Romantic Hotels in Tuscany, Italy

This hotel we booked on short notice was such a pleasant surprise. The whole hotel is like a big manor, it feels like traveling back in time and living in a palace. We initially booked a suite with a garden, but because the duplex was inconvenient, we later changed to a villa suite. We had to book a villa suite, it was so beautiful and different. Although the room change cost an extra 100 euros, it was worth it!

Our Italian trip was really special and full of positive surprises until this time. When we arrived in Pietra del Cabreo, we were surprised again. The entire team with Matti, Farida, Michele, Leonardo and Matteo has taken care of us for seven days, nd let us enjoy this special Italian type of hospitality around the clock that gives you the feeling, being really home. The house is surrounded by a unique nature, with incredible views of the typical, Toscane landscape. Surrounded by the vines of the great Chardonnays Pietra del Cabreo you enjoy a time of really special nature. Tiziano, thanks for tasted us these great wines at the ProWine in Düsseldorf - so convincing, that we wanted to experience all this live! Thank you very much, for this great, very special week! 🫶🏼

During the first 15 days of this winter vacation in Europe, I chose a hotel to stay for the convenience of breakfast. When I arrived in Tuscany, I was driving by car, so I had more freedom of choice. I walked nearby and saw the beautiful environment, so I decided to move in. The single-family house was very clean and very warm! The twin room has two military steel wire beds, but the bedding is clean, because I only stayed for one night and wanted to make a transition.

I stayed at the hotel for only one night, but I wish I could have stayed for a bit longer to properly enjoy it. I didn't have high expectations because of the mixed reviews online. However, when I arrived, what I found was friendly and helpful staff, and great rooms. I guess I really wasn't expecting much, so was impressed by everything. The room had everything I needed, even free water and coffee. I wish there was an iron in the hotel though, but not all hotels have irons in the rooms, understandable. The shower had a ”water spent” device installed onto it which gave me anxiety because I realised I spent too much water just by trying to figure how the shower works (which one is hot/cold? etc). I liked the vibe of the hotel bar, and loved that the hotel's front garden was closed at night, only way in was by using your room key, which I guess is for safety reasons. Wish I had enough time to swim in the pool, it looked very clean. The bar had a wonderful vibe. The lifts are a bit confusing and very slow for year 2024. But I'm not sure that can be fixed without a massive investment. Would make the guests a lot happier though. Overall, I would use this hotel again for my next stay in Florence. And that says something, because I usually like to change hotels and don't tend to stay at the same place twice.

the hotel is clean, modern and has good location as the tram is right outside. everything was great except that all my jewellery were stolen while i left my room to roam around the city. all my jewellery was worth at least Eur 3,000. i left them in a box which was placed in my luggage since there was no safe in my room. but when i came back to the room after a whole day out, all the jewellery were gone. the hotel managers were helpful initially, saying they would investigate and compensate me for my loss. but after i gave them all the receipts and credit card transactions of those items which were stolen from me, the managers just ignored my emails despite me trying to ask them for any updates on the progress of my case. at the very least, they could show me the cctv and allowed me to talk to the cleaner/staffs entering my room while i was away but that didn’t happen. i dont even know what is going on now that im already back to my home country, and the hotel did not even bother to update me anything even though they promised to investigate and compensate. hopefully, someone fm the hotel could see this and get back to me please! im honestly traumatised, nvr expected that my stuffs could be stolen right inside my room in a reputable hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton in Sienna, and my experience was nothing short of excellent. The service provided by the staff was impeccable, from the moment I checked in to the time I checked out. The facilities were top-notch, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The room exceeded my expectations, providing a cozy retreat with all the amenities one could desire. Very satisfied hotel, good breakfast, very quiet, the surrounding environment is very good, the room has a living room, and the overall is very large, very recommended.

The hotel is a bit old as a whole, the rooms and facilities are old, there are many mosquitoes in summer, the hotel mosquito repellent is not good, and all the bites on the legs during dinner time are all

Let me talk about the advantages. The room is impeccable from design and decoration to experience. The area facilities are very good. I can give 6 points. Even I think the photos taken by the owner are not as good as the real thing in the room. Very beautiful, very warm, very design, very dry cleaning. Net, I would like to come back to Florence for this beautiful room. There is a double bathtub, massage, terrace, drinking and eating. There is also a sauna. I saw the first time in the hotel room with a sauna. Although I didn’t use it, everything in the room was perfect. Hotel The building has a very old elevator that needs to be operated manually. But but the disadvantage 1 is not in the special city center. It is about 2 kilometers away from the scenic spot. It still needs to walk after the tour. If the weather is very hot or not very good, people (such as me) will be a little unable to walk and there is a c1 bus nearby to the scenic spot. You don't want to wait an hour, don't sit! ! Its timetable is a joke. You never know if this car will come and when it will come, but I am willing to live a little farther for a beautiful room. It is worth it. Disadvantage 2 is a bit unpleasant for me because although it is listed in the hotel list, it is actually a homestay, so there is no problem with the front desk. I can contact the landlord by email. However, although he can write, he can contact at any time, but after contacting, he will not immediately return to the first night of the stay. There was no hot water when I took a shower in the room. I sent an email to the landlord the next day. Until the last day, I checked out and left. He didn't reply to me. He even sent an email to remind me to check out on time. I didn't help me solve the hot water problem! If it weren't for coming back to rest at noon, I just met the cleaning aunt and asked her to help me solve it. I didn't have hot water to take a bath the next day, so once I encountered a problem, because there is no front desk, it may be impossible to solve it... In addition to this, everything else is perfect. The nearby cafe recommended by the landlord is also delicious. By the way, the Chinese Embassy is also nearby. The security is full.

The feeling of going home, the breakfast is very rich and delicious, the Klemans are very warm and friendly, the room is very clean and comfortable, next time you have to stay for a week!
