Staying at this hotel was incredibly comforting and heartwarming. The attentive Xiao Liu was exceptionally warm and thoughtful, proactively helping me with my luggage. Her meticulous and gentle demeanor made me feel right at home. The view from the 14th-floor terrace is particularly stunning; a gentle breeze caresses your face as you take in the breathtaking panorama. The city lights and the pleasant evening air create a truly serene experience. Sitting on the terrace, I savored a peaceful moment, far from the city's hustle and bustle. The evening breeze and beautiful scenery made every moment feel therapeutic and delightful. It's a rare and gentle sanctuary in the midst of a journey.

Location: Super close to Chunxi road. It only takes 5 min walking from Chunxi station which is good to travel around. Room: The room was not new but the floor was clean and overall there was no weird smell. Just one thing, their building air ventilation was quite noisy but it would be stopped at around 9pm so I found no problem with it. Service: The staff was nice and friendly. They even let us to leave our luggage for a whole day while we left for Jiuzhaigou. Food: There was a delicious local restaurant located near Exit E2 of the station and within walking distance to the hotel.

I highly recommend the Lynn Hotel – my stay here was absolutely perfect! My experience at the Lynn Hotel was exceptional from start to finish, thanks to their incredibly thoughtful and attentive service. The front desk staff were warm and polite, making check-in efficient and fast. They patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions and even kindly offered recommendations for local attractions. It was a lovely touch that I could get a packed breakfast when heading out in the morning! The housekeeping team was prompt, cleaning the room spotlessly, and consistently refilled amenities without me having to ask. Their attention to detail truly stood out. The hotel clearly embraces a guest-centric philosophy; every staff member greeted me with a genuine, unforced smile, which made me feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. The service here is meticulous, and they respond to every need. Plus, it offers fantastic value for money. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here!

This hotel is located in a 51-story high-rise apartment building. Different floors of the building house various hotels, as well as private residences. The property is managed by Vanke Property, and access to the building and elevators requires a key card, which makes it very secure. Despite the building's height, the elevators are remarkably fast and smooth. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Daci Temple, Taikoo Li, and Chunxi Road. It's incredibly convenient for getting around by subway, taking the Chunxi Road scenic bus, dining, shopping, or visiting the climbing panda sculpture for photos. Our assigned room was on the 38th floor and matched the promotional pictures exactly. It was a two-bedroom, one-living room unit, and each room had large floor-to-ceiling windows offering expansive views. The beds were also very comfortable. I have to commend the massage chair in the living room. After walking a lot each day while traveling with my parents, it was wonderfully relaxing to use it back at the hotel every evening. The service was like having a personal butler. After checking in, we received key cards and were added to a WeChat group with the butler. We could ask any questions in the group, and the butler was always prompt in replying and would ask daily if we needed housekeeping. The butler even came to help us adjust the projector and shared their iQiyi membership with us. Our trip to Chengdu was very enjoyable, and my parents were very satisfied with their stay!

This was a truly secure stay! The most impressive aspect was the hotel's shuttle service. They picked us up for check-in, took us to the attractions, and then brought us back to the hotel afterwards. When I felt unwell due to altitude sickness, they immediately arranged a transfer to the town hospital. Of course, all of this wouldn't have been possible without the excellent coordination of the butlers. I'm incredibly grateful to all the hotel staff. Despite their young faces and perhaps less 'seasoned' approach, they were still meticulous and accommodating, and their genuine sincerity was palpable. I've included a few photos of the hotel. The hotel was absolutely breathtaking. Everything was incredibly clean and had a very modern, stylish feel that made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The room itself was stunning and clearly well cared for. The service truly stood out — every member of staff was so friendly, welcoming, and kind, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. On top of that, the location was superb, making it easy to get around and explore. Overall, it was an amazing stay and I would highly recommend it.

The photos make it seem like this hotel occupies its own standalone building, but that isn’t the case. It is actually located on the 15th and 18th floors of an older building, which makes the overall experience feel less premium than expected. While the hotel floors themselves have a modern, futuristic design, the contrast with the rest of the building was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the room we booked did not have a window, which was not clearly communicated in the images on trip.com, which did disappoint us. During our visit, there was also very loud construction noise. To their credit, the staff responded promptly and moved us to another floor. However, the noise was still noticeable even after the room change. The hotel offered a 5% discount as compensation, but we felt it was insufficient given the inconvenience caused, especially since we would also not be able to collect Trip.com coins for this stay. As a result, we declined the offer.

The rooms at this hotel are absolutely gorgeous and perfect for photos! My friends and I stayed in a few different room types, but our favorite was definitely the treehouse room with the hot tub. We took so many pictures, and my WeChat Moments blew up with compliments, haha! We'll definitely be back next time.

This hotel EXCEEDED my expectations! I mean- from the front desk to the cleaning staff- absolutely unmatched service! Professional and seamless!. Talk about the AMENITIES- I’ve travelled in China- and I must say this is definitely one of the best hotels I’ve been in- the attention to detail is incredible- the room equipment and SMART functions- are what I need in 2026. The water system 💯- I could choose the temperature I want from simple room temperature to warm to hot- I mean wow 🤩! The bathroom- shower- the best! Water pressure and temperature- awesome! The toilet- a bidet- comfort on another level! The free VC juice at the reception/ dining area- so refreshing (I didn’t buy any juice during my stay 😀). The location is very convenient- near the malls- restaurants and tourist attraction areas. There is also a rooftop for some fresh air and chilled vibes (solo or with friends)!Bottom line is - I really enjoyed my stay and most importantly- it’s a very budget friendly hotel. EXTRA value for your money. I’d definitely stay here again when I come to Chengdu❤️.

The room is located in the city center, surrounded by many food stalls and convenient for getting around. The place is neat, clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom is bright and spotless, and the cleaning staff did a meticulous job. The front desk staff were very helpful and promptly resolved any issues. This is a hotel I'll definitely choose again for future trips. Highly recommended!
