Romantic Hotels in Sichuan, China

This is a decent budget hotel with clean room & bathroom to sleep after all day out visiting/shopping. Front desk is informative. If your back facing the hotel, on your left walk straight down on the main road for 10-12 mins until you see to landmark of Panda crawling backside on the top of IFS, Chengdu. Cross the road if go IFS; dont cross the road if you want to shop at Chunxi Street. Taiko Li is behind IFS or Silver Building. The streets are bustling with people, shops/merchandise, buildings with wonderful neon lightings that surely worth your social media posts. Opposite Panda landmark is the 24hrs shuttle bus stop that goes to Tianfu Airport, vice versa at RMB15 one way. Alternatively if you have heavy luggages you can take a 1 hr cab ride to Tianfu via highway around RMB210. Plan 3 hours ahead your flight if you plan to shop in duty free. There are convenient store on your left, boutique and fruit store on right. There is a local tour shop at the hotel lobby. Any day trip arrangements to Panda Research Center, Sanxingdui Museum, Leshan, Jiuzhaigao, Er Mei Shan, Pingle Ancient Town/Tiantai Mountain, etc are available, reasonably priced, accommodating and friendly to foreign tourists. Suggestion: Extra portable heater to be available as the heater can blow and reach bed area only ya; the corner room is big and spacious. Bathroom and sofa area were cold at night.

We have been staying here each time we transit from Chengdu to other sichuan scenic areas, all these while it has been pleasant and we like this hotel very much, however not this time. After we checked in yesterday we were informed that hotel will shut off power ENTIRELY from 12.30am to 5.30am for it’s maintenance/repair, means no heating aircon, no hot water , no light, lift not working basically no electricity for 5 hours. What frustrated me was hotel should notify us prior to booking or check in and offer refund as we are so tired from our back packing and all we want is to sleep in the warm comforting room. Instead we were notified after we have checked in. At least hotel should have offer some compensation like a free breakfast which I believe it won’t cost them much… disappointing big disappointment with the management. I must say that the staff are good with their service but not the management

The location and facilities were good, easy to didi everywhere, the closest metro is like 10 mins walking distance. The room was also really nice and standard, just like the photos. You can actually get a room with a view and not something facing another building, wall or some tiny square. The service was also good, the staff are very willing to help! 029

Hotel location is very strategic; it is located in between jiuzhaigou sceneric area and Pengfeng Village. On its right side is Jiuzhaigou Sceneric Area entrance (max 10 mins walk) and on its left side Pengfeng Village (600 m away). For those who are unware, Pengfeng Village is the dropping point of Jiuyue bus service that drove passengers from Jiuzhaigou Railway station to Jiuzhaigou Sceneric Area. The room itself is spacious, warm, with good setting of hot-cold water. The hotel can also help to arrange back-forth transportation going to Huanglong Park & Songpan; and connects guests with private sharing mini van service for a more relax - comfortable trip back to the railway station. The cons for staying in the hotel , however, were : 1. My room wasn't cleaned properly for consecutively 2 nights out of 4 nights of staying. 2. Few front desk officers communication skills need an upgrade, esp when talking to foreign guests. A clearer & more transparent communication from front desk will be appreciated to avoid potential unpleasant miss-understandings. 3. One of the paid car drivers, which hotel connects me with for return trip from Huanglong Park, tries to violate time agreement I had with front desk hotel, which ending upsets me. Later though,, when I addressed my complaints directly to the hotel, they stepped up and quickly addressed the issues; both to room division & car service companies. And (together with the new driver), tried to make the rest of my stay & trip back to railway station as comfortable as possible. Just like what any IHSG group hotels would do. I have always prefered IHSG group hotel. And hence, though my issues were taken care of, I still think it was unfortunate to have gone through such experiences with a big brand. I also hope hotel can prevent the same issues from happening to other guests onwards. Because aside from those issues, the hotel is a good choice of staying.

The location is very convenient and I found that the staff in the hotel is very helpful😭 they give a free upgrade room for us, thanks to 笨嵩嵩 who helps us to check in, all the staff here is very helpful and friendly. The hotel located at the most lively area in Chengdu, is a night market and a lot of bar downstairs, is not far to Taiguli and Chunxi road too. I have a nice stay here, they clean and change our towel everyday🥺 I enjoyed my trip and fall in love with Chengdu🥺 Higly recommended this hotel! Thanks for all the help, I will stay in here again if I go to Chengdu again! P.S: I forgot to take picture about the hotel but definitely a nice stay I swear 🥺

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly clean and spacious, making it a comfortable place to relax after a long day of exploring. The service was outstanding—the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The location couldn’t be better! It’s super close to Chunxi Road and the train station, making it easy to get around the city with no hassle. Whether you’re in Chengdu for shopping, sightseeing, or just passing through, this hotel is in the perfect spot. I highly recommend staying here if you want convenience, comfort, and top-notch service!

It was great living in this hotel, as the staff are super friendly and the rooms are comfortable and has everything you need for travel. They even prepare the baby slipper and toothbrush set for my 3 year old. My baby had an food reaction last night and vomited on the bed past midnight. I called the front desk and they immediately changed my room and promised to clean my original room first thing in the morning so that I don't need to move all my belongings at midnight with a sick baby. Thank you so much for everything. Breakfast is also wonderful, definitely a 5-five review for this one.

Location is very convenient, beside Taikooli 2mins walk. Only not very good is low floor. Downstairs a bit lounder u can hear, at night cannot sleep well. If for bery light sleeper I don’t recommend. If like to go clubbing or bar is very convenient. Beside that have very famous club 空瓶子。

My mum and I had a very comfy stay. The service was good and staff were friendly. When we entered the room, we were welcomed by a panda teddy as a gift and a plate of fruits. Ther'es also a washing machine in the room which was very useful for us. The restaurant offers buffet breakfast and lunch and the view is very nice. The location of the hotel is very good too, with many local eateries and street vendors nearby. Overall, we're very satisfied with the stay and would love to come back again!

Niccolo Chengdu has the most amazing staff. Thanks to Aaron, Kurt, Jim, and another beautiful lady staff with a fashionable bob haircut, we had a truly pleasant stay in Chengdu. The staff team was very helpful and super friendly. The location is absolutely perfect. It's right inside the expansive and luxurious IFS shopping center, conveniently above the subway, and just opposite Taikoo Li. Our 3 boys liked the hotel rooms, which were clean, spacious and modern.

”A very cost-effective hotel! It is very close to the Bipenggou Scenic Area, just a few minutes away. Not only is the price affordable, but the quality is also quite good. The room is spacious, bright and well ventilated. It is definitely worth a try.” We lived on the third floor, and the hot spring was also on the third floor, which was very convenient for friends with children. There was a bonfire party downstairs, yak beef soup pot, and barbecue (๑•̀ω•́๑)🍢 The children also like to eat it very much🥰 Like👍🏻

Just in walking distance to Changpinggou gate  which is great who will have a plan for Changpinggou. The room is big and warm. The floor comes with heater so it is very good to warm your body in freezing temperature outside.  The hotel staff helps you to call the local taxi, 15 yuan per ride/person to Shuanquigou gate. The hotel also provide a simple local breakfast with a goos taste.

Overall, it is quite satisfactory, and the price-performance ratio is good. There are no big chain brands to choose from in Siguniang Mountain, and hotel reservations are blind boxes. Of course, the price and quality are definitely better. Advantages: The location is conveniently located within walking distance from the ticket gate of Changpinggou Scenic Area. The pumpkin porridge and yellow noodle buns for breakfast are delicious. Arrived two hours in advance to arrange check-in. There is hot water with rhodiola rosea available at the front desk, and a foot bath bucket is provided. Disadvantages: The room is very, very small, and the bed is placed against the wall. The bathroom is especially small. Although you should take a shower as little as possible on the plateau, this bathroom is so small that you shake your head. There is basically no service, and the amount of paper towels in the room is just enough. The bath towels don't look very clean, and it is recommended to improve it.

The whole staff at the reception was very benevolent. Compared to the chosen level of the room, I expected more cleanliness. The comfortable bedding smelled like cigarettes. Breakfast was served to us in the room, it lacked a second stool to be comfortable. So I can't comment on the breakfast buffet. I also don't know if the reception staff speaks English. The entrance to the valley is less than a 10-minute walk away. The hotel is located near restaurants.

The pin on the map (ours) is not the location of the hotel. The hotel is opposite the pin. It is on the same curve up and down the road. The room is clean, ok, not very soundproof. There is a heater on the floor, warm blanket, no elevator. When checking in, the staff helped carry the bags. There is a cat in the accommodation. We arrived at the hotel late at night. At first, we couldn't find the hotel because the pin was in a different building. So we asked a Chinese person who happened to be walking by. He was very helpful. He took us to check in. He was cute. In the morning, we woke up and went down to check out. We were waiting for the car in front of the hotel. We met someone from last night and she greeted us in a very friendly manner. The people are really cute.

I have to say that the service in the hotel is super good. The front desk staff is very polite and considerate. Especially when I left something behind, they were very enthusiastic to help me find it back. This is very responsible. The environment is great, and the indoor environment is also good. In short, the price-performance ratio is relatively high for me. Next time I bring my family here, I will still choose this place.

There was hair on the bed, it was short and thick, definitely not my own, it looked like a man's hair, I guess the floor wasn't cleaned, when I stepped on the floor, I got my socks on the bed, and I found it under the pillow, so I wondered if the bed sheet had been changed. The advantage is that the view is good, it's near the entrance of Changpinggou, there's a minimart next door. At the hotel, there's only hot pot, 198 RMB or more. I traveled alone and couldn't eat it alone, so I had to go out to eat somewhere else, it wasn't far.

Come to Dagu Glacier, lock in this homestay # It's great Position: Heishui Yangrong·Hade Boutique Homestay Accommodation experience: The hotel really surprised me! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could feel its high quality and professional service. The enthusiastic front desk guy and the caring housekeeper told me everything about travel/dining/parking/attractions. It was very considerate for us who were traveling by car. Room: Spacious and bright, single-family design, very local characteristics, one of the check-in attractions in Dagu. The bed is super comfortable and the facilities are complete Location: It is about 15 minutes by car from Dagu Glacier. Dagu Glacier Scenic Area must-check-in: In the Heishui Yangrong Scenic Area, feel the ******* culture in a foreign land Food: Breakfast is *******, very good. Lunch and dinner are also very convenient. There is a food street nearby. The yak hot pot is recommended. Unexpected surprise: There is a bonfire party at 7:30 in the evening, singing and dancing, which is a folk culture worth experiencing

She told us directly how we should visit the park, what we can manage in time and got an English map. That was absolutely great! Even helped us with booking a bus to next train station etc Room is clean and good size, the shower is separated from toilet! Good when you are two people ;) We loved to stay there:)

It couldn't be better. The room is very big and the facilities are very good. It's best to stay in a mountain view room. You can see the mountain from the balcony and the sunrise on a sunny day. The hotel's dinner is also very affordable (large portion), suitable for consecutive stays! The service was also excellent. I would like to come again if I have the chance. Stay and enjoy breakfast Stay for a long time and enjoy 300 yuan consumption voucher

I travelled with the family of five with my 95 year old father. Hotel is doing an excellent job to arrange a train station pick up, which is included in the booking. Also they arranged to send us to the train station, I want to solute 小秦 和 小苏for their excellent customer service! Thank you.

All aspects of the hotel are very good. It is very convenient to go to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. You can take a taxi just outside. The bus that picks up from the high-speed rail station also has a separate stop here, so it is very easy to determine the boarding and alighting points. The hotel staff are also very good, especially Sister Xiao Yang, who is very gentle and has a good attitude. The hotel breakfast is also very good, and the rice noodles are delicious hahahaha. Friends who come to Jiuzhaigou to play, this hotel is worth considering!

The hotel's location is OK. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to Mizoguchi following the normal flow of passengers. The hotel is divided into the main building and the annex building. There is no elevator in the annex building! No elevator! No elevator! It's important to say it three times. There was no reminder when booking, which is a bit inappropriate. It can only be combined with actual booking experience. It is easier to book a double bed room in the annex building. It is recommended that the hotel add reminders, or consult the hotel for confirmation before booking. Everything else is still quite convenient. There are convenience stores and small restaurants near the hotel. It should be noted that the hotel is 300-400 meters away from Mizoguchi, and you can see Mizoguchi Station (next to the original distribution center). Tickets can still be sold here, so you can pay attention to it as needed.

I have always wanted to go to Jiuzhai, and I compared a lot on Trip.com . I finally chose this store. The boss is very enthusiastic and recommends the route. The room is clean and tidy, quiet and comfortable, and parking is convenient. I especially recommend his delicious home. In short, it is a very good experience. Next time I come to Jiuzhai, I will stay in this store!
