Don't book a family suite with a balcony. The room description says it has 2 bedrooms and 1 living room, which can accommodate 5 people. In reality, this room type is just two standard rooms connected externally, and the so-called ”1 living room” is actually just a small entrance outside the room, about 1 square meter. The fifth person does not live in the living room, but on the bench against the wall in the room, which is about 60 cm wide. Even a sleeping child may roll down. The room is very small and there is no way to add an extra bed. On the contrary, other standard rooms in the hotel are larger than this suite. I negotiated with the hotel through Ctrip, but Ctrip also booked the hotel through an agent and had no right to influence the hotel's decision. The hotel manager also asked me to go to the front desk and discuss with his staff. So the hotel raised the price and bypassed Ctrip. It charged me the same fee as Ctrip for adding a room to accommodate five adults. The total price of the hotel booking 2 rooms for 5 people on the same day was more than 10,000 yuan cheaper than the price of one room in the family suite I originally booked. This is simply the biggest humiliation for people like me who plan ahead, book in advance, and follow the rules😤The only two advantages of this hotel are: 1. It is very close to the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps, 3 minutes and 8 minutes walk respectively, and 2. The hotel is very new, but the design is not reasonable. This kind of small commercial hotel is actually more like a larger B&B. The design and layout of the room are not standard and do not guarantee the most basic functions (there is no door in the shower room, and the water will flood when taking a shower, which is very unsafe). It is not suitable for families. Finally, my suggestion is to stay in international chain hotels as much as possible. It may be in a good location or old, but they have the most basic management standards. Although there are certain differences between countries, there is still a minimum bottom line. If you book a cancelable room on Ctrip, please be sure to search for the real-time price of the same time and room type before the latest cancellation date. If it is lower than the price you booked, remember to cancel the original reservation and rebook, otherwise you will lose a lot like me😢

The room is very close to the Vatican. There are also buses for ten minutes. This is a complete set of apartments that have been changed to single rooms. The facilities are quite new. There is a front desk. If you arrive after six o'clock, you must email in advance to confirm the self-check-in method. There are more food downstairs, it is recommended that the self-service cafeteria not far away is cheap and fresh, and the front desk brother also eats.

Our two couples lived in a two-bedroom suite, each room had a separate bathroom, and there was a living room in the middle of the two rooms. The equipment was very complete and the breakfast could be delivered to the door. The decoration style is very simple, but very clean. The fountain is not far from the hotel, and there are some restaurants and pubs around, which are particularly safe.

Quality, cleanliness and availability beyond my expectations, although we booked with only one day in advance we were welcomed as usual customers, the reception was perfect in organizing and managing our Check-in in advance. This is a beautiful and clean room, a friendly, professional and careful staff. I stayed for nearly 4,000 nights and didn't give two bottles of water. I also took it!

Special praise for the bathroom, it is very big and spacious! Needless to say about the location, it takes 2 minutes to reach Plaza de España and 20 minutes to the Colosseum! The service is also great. First of all, the service attitude. The three waiters in succession were all very nice and enthusiastic! The second is the service quality. The room is cleaned every day and is very clean; the breakfast is freshly made and tastes good! We booked two nights because we had to catch an early flight one day and couldn't catch their normal breakfast time (8 o'clock). The little girl helped us prepare the next day's breakfast a day in advance and put it in our room (last picture).

Luggage storage service is provided. It is very comfortable and clean. It is located near Piazza Bellini and the subway. The transportation is convenient. You can walk to the main attractions in Rome, Piazza di Spagna, Trevi Fountain, and the Pantheon. Recommended accommodation.

It took about 20 minutes to contact and open the door. There was no cleaning during the stay. Everything came by yourself. The sound insulation of the room by the road was relatively poor. Others were OK.
