Clean and good location. It's my first time in Osaka. Mostly I just walk to most of the tourist spots. There are multiple train stations within walking distance. Also, the best is that, the limousine bus from the airport does make a stop nearby this hotel. The room is spacious. Multiple convenience stores around. The 7 Eleven is just right next to the hotel. Awesome. Highly recommend.

The room was nice and quite clean. If you like quiet and want to be far from the elevator, make sure to tell the front desk, and they'll arrange it for you. Then, you just need to select a few buttons at the self-service machine.
The transportation is incredibly convenient. I came here for a few day trips, and their parking is right across from the hotel. The location is excellent, with Shinsaibashi right to the right. It's a bit of a walk to Namba Station, but otherwise, everything was perfect. It was also reasonably clean.

If your Japanese isn't great but you're looking for excellent, value-for-money hotel service, then this is the place for you. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful; once they realize you're a foreign guest, they'll communicate with you in fluent English to ensure quick and convenient service. I didn't opt for breakfast here (there are plenty of cafes and eateries right next door, as it's Shinsaibashi after all, plus the hotel itself offers afternoon tea), so I can't comment on that. The lobby is beautifully decorated in a classic, European style. Good news – it's right next to a subway station. However, depending on the specific exit you need or if you're carrying luggage, you might still have a bit of a walk to certain lines or the street level.
Let's talk about the room itself. First off, there's air conditioning, which is a big plus as it ensures consistent temperature control, preventing any hot or cold spots. Secondly, there's no smart card system for electricity, so remember to turn off your appliances when you leave the room. What really deserves praise are the beds. While the facilities might feel a little dated, the mattresses are incredibly comfortable, easily making up for any minor shortcomings in the details of the room. All in all, if you're tired from exploring Shinsaibashi, this hotel is a great option. And don't forget to check out the underground shopping arcade at the subway station – it's also worth a stroll!

The hotel is located in the business district, just a short walk from the subway station. I did my research beforehand, so I knew that check-in was upstairs. There are plenty of restaurant choices nearby, and some famous local ramen places have a much better ambiance than those in Shinsaibashi. The only drawback is that the room was a bit small, but it was clean and the soundproofing was decent.

The hotel room was quite spacious for Japanese standards, and it was a convenient walk to the subway station. The TV in the room wasn't directly facing the bed, but rather the sofa side. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and I'd recommend it for travelers. The cleanliness was excellent, and both check-in and check-out were very smooth. They even deliver all your luggage to your room, so the service is fantastic.

The room design was modern and minimalist, making excellent use of the space, and it was spotless. My only minor complaint was that the air conditioning unit was a bit noisy, which unfortunately led to a restless first night. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor lounge on the ground floor. The Western-style set breakfast was also quite delicious. Overall, I was very satisfied with this hotel.
I highly recommend opting for the Executive Twin Room. The size and layout are much more suitable and comfortable. The standard room feels a bit lacking, haha. 😂 A big thanks to the Trip.com customer service for helping communicate with the hotel and resolving my issue!

The hotel's design is very stylish; I loved the ambiance as soon as I walked in. The room was clean and tidy. The location is also super convenient, just a ten-minute walk to the bustling commercial area, making shopping very easy. Overall, it was a great experience!

The hotel's location is quite good, not far from the Shinsaibashi shopping district and Dotonbori, and closest to Nagahoribashi subway station. Aside from the slightly small bathroom, the room wasn't too cramped. The breakfast was pretty good for the price. For a two-day trip, I highly recommend considering the Osaka Amazing Pass, which offers free subway rides and entry to nearly 40 attractions (Osaka Castle Park + cruise, Tempozan Ferris Wheel + cruise, Tsutenkaku Tower, etc.).

Our stay at DEL style Osaka Shinsaibashi by Daiwa Roynet Hotels during our Osaka trip exceeded my expectations. The location is a huge plus, being very close to Shinsaibashi and Nagahoribashi. It’s within walking distance of Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street and Dotonbori, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient – no need for special route planning, just explore as you go. Coming back to the hotel at night after exploring wasn't tiring at all, which is perfect for independent travelers.
What really stood out to me was having Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk, which made communication incredibly smooth. Whether it was checking in, asking about transportation, or simply confirming details, being able to converse in Chinese was very reassuring. Their attitude was natural and approachable, which is a significant advantage for Chinese-speaking guests. Both check-in and check-out were very efficient.
The room itself had a simple, modern design. For Osaka city standards, the size was acceptable; we could open our suitcases without feeling cramped. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed had just the right firmness, though the pillows weren't very comfortable. Soundproofing was good; we barely heard any outside noise at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the water pressure and temperature were consistent, making for a relaxing shower.
We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on the food, but there are countless options nearby – convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants are abundant, so finding something for breakfast in the morning was never an issue. The hotel's overall style feels young and modern, not like a traditional, old-fashioned business hotel. The common areas were clean and refreshing, creating a very pleasant atmosphere.
Overall, DEL style Osaka Shinsaibashi offers a practical yet quality experience. Its excellent location, comfortable rooms, and the added bonus of Chinese-speaking front desk staff make it highly suitable for first-time visitors to Osaka or those looking for a hassle-free stay. If I return to Osaka and my itinerary focuses on the Shinsaibashi area, this hotel will definitely be a top choice again.

Very Good
NNutchanonThe hotel is very spacious, about 15 minutes walk from Ishizugawa Station. The area around the hotel is quite dark at night, a bit scary, but there are restaurants, McDonald's, Lawson and 7-11. Walking near the station, there is a Family Mart. Under the station, there is a Watt100 shop where you can buy snacks and other necessities. There is also a bus near the station, so you can get out and see it right away. But I was a bit upset because I couldn't find a bicycle to rent around there, so I had to walk. The train to Namba takes about 30 minutes.
YYueyexiaomiThe room rate is high, and the facilities are of an old-fashioned style, but overall it is good, and everything is available.
Comes with breakfast and light meals (can be considered dinner or midnight snack, and comes with a free drink with alcohol)
Breakfast and dinner are ordered through the TV, and then the staff will deliver them to the room. You can refer to the pictures for what you ate these days.
We stayed for three days, and no waiter took the initiative to clean, change towels, or replenish supplies. I went to the service desk on the first floor to report that it needed to be cleaned, and an aunt on the first floor replied that it had not been cleaned. Well, but my colleague and I have booked it. She said that we can leave the key at the front desk and tell the time to come back, and there will be cleaning.
The tableware will not be collected after eating, nor will it be told how to deal with it.
In short, this service model and attitude vary from person to person, and the feeling is very bad. This is the worst service hotel I have stayed in Japan. If you don't want to receive Chinese people, don't sell to China, thank you.
