stayed in Dali, this guesthouse was by far the most comfortable! The young man reminded us every day about breakfast, afternoon tea, and the goodnight sweet soup – such thoughtful service. They made different kinds of sweet soups for us daily, and in the evenings, we could even relax in the tearoom and chat with the young owner. It was absolutely delightful! The highlight of this guesthouse has to be the two Shiba Inus in the courtyard, one black and one yellow. They're so cute and lively. When we sat in the courtyard for a tea ceremony in the evenings, they would just lie obediently by our side! Cangshan Mountain is beautiful! Erhai Lake is romantic! This guesthouse is amazing! The dogs are well-behaved! The staff are so personable! And the environment is elegant! Highly recommended!

Hey there, I'm Uncle Ben, wandering around Yunnan Dali. **Location:** I looked at a lot of hotels in Dali and found this one. The location is indeed a bit out of the way, outside the ancient city, so you'll need navigation to find it. **Service:** Excellent! Throughout my stay, the staff's attitude in arranging things and helping me understand everything about the surroundings was superb. **Cleanliness:** The room was very clean. The hotel seems quite new, so the whole room felt great. The room they assigned me also had a view of the outside, essentially four floor-to-ceiling windows, and even a small balcony. It was really wonderful and beautiful. I'm Uncle Ben, a man from China who believes in kindness and charm, and I highly recommend this place.

Location was slightly further away from Dali train station (~1h by car). But no regrets booking this hotel because the service was very impressive, room was clean, many free gifts and amenities were really good. It was a shame that we were only there for 2 short nights. On our first day, we were greeted by the hotel staff with welcome fruits at the lobby. Even though we were assigned to the first floor, the sea views was nice. Room was very spacious and amenities were of good quality. The hair dryer was small, compact but strong and dries well. All towels and slippers are sterilised and individually packaged. We were pleasantly surprised by the AI bots 小度 and 小爱 who kept us informed and entertained. The room was warm during our stay in winter, with separate heaters for the room and shower! There’s also projector to keep us entertained although most shows were separately chargeable. Our room comes with free photography which is a plus. There’s a wide range of outfits to choose from, ranging from traditional clothing to the modern dresses and skirts. The washing machine and dryer at the rooftop were functional and the hotel staff was very patient and friendly in helping us to use it. Rooftop views were breathtaking as well. There’s gym equipments and massage chairs in the basement for use. Hotel kittens were really cute. We told the hotel staff we could not make it for breakfast as we had to catch a flight and the staff was really kind to prepare milk, a whole packet of bread and a bag of cherry tomatoes for us. We cant thank her enough for her kind gesture. We stayed at 3 different hotels throughout our trip and this hotel is the best one. Highly recommended!

I really picked the right place this time! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shangri-La. **Location:** Right by the East Gate of the Old Town, super convenient. We took the No. 16 bus from the high-speed rail station, got off at Old Town Commercial Street, and it was just a few minutes' walk. **Service:** The host's service was incredibly thoughtful. They prepared afternoon tea in advance with yogurt, butter tea, and pastries. In the evening, there was even a 'goodnight milk' with cookies. **Facilities:** ******* style, very unique. The room had an oxygen concentrator, humidifier, and a full set of toiletries. They even provided face masks and eye masks. There's also luggage storage. **Breakfast:** Photos P8 to P16 are all about breakfast – it was very rich and delicious!

This suite is absolutely stunning! Waking up in the master bedroom, the first thing you see is Erhai Lake with so many little ducks swimming around. The second bedroom is also incredibly spacious, with two single tatami beds, perfect for a family trip. The entire hotel courtyard is beautifully decorated; any spot makes for a perfect photo opportunity. The location is excellent too, right in the ancient city. If you walk straight down the street, there are many beautiful cafes and restaurants, all very picturesque~ The owner booked a free travel photography experience for us. The photographer was fantastic, and we ended up buying a few extra photos, haha~ We returned late after exploring, and the owner thoughtfully left afternoon tea in our room, along with handmade cakes that were delicious 😋 Breakfast was also lovely; the rice noodles were tasty, and the fruits were super crisp and sweet. The staff were all very enthusiastic and friendly. It was a wonderful experience overall~

Pullman Kunming Jingfang: Unexpected room upgrade, super pleasant surprise, and stunning lake views that were incredibly soothing! 📍Location & Overall Experience: The hotel's location is super convenient, making it easy to explore the city or visit nearby attractions. The lobby is elegantly decorated, and the fresh, pleasant scent immediately put me at ease, washing away all travel fatigue – the ambiance was just perfect! 🛏️Room & Hygiene: I booked a Superior King Room, but during check-in, the front desk agent, Judi, pleasantly surprised me with a complimentary upgrade to a Deluxe Lake View Room! The moment I opened the door, I was stunned. The huge floor-to-ceiling windows offered an unobstructed view of Erhai Lake, with its sparkling waters spread out before me. During the day, I watched the clouds drift by, and at night, I admired the starry sky – it was incredibly therapeutic. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with not a speck of dust in any corner. The bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and the double-pane soundproof windows blocked out all external noise, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The nightly turndown service was particularly thoughtful; staff carefully turned down the covers, placed slippers by the bed, and provided bottled water and a night light on the bedside table – truly attentive to every detail. When I needed a sewing kit in the middle of my stay, room service delivered it quickly, completely resolving my urgent need. 💁Service Highlights: I have to specifically commend Judi at the front desk! She made the check-in process efficient and fast, and proactively upgraded my room. She patiently introduced the hotel facilities and gave me tips for exploring Kunming. She meticulously answered all my numerous questions with enthusiasm and professionalism. From the moment the staff helped with my luggage upon arrival to the polite greetings from all service personnel throughout my stay, I felt a warm sense of being truly at home, and their service response time was incredibly fast. 🍽️Dining & Facilities: The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, covering both Chinese and Western options. There were authentic Yunnan snacks, fresh fruits and vegetables, made-to-order noodle stations, and exquisite desserts, all made with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors, satisfying a variety of tastes. During my leisure time, I experienced the hotel's spa service. The environment was serene and elegant, and the therapist's techniques were professional, thoroughly relieving my travel fatigue and leaving both my body and mind relaxed. The hardware facilities and service quality are impeccable, making it perfect for both leisure travel and business trips. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Kunming!

The garage offers free charging stations, and they even have their own independent parking lot. If you hand over your car keys at night, the front desk will charge your car for you. It's incredibly rare to find a guesthouse in Dali with both independent parking and charging stations. They also have their own restaurant with affordable prices and delicious food.

The highlight of this hotel is the breathtaking view from the room. The hotel ambience feels homey and comfortable. I rarely write reviews for my trips, but this hotel truly won my heart with its welcoming service and friendly receptionists. What surprised me the most was the hotel driver, Mr. Mars, who offered to take us to Dali Railway Station free of charge. As we needed to catch our train, he did his very best to get us there as quickly as possible. What an amazing and unforgettable service! Thank you, Mr. Mars..you truly made our day with your warm and thoughtful service.
