I extended my stay here because my flight back home was canceled. The entire process was hassle-free and in addition to that, I was gifted a christmas card from the hotel staff. House keeping came every three days because most workers we sick due to covid and the botel was short staffed. However, supplies like water, soap, etc were alaways available in a self service area for guests on the resident floors and if one needed extra assistance, someone was always availato offer assistance. My overall stay was wonderful and I hope to return soon!

We had such a wonderful stay at this apartment. The moment we stepped inside the apartment, we just felt like going back home. It’s spacious, bright and airy with a little kitchen and a big and beautiful balcony with a fantastic view. The owner/staff is so friendly and helpful. All of our requests will be handled swiftly. The apartment will be cleaned and restocked with all the necessities everyday. We booked for two nights but extended 5 more nights. That tells you how we like the apartment so much. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

5 minutes walk from the old street where you can enjoy a night walk. Lot of seafood restaurants, bars, and souvenir shops. The front desk is very nice and welcoming, offered us free breakfasts where you can find a really good variety of food. and added our wechat in case needed any help. If you go there Mr Yuan yuan shan at the front desk will surely make you feel like home. He is so freindly and helpful.

The reception staff is very helpful, although more English-speaking staff would be advisable as most of the staff does not speak English and it is a 5star hotel. I would like to mention Lisa who speaks English and was very helpful, providing useful information regarding hotel facilities, Covid test places and places of interest. Big up to Lisa! The breakfast buffet is okay, but the pastry choice is a bit limited and, generally, it feels that the hotel does not really cater for western guests (mainly Chinese dishes). The buffet lounge is full of light; it is very spacious and facing the seaside, which is great. However, the cleanliness can be improved as the tables and the floor were not cleaned quickly enough, and my table and the floor under it were greasy/dirty. The facilities are quite varied. The pools, gym, tennis court, steam room were used during my stay and they were in good condition. The steam room takes a long time to heat up though. The staff in the gym/swimming pool does not speak English at all. The table tennis room and some other facilities were under maintanace during our stay, so we did not use them. Overall, the hotel has more recreational facilities than most hotels. Well done! Regarding the location, the hotel is on the coast, but the sea is not swimmable there, so you can only enjoy the view. The hotels near the main Silver beach (for example, Crowne Plaza) are considerably more expensive (about 500rmb difference), so a 30-min taxi ride there (costs around 30 rmb one way) still makes the Furama hotel a much more economical option. The sea view from the rooms is very nice! Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and a late checkout was highly appreciated! My rating of the hotel is 4.5.

My friends and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza for one night while transitioning to Guilin. The hotel was in a good location next to the beach, and we were happy to have good rooms overlooking the sea view. For dinner, I went to the Chinese restaurant at the hotel, and they had excellent service and food (the beef fried rice is a must to have). The breakfast in the morning was great, with a wide range of options available. It would have been nice for the lounge to extend its opening times as they close quite early, and we could not access it. Overall, we had a good stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beihai.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the sea, about 3 minutes away from Silver Beach. We booked this hotel specifically, but the weather was not good. It was cloudy and we couldn't take pictures of the sea. The second-floor platform is beautiful. The table in the room is a bit small. There is no place to put the suitcases for two people, and there is no place to hang towels next to the sink. In addition, the disposable slippers are not of good quality and cannot be worn. The front desk service is good. I left early and they helped me check out of the room. It is not very convenient to eat nearby. There are not many restaurants. We went to Nanning Food Street near the hotel to eat seafood on the first day and were ripped off!

The room was clean and tidy, the whole design was full of natural atmosphere, the furniture was made of old wood, although it was a tropical seaside, but the entire hotel was very good at deworming. When we came, it rained for two days, and the children played in the indoor swimming pool. There is a sky garden behind the second floor, you can take pictures, walk is very convenient, really integrate the accommodation into the natural environment, also in line with the meaning of the hotel name. Breakfast is also OK, fruit, bag point, fried rice, fried rice, three kinds of vegetables, soy milk, two kinds of porridge, and rice noodles, children can also eat breakfast for free. Overall very satisfied.

You can see the sea directly from the hotel, but the weather is not good and it is foggy and you can't see clearly. The hotel has complete facilities and you can go to the rooftop to dry clothes. The front desk lady is very enthusiastic and patient. When we arrived, the room was not cleaned yet, so we were upgraded to a sunny sea view room. Thank you 🙏 I will stay here again if I have the chance to come next time.

The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, and it was very close to the seaside. Xiao Li at the front desk was very kind and friendly and the service was excellent. A very satisfying accommodation experience. The hotel manager contacted me in advance and arranged the room before check-in. The reserved family suite is in Building 7. The manager also thoughtfully provided the newly renovated double room with sea view in Building 1 as an alternative. After comparison, I chose the family suite in Building 7. It feels like home and has a good sea view. The balcony is very large and looks exactly like the picture. Because we avoided the National Day rush hour, there were not many people staying in the hotel when we arrived. We had a private swimming pool and it was great for taking photos. Special thanks to Manager Lao for his considerate service. The hotel has a free sightseeing bus, which can be used in the villa. The hotel is in Guantouling, which is far from the city. If you mind the inconvenience of traveling, rent a car in advance. It is not expensive to rent a Hongqi tram in Beihai. Just make sure to charge it when returning the car. You can charge it in the Sheraton underground garage next to it, which is very convenient. The hotel is suitable for people who like a quieter and more comfortable environment. They can enjoy private time away from the hustle and bustle. The reef beach downstairs is also great for taking pictures.
