"Bringing the kids to Beihai and choosing this hotel was definitely the right decision. It's super close to Silver Beach, so the kids could go digging in the sand and catching seafood whenever they wanted. When they got tired, we could just head back to the room to rest, no time wasted on commuting. The room was clean and odor-free, and the whole floor was non-smoking, which is great for children. Breakfast had kid-friendly options, and they ate well. The front desk manager was excellent; they contacted us in advance to arrange a room upgrade and even extended our check-out time. They were always accommodating. We'll definitely stay here again next time we bring the kids!"

Location is very nice and quiet, far from the city center and from the crowds. The apartment is well equipped and is within a large compound near the Mangrove Park. There is a public bus connecting to the city, but a car is much more convenient. That area is recently developed, purely residential and sparsely occupied; therefore, few services are available on site. Luckily, there is a restaurant on the ground floor (owned or managed by the landlord of the apartment). A small food shop is also available. For check-in, it is better to contact the landlord in advance by mobile phone (he only speaks Chinese, but can be contacted through Wechat and is quite helpful). The confirmation sent by Trip mentions Room 205, but in fact it is 2205 (on the 22nd floor).

The location of the hotel is very good, there is a beach downstairs, and the transportation is also very convenient. It is about two or three kilometers away from Beihai Old Street. The beach is very lively at night~ There are people watching live broadcasts, dancing, and setting off fireworks 😊 The hotel has free parking spaces and the breakfast is okay.

An excellent stay experience. The hotel lobby is magnificent, and our room was a sea-view room, offering beautiful ocean views. The outdoor pool is large with circulating water, making it very comfortable and clean. The breakfast selection was incredibly diverse and delicious, making it hard to choose. All the staff were very friendly and polite.

We had such a wonderful stay at this apartment. The moment we stepped inside the apartment, we just felt like going back home. It’s spacious, bright and airy with a little kitchen and a big and beautiful balcony with a fantastic view. The owner/staff is so friendly and helpful. All of our requests will be handled swiftly. The apartment will be cleaned and restocked with all the necessities everyday. We booked for two nights but extended 5 more nights. That tells you how we like the apartment so much. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. Positive: excellent location near main entrance to Qiaogang Beach, a lot of cafes in hotel's vicinity, wonderful sandy beach, comfortable room with sea view and terrace. Negative: reception staff does not speak English, during check-in I was asked to sign some document\regulation in Chinese, but it is illegal to sign any document which You cannot read and understand. The main disappointment was breakfast, which is oriented only on China people; no tea, no coffee, no juice, only two types of milk and tepid water.

The location is excellent, right across from the beach, making it very convenient for families with children. The room is clean, has a balcony for drying clothes, and is fully equipped. Parking is convenient, and the receptionist, Xiao Jian, is very helpful and introduced nearby tourist attractions. It's great value for money; I'd extend my stay for two more days. Highly recommended!

The hotel is pretty good, offering great value for money. The lobby and facilities have a very down-to-earth feel, and for a 30-year-old hotel, it's remarkably well-maintained. The sea view from the room is beautiful, and there's a pool and beach. The nearby old street is very close, so the location and environment are both excellent. The service is also great; Lulu at the front desk arranged a very satisfying room and gave good recommendations for local food. Highly recommended!

The Crowne Plaza BEIHAI SILVER BEACH by IHG boasts a fantastic beachfront location with excellent views from the window. Guests staying here receive a complimentary 'Great Nation's Heavy Duty Equipment' experience voucher, which is quite interesting. During the day, it's very sunny, so you can enjoy playing table tennis or billiards at the hotel. In the evening, a swim in the sea is a wonderful experience. The hotel's breakfast is quite good, and the afternoon tea is also exquisite. The only drawback is the occasional noise from the bar at night, which usually stops around 10 PM. Overall, I slept quite well.

It was a great time to travel! The hotel's front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The butler service was a real plus; they sent WeChat messages with useful tips and information, which really helped us navigate and avoid any detours. We also got a free upgrade to a larger double room, which made our stay even more comfortable. The pool wasn't crowded, so we had a very pleasant swim. Overall, a great experience! And Beihai has so many delicious food options too.
