Hotel is located in san juan , I booked XL room with no view with breakfast , dinner can booked in the reception it cost less . So everything was ok

For what I needed, the hotel had a great location. The staff was very friendly. There is a cafe just outside for any need. The room was spacious and clean.

Desde el primer momento la experiencia fue inmejorable: las instalaciones son espectaculares, la habitación estaba impecable y la relación calidad-precio nos sorprendió gratamente. Tuvieron además un precioso detalle por nuestro aniversario, algo que marcó la diferencia y nos hizo sentir realmente especiales. El buffet de desayuno merece una mención aparte: sin duda, el mejor que hemos probado en nuestra vida. La variedad, la calidad de los productos y el cuidado en la presentación lo convierten en una experiencia única para comenzar el día. Recomendamos este hotel al 100%, tanto para una escapada romántica como para disfrutar de unos días de descanso. Un lugar lleno de encanto que sin duda repetiremos.

I have stayed here several times, and the hotel is as good as always. This time I had more luggage, and I was going to other cities and then back. The hotel stored my luggage for free, which was very helpful. I recommend everyone to stay in this hotel when they come to Valencia.

The hotel is very comfortable and relaxing. The restaurant is amazing and I recommend eating in the. We ordered potatoes, cocktail coke and fideua patata seeds and was a whole show.

Todo genial, la ubicación, el personal, el desayuno. El único pero que había muchas avispas y moscas en la piscina, además del ruido en la finca colindante. La ducha un poco pequeña también Aún así muy recomendable

Esperaba estar en un hotel bueno, comodo y agradable y he encontrado todo eso y mas cosas. Entre esas mas cosas un restaurante con una carta y una cocina muy buena y muy superior a lo que esperaba.

El personal muy amable. Las instalaciones están muy bien. La piscina tiene unas vistas increíbles a la laguna rosa. Hay cerca un Mercadona. Puedes ir andando.

We had our bag stolen on the last night. The police were very unhelpful. We were left with no phones or money or bank cards. The hotel staff helped us contact relatives at home so we could have our flight details home sent to us. Also relatives paid the hotel directly and they arranged lunch, taxi to the airport and assistance with the police forms. Could not have been more grateful. Our 10 night stay had been wonderful up to this point, and the staff made sure that we were ok and did not worry. Would definitely recommend this hotel for location and cleanliness and staff attitude.
