My colleagues and I booked 5 rooms and we were amazed by the service from the staff. We were allowed to check in early and check out late. Room was worth the money you pay and breakfast is also worth every penny. Dinner buffet provides so many options for food. I would definitely book this place again incase I visit Beihai again.

The hotel is located in the Sunshine Coast Community, with many shops nearby, and is very convenient for food, accommodation and transportation. I stayed in a sea-view twin room. The room was large, clean and sanitary. The room facilities were complete and the pillows and bedding were very comfortable. The beach opposite has lawns, trees and flowers, and it's very pleasant to stroll along the scenic boardwalk in the evening. I will visit again next time I come to Fangchenggang. Comparing several online stores, Ctrip’s prices are the most beautiful. Like Ctrip!

I stayed at Pearl for a couple of weeks while settling into a language school at Beihai. It's in an interesting part of town, close to both Beihai old street and the seafront, though a long way from the best beaches on the other side of the city if that's what you want. The room was great, spacious and well looked after. The staff were helpful and the public laundry station on the roof made life easier.

Had a really mixed stay at this Hotel. Only booked one night, with the option of extending, but decided against. My wife and I came on separated flight, with mine delayed over 5 hours. I arrived at 02:00 past midnight to check-in. First they the reception told me I’m in the wrong hotel. I had to proof my booking with them and the fact that my wife is already in the room. After some discussion they refused to check me in, but told me to call my wife to let me into the room. First, not checking in and registering a foreigner is against the law. Second, why should I wake up my sleeping wife at this late hours? After insisting on being checked in the process went fast and smoothly, which makes me wonder, why the discussions first? Room was spacious and clean. Nice view over the ocean. At the breakfast buffet we were greeted by hordes of waiters watching over a half empty buffet, at 09:30. Nearly no western food options and no cold cuts. After asking I was treated to a plate of two pieces of Camembert, hard cheese and some kind of milk cheese. Not the standard for a Sheraton breakfast. That’s also my final verdict. For this price and being a Sheraton Resort, it’s not up to the standards one would expect from a place with this name.

I stayed here with my girlfriend during the Chinese new year, and we loved it. The staff are super friendly and helpful, especially the boy who helped with our luggage and the restaurant staff, such as Wang Xiaomei who welcomed us each morning. The hotel is very close to the beach and lots of restaurants. The only problem I had, as with all HI hotels I’ve stayed in recently, is that the pillows are uncomfortable and need replacing, and the duvet is far too thick for the warm weather in Beihai. Also, they advertised on Ctrip that they have air conditioning, but it doesn’t work. Overall, a good stay though thanks to the staff.

The hotel has complete supporting facilities, including an independent beach, supporting entertainment, bowling, rock climbing, etc. The swimming pool has a slide, and the children had a lot of fun. The security guards are very responsible, and the entertainment staff are very professional and friendly. The management of the holiday is very good. The service of the hotel is very good, with a five-star service level, enthusiastic, proactive and professional. Special thanks to Xiao Zhang at the front desk for finding the lost umbrella, and to Sister Xu at the concierge for her enthusiastic service. The hotel exceeded expectations and has a five-star standard. Recommended!

The location is good. There are not many good hotels in Qinzhou itself. Renaissance is already a good choice. The hotel has complete facilities and the room is very large. It will be the first choice for business trips in the future.

After checking in, German beer was also presented to have a drink with friends in the starry sky bar. There is a direct access to the beach in the hotel park, which is very convenient to go to Beihai Silver Beach. There is also a special faucet for sand flushing when returning to the park. The hotel has a rich breakfast selection. The service staff asked us enthusiastically if we needed coffee, and there were seasonal fruits and rice noodles with Guangxi characteristics. The overall evaluation of Beihai Marriott Resort is excellent, suitable for vacation and slow life, and I will consider staying again next time.
