This is my fourth time staying at this hotel, and it's so close to Gulangyu Island! I really love this trendy, light-luxury hotel managed by IHG. I brought my parents back to relive some memories, and we stayed in a sea-view room, which they absolutely loved. With Christmas approaching, the festive atmosphere is really strong. The room even has a charming cartoon-style design, showing a lot of thought and care. It's clean, tidy, and has a great overall vibe. As for the location, if you turn right and then immediately right again behind the hotel, you'll find a row of excellent, unique small restaurants with affordable prices and a wide variety of dishes. It's really good!

Full marks, highly recommended! This hidden gem of a hotel truly impressed me with the owner's attentiveness! This stay far exceeded my expectations, and I absolutely have to praise this place! First off, the cleanliness was impeccable. As soon as I entered the room, it felt fresh and comfortable. The bedsheets and duvet covers were spotless, odorless, and soft to the touch. The toilet and shower glass in the bathroom were sparkling clean with no water stains, and I felt completely at ease walking barefoot on the floor. What truly warmed my heart was the owner's service. From check-in, they greeted me warmly, proactively recommended nearby restaurants and attractions, and were smiling throughout, instantly dispelling my travel fatigue. When a small issue arose in the room, I contacted the owner, and they personally rushed over immediately, quickly and efficiently resolving the problem. They even kept checking if it had affected my stay – that level of responsibility is truly rare. There was no perfunctoriness or delay throughout my stay; you can really feel that the owner genuinely cares for every guest. Whether for leisure or business, I highly recommend this place. I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in town!

I had a great stay in this property, got the room for a very affordable price, the location is very accessible to all, there is a mall, coffee shop, restaurant and convenience store downstairs and also the room had a nice view. The host is very accommodating, they have a cleaning service everyday and most importantly for me is the cleanliness of the room, the room is well maintained that's why i felt comfortable on my entire stay. The hotel's location is strategic, but the hotel address must be carefully considered, because it is on the 20th floor. The reference point is the Mercure Hotel, the building next to it goes up to elevator 20. The hotel staff are very nice, helping when I left my phone in the taxi. They helped contact the police and used their phones many times and are also very caring and helpful.

In the past year I have been to many hotels, all over China. This hotel is one of the best ones. We were staying in the Executive Room - Sea-View and our experience was marvelous. The 24th floor room has amazing views, just a stone's throw away from Gulangyu island. The hotel itself is high end, a real 5 stars hotel in every aspect, including the excellent gym. I recommend you to book one of the executive rooms because you will get access to the Executive Lounge which allows you to enjoy delicious food and beverages all day long while accompanied by very few other guests. The executive lounge made our stay even more enjoyable and unforgettable. Of course I should mention the prime location of the hotel: a short walk away from the metro station and Lujiang night Cruise pier. There's no doubt that if I visit Xiamen again I will return to Swiss Grand.

The bathroom had a dry-wet separation, and the mirror even had a fill light, making it convenient for makeup application and for two people to get ready simultaneously without feeling cramped – thoughtful and practical. What truly surprised us was the romantic service. We had mentioned to the front desk beforehand that we wanted a simple setup, and upon opening the door, we found roses and petals on the bed. The atmosphere was instantly captivating, and my partner was so moved they hugged me. This personalized romantic touch really hit home. The hotel's location is a tranquil oasis amidst a bustling area; it's a ten-minute walk to the commercial district, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and catching a movie. Coming back to the room at night, the mini-bar had free drinks readily available, making it incredibly cozy to snuggle on the sofa and watch a show. The service was impeccable! The front desk patiently helped us understand the room types and even proactively recommended great local date spots, explaining the routes clearly. When we checked in and mentioned we were a couple, we not only received a late check-out benefit, but the cleaning staff also thoughtfully avoided us when they saw the ”Do Not Disturb” sign, ensuring our private time was completely undisturbed. This stay not only made us comfortable but also significantly deepened our connection. There were no deliberate gimmicks, just genuine, sweet details. We'll definitely choose this place for our next date; we want to experience all the themed rooms! I wholeheartedly recommend it to couples looking for a romantic time together – you can't go wrong!

Highly recommend! This time we stayed in a family tatami room, which the kids absolutely loved. It was very spacious and comfortable, and the overall experience was excellent. The room itself was unique, wide, clean, tidy, and odor-free, with complete facilities. We were very comfortable there, and they even provided welcome fruits and snacks. What made this stay truly special was that it was my child's birthday. I had noted this in advance, asking if they could help with some birthday decorations. To my surprise, the room was already decorated upon check-in, which thrilled my child! On the birthday itself, they even provided a birthday cake and card, showing incredible sincerity and really making it a memorable surprise. Since we were returning from abroad, we had a lot of luggage. When we were leaving, several staff members and the manager came out to help us, and every cleaning staff member we encountered was incredibly warm and thoughtful. The service attitude was impeccable! We will definitely choose this hotel again next time. It's truly a hidden gem ❤️

The room is very good and suitable for family travel. It is clean and hygienic. The beach is opposite the window and the location is excellent. The most important thing is that the boss is very enthusiastic. After picking us up at the airport, he first settled us in, then took us to the town for delicious food and treated us to ice rice. Before leaving, he told us to contact him to pick us up after shopping and eating. I like this beautiful city and this enthusiastic boss. I will choose this next time I come.

The front desk service was excellent. They upgraded our room directly during check-in. The room itself was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The location is also very convenient for getting around, being very close to Metro Line 1. Our overall stay was very comfortable. After checking out, I left something in the room, and the front desk called me and kept the item safe. Many thanks!
